本申请公开了一种帧间预测方法,待处理块包括一个或多个子块,所述方法包括:根据所述待处理块的空域相邻块,确定所述待处理块的时域偏移矢量,所述时域偏移矢量用于确定所述待处理块的子块的对应子块;根据所述对应子块的运动矢量,确定所述待处理块的子块的运动矢量,其中,当所述对应子块的运动矢量不可得时,根据第一预设运动矢量获取所述待处理块的子块的运动矢量。实施本申请能够提高编解码中的预测准确性,提升编码效率。
