After the raw tobacco sorting is finished, a plurality of sorted raw tobacco with different grades can be obtained, and at the moment, the two-dimensional codes or bar codes of the raw tobacco can be automatically associated with the sorted raw tobacco through scanning association equipment of a tobacco production code domain management system; the association between the two-dimensional codes or bar codes of the raw cigarettes and the sorted raw cigarette tobacco leaves can be realized through manually holding the scanning association equipment in a hand mode, and the operation information of the raw cigarette sorting link is obtained.
In the tobacco redrying link, the tobacco redrying link operation information is obtained by scanning the redried tobacco stacking information and the sorted original tobacco stacking under different conditions by using a tobacco production stacking domain management system according to the relation between the original tobacco input and the cured tobacco output.
Illustratively, according to the relationship between the input of raw tobacco and the output of flue-cured tobacco, the information of the system of redried tobacco and the system of redried raw tobacco under different conditions are scanned, and the mode of obtaining the operation information of the tobacco redrying link can be that an association mode is set in advance in a tobacco production code domain management system, for example, 10 boxes of raw tobacco and 1 box of flue-cured tobacco are set in the tobacco production code domain management system according to the past data, and then according to the proportional relationship, a code scanning association device scans the two-dimensional codes of 1 box of flue-cured tobacco and the two-dimensional codes of 10 boxes of raw tobacco, so as to realize information association; the associated information can also be determined manually, namely the current flue-cured tobacco is determined manually from which batch of raw tobacco, and the determined raw tobacco and flue-cured tobacco are scanned by two-dimensional codes to obtain the operation information of the tobacco redrying link. The embodiment does not limit the way of determining the associated information of the raw tobacco and the flue-cured tobacco, and the skilled person can determine the associated information as required.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, when the supply chain node is a tobacco raw and auxiliary material supply node, the code domain management system corresponding to the tobacco raw and auxiliary material supply node is a cut tobacco production code domain management system, as shown in fig. 3, the operation information uploaded by the tobacco raw and auxiliary material supply node includes cigarette cut tobacco manufacturing operation information;
scanning the stacking information of the redried tobacco leaves by using a tobacco leaf production stacking management system, and associating the finished tobacco shred production batch made of the redried tobacco leaves, the auxiliary material production batch with the stacking information of the redried tobacco leaves to obtain cigarette tobacco shred manufacturing operation information.
Illustratively, the auxiliary material information comprises essence and spice for preparing cut tobacco. After the tobacco leaves are redried, the redried tobacco leaves need to be made into tobacco shreds, and because coding cannot be performed on each tobacco shred, the embodiment can correlate the tobacco shred production batch with the corresponding redried tobacco leaves and auxiliary material information, and the specific mode can be that the two-dimensional code information of the redried tobacco leaves is scanned firstly by code scanning correlation equipment of a tobacco shred production code domain management system, after the batch of redried tobacco leaves are made into the tobacco shreds, the production batch of the tobacco shreds and the production batch information of the auxiliary materials are obtained, and the production batch of the tobacco shreds, the two-dimensional codes of the redried tobacco leaves and the production batch information of the auxiliary materials are correlated. The production lot may be displayed in the form of a two-dimensional code/barcode, or may be displayed in the form of a production lot number, which is not limited in this embodiment and can be determined by a person skilled in the art as needed.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, when the supply chain node is a node of a cigarette industry company, the code domain management system corresponding to the node of the cigarette industry company includes a cigarette making and packing production code domain management system, as shown in fig. 3, the operation information uploaded by the node of the cigarette industry company includes filter rod production link operation information, cigarette making and packing link operation information, capsule packing link operation information, and cigarette carton packing link operation information;
in the filter rod production link, the rolling, connecting and packing production code domain management system acquires a filter rod product production batch, a production batch of related auxiliary materials and a finished filter rod production batch, and correlates the finished filter rod, the filter rod product and the related auxiliary materials according to the production batch to obtain filter rod production link operation information.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4, all production lots are displayed in the form of two-dimensional codes. The related auxiliary materials in the production link of the filter stick comprise tows, coil paper, glue and the like. In the production link of the filter stick, related auxiliary materials and the filter stick product are required to be jointly manufactured into a finished filter stick. The related auxiliary materials and the filter stick products can appear in a box/bag mode, so that the two-dimensional code information on the related auxiliary materials and the outer package of the filter stick products can be scanned through a rolling, connecting and packaging production code domain management system, after finished filter sticks are manufactured according to the related auxiliary materials and the filter stick products, production batches of the finished filter sticks are recorded in the rolling, connecting and packaging production code domain management system, and information correlation of the filter stick products, the related auxiliary materials and the finished filter sticks is completed. Meanwhile, the rolling-connection-package production code domain management system collects production process information such as production teams, time, production batches, equipment numbers, operators, dealers, quality inspection records and the like in the production process of the filter sticks. In addition, the filter stick can be purchased from the outside, and at the moment, the production link of the filter stick can be omitted and the cigarette rolling and connecting link can be directly entered.
In the cigarette rolling and connecting link, the rolling and connecting packet production code domain management system acquires production batches of cigarette cigarettes, cigarette tobacco shreds and filter stick products, and correlation is carried out according to the production batches to obtain cigarette rolling and connecting link operation information.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4, the cigarette rolling-up link represents a process of rolling up cigarettes by using cigarette tobacco, finished filter sticks and related raw and auxiliary materials, wherein the raw and auxiliary materials comprise tipping paper, cigarette paper and glue. The raw and auxiliary materials, the cut tobacco of cigarette and the finished product of filter stick are generally marked according to production batches, and the production batches can be displayed in the form of two-dimensional codes/bar codes or production batch numbers.
The method for associating the cigarette with the cigarette tobacco, the finished filter stick and the raw and auxiliary materials according to the production batch can be that a cigarette receiving and packing production code domain management system obtains the production batch of the cigarette after receiving and the production batch of the tobacco, the filter stick production batch and the raw and auxiliary material production batch through the corresponding relation of tobacco feeding and the production of a cigarette making and packing machine, and performs code scanning/manual association on the production batch, so that the association between the cigarette batch information, the information of the related raw and auxiliary materials (tipping paper, cigarette paper, glue and the like) and the information of the raw and auxiliary materials is realized.
In the small box packaging link, the cigarette receiving and packaging production code domain management system scans the code system of the cigarette box, and the production batch of the cigarettes is associated with the code system of the cigarette box to obtain the small box packaging link operation information.
Illustratively, when the cigarettes are packed in small boxes, generally 20 cigarettes are packed in one small box, then the cigarette receiving and packing production code domain management system can automatically scan the two-dimensional codes of the cigarette boxes or associate the bar codes with the production batches of the cigarettes by using the relationship between 20 cigarettes and one small box, the production batches of the cigarettes can be displayed in the form of two-dimensional codes/bar codes or production batch numbers, the embodiment is not limited, and the skilled person can determine the production batches as required. Therefore, the association between the cigarette box and batch information, raw and auxiliary material information and raw and auxiliary materials in each production link is realized.
In a barrel packing link, a rolling and connecting pack production code domain management system scans a small box code system and a barrel code system, and associates small box information with barrel information to obtain barrel packing link operation information, wherein the barrel packing link operation information comprises related packing auxiliary material information of small boxes and barrels.
Illustratively, when a small box of cigarettes is packed into a strip box of cigarettes, generally ten boxes of cigarettes correspond to one cigarette, then the two-dimensional codes of the box of cigarettes and the strip cigarette can be scanned by the rolling and packing production code domain management system through the corresponding relation, so that the information association of the box of cigarettes and the strip cigarette is realized, and in addition, the two-dimensional codes of auxiliary materials (aluminum foil paper, tongue paper, glass paper, pull wires, glue and the like) related to the small box of cigarettes can be scanned and associated in the production process of the packing machine. The method takes the small box two-dimensional code and each related packaging accessory production batch number as media, realizes the cigarette production full link association between the box cigarette and the strip cigarette finished product and the raw cigarette, the redried tobacco leaf and the accessory, and comprehensively realizes the production quality tracing of the cigarette product information and the source tracing of the raw accessory information.
In the cigarette carton packing link, the cigarette rolling and packing production code domain management system scans the carton code system and the cigarette carton code system according to the assembly relation, and associates the carton information with the cigarette carton information to obtain the cigarette carton packing link operation information.
Illustratively, when the cigarette carton is packed, generally 50 cigarettes correspond to one cigarette, then the cigarette rolling and packing production code domain management system can scan the two-dimensional code of the cigarette carton and the two-dimensional code of the cigarette carton or the first engineering code of the tobacco industry according to the assembly relation, and the information association of the cigarette carton, the cigarette carton and the cigarette carton is realized by associating the two-dimensional code of the cigarette carton and the two-dimensional code of the cigarette carton or the first engineering code of the tobacco industry. The assembling relationship is not limited in this embodiment, and can be determined by those skilled in the art as needed. In addition, the production batch of the cigarette carton can be associated with the information of the cigarette case, the cigarette carton and the cigarette carton in a manual or automatic association mode. The production lot of the cigarette carton can be displayed in the form of a two-dimensional code/bar code or a production lot number, and the embodiment is not limited, and can be determined by a person skilled in the art as required.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, when the supply chain node is a tobacco commercial sales node, the code domain management system corresponding to the tobacco commercial sales node includes a commercial retail code domain management system, as shown in fig. 3, the operation information uploaded by the tobacco commercial sales node includes cigarette allocation transportation link operation information, sorting and distribution link operation information, retail consumption link operation information, and payment link operation information;
in the cigarette transfer and transportation link, the commercial retail code domain management system receives information of the warehousing, logistics and distribution relations between the industrial company and the commercial company, scans the cigarette piece code system, and associates the information of the warehousing, logistics and distribution relations between the industrial company and the commercial company with the cigarette piece according to the cigarette piece code system to obtain the operation information of the cigarette transfer and transportation link.
Illustratively, the information of the warehousing, logistics and distribution relations between the cigarette industry company node and the tobacco commercial sales node can be manually input, and the information of the warehousing, logistics and distribution relations between the cigarette industry company node and the tobacco commercial sales node comprises the quantity, model, warehousing mode, distribution mode and the like of cigarettes required to be distributed to each tobacco commercial sales company by the cigarette industry company. The commercial retail code domain management system scans the cigarette carton two-dimensional code/bar code and associates the scanned information with the corresponding information of warehousing, logistics and distribution relations which are manually input.
In the sorting and distribution link, the commercial retail code domain management system receives information of cigarette retailers corresponding to the cigarettes, scans the code system of the cigarettes, and associates the cigarettes with the information of the cigarette retailers according to the code system of the cigarettes to obtain the sorting and distribution link operation information.
Illustratively, the sorting and distribution link is that the tobacco commercial sale company distributes the distributed cigarette pieces to retail customers in a form of splitting the cigarette pieces into cigarette strips according to a predetermined distribution relation. The cigarette retailer information corresponding to the cigarette received by the commercial retail code domain management system can be manually input in advance. After the commercial retail code domain management system receives the information of the cigarette retail user corresponding to the cigarette, the information of the corresponding cigarette retail user is associated by scanning the two-dimensional code or the bar code of each cigarette, for example, the commercial retail code domain management system receives 5 real dragon cigarettes needing to be distributed to the retail user A, at this time, the two-dimensional code or the bar code of the 5 real dragon cigarettes can be scanned, and the commercial retail code domain management system automatically associates the 5 real dragon cigarettes with the retail user A.
In the retail consumption link, the business retail code domain management system acquires and associates consumption terminal information and correspondingly scanned small box code system information and/or bar box code system information to obtain retail consumption link operation information.
Exemplarily, in a retail consumption link, a small box two-dimensional code and a bar box two-dimensional code are taken as carriers, and the association between a consumer and a cigarette product is realized by scanning the small box, the bar box two-dimensional code or a bar code by the consumer; and then the association among the cigarette carton, the cigarette case, the retail customer and the consumer is realized through the association of the cigarette case and the association of the zero strip.
In the payment link, the commercial retail code domain management system acquires and associates current consumption information, selling shop information and cigarette carton/cigarette carton code system information of the consumer to obtain the operation information of the payment link.
Exemplarily, in a payment link, a code scanning payment terminal and a shop two-dimensional code are arranged at a retail terminal, and joint settlement payment is carried out by scanning a box cigarette two-dimensional code, a cigarette two-dimensional code and a non-cigarette commodity identification code purchased by a consumer, so that the association among a retail user, a cigarette product, a non-cigarette commodity and a consumer payment account is realized, and the association data between the purchasing behaviors of the cigarette and the non-cigarette commodity is established; finally, the one-to-one correspondence relationship among the raw tobacco two-dimensional code, the redried tobacco two-dimensional code, the auxiliary material two-dimensional code, the small box two-dimensional code, the carton two-dimensional code, the piece tobacco two-dimensional code or the tobacco industry I engineering code is realized, and meanwhile, the one-to-one correspondence relationship is associated with retail households, consumers and payment information, and finally, the full link data association from the raw and auxiliary material production and processing, the cigarette production and manufacturing, the warehouse logistics to the retail consumption end is realized.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes:
performing data preprocessing on supply information among supply chain nodes with incidence relation in a supply chain to obtain target input data; and inputting the target input data into a pre-established random forest model to obtain the correlation accuracy of the supply information.
For example, the data preprocessing method for the supply information between supply chain nodes having an association relationship in the supply chain may include obtaining a difference value between the finished product tobacco information obtained at the tobacco commercial sale node and the material information of the tobacco raw material supply node and the cigarette industry company node, a maximum value, a minimum value, an average value, a mean square error, a variation coefficient and a root mean square of various material batches and quantities at different supply chain nodes, and inputting the values into a pre-trained random forest model, so that the random forest model identifies the material or the supply chain node with low accuracy of the production operation information and the node association information. For example, when a tobacco raw and auxiliary material supply node supplies 250 jin of raw cigarettes of a certain batch, according to a redrying ratio, 25 jin of correspondingly associated flue-cured tobacco is obtained, 500 boxes of correspondingly associated box cigarettes are obtained, 50 correspondingly associated strip cigarettes are obtained, and if one cigarette is 50 strip cigarettes, 1 correspondingly associated strip cigarette is obtained, and when a correlation error occurs in a cigarette production link, the raw cigarettes of the batch are likely to be associated with less than 500 boxes of box cigarettes, less than 50 strip cigarettes and less than 1 strip cigarette, at this time, the maximum value, the minimum value, the average value, the mean square error, the variation coefficient and the root mean square of different supply chain nodes are input into a pre-trained random forest model, so that the material or the supply chain node with low accuracy of birth warp marketing information and node correlation information can be identified.
The embodiment performs statistical calculation and evaluation on the accuracy of information association of the cigarette products, performs problem tracing, information checking and technical improvement on the nodes with errors exceeding the standard or material information, and can inform the corresponding nodes to perform early warning reminding through the recognition result, thereby improving the data quality.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes: and collecting the user identification information of the consumer, and describing the consumption behavior by combining the big data of the consumer.
Illustratively, by using user identifications such as a consumer mobile phone number, a WeChat ID and a Paibao account number, through combining national big data and external consumer big data, group portrayal and consumption behavior portrayal of cigarette (brand and specification) consumers can be realized, and important data support and decision support are provided for further improving the design, brand image, production and processing technology and marketing service quality of cigarette products.

Illustratively, the information query cloud platform acquires payment information of a consumer when purchasing a finished cigarette product, wherein the payment information comprises a finished cigarette product brand, a specification and non-cigarette commodity information, and by combining national big data and external consumer big data, a group portrait and a consumption behavior portrait of the cigarette consumer are realized, so that important data support and decision support are provided for further improving the design, the brand image, the production and processing technology and the marketing service quality of the cigarette product.

and storing the business information into a block chain.

The method according to claim 1, wherein when the supply chain node is a tobacco raw and auxiliary material supply node, and when the code domain management system corresponding to the tobacco raw and auxiliary material supply node is a tobacco production code domain management system, the operation information uploaded by the tobacco raw and auxiliary material supply node comprises raw tobacco sorting link operation information and tobacco redrying link operation information;
in the raw tobacco sorting link, scanning the raw tobacco stacking information by using a tobacco production stacking domain management system to obtain the raw tobacco source information of tobacco;
sorting the raw tobacco under preset conditions, and sorting the raw tobacco under different conditions;
scanning the stacking information of the raw tobacco under different conditions by using a tobacco production stacking domain management system, and associating the raw tobacco and the raw tobacco source information of the tobacco under different conditions to obtain the operation information of a raw tobacco sorting link;
in the tobacco redrying link, the tobacco redrying link operation information is obtained by scanning the redried tobacco stacking information and the sorted original tobacco stacking under different conditions by using a tobacco production stacking domain management system according to the relation between the original tobacco input and the cured tobacco output.

The method according to claim 1, wherein when the supply chain node is a tobacco raw and auxiliary material supply node, the code domain management system corresponding to the tobacco raw and auxiliary material supply node is a cut tobacco production code domain management system, and the operation information uploaded by the tobacco raw and auxiliary material supply node comprises cigarette cut tobacco manufacturing operation information;
scanning the stacking information of the redried tobacco leaves by using a tobacco leaf production stacking management system, and associating the finished tobacco shred production batch made of the redried tobacco leaves, the auxiliary material production batch with the stacking information of the redried tobacco leaves to obtain cigarette tobacco shred manufacturing operation information.

The method according to claim 1, wherein when the supply chain node is a cigarette industry company node, the code domain management system corresponding to the cigarette industry company node comprises a cigarette receiving and packing production code domain management system, and the operation information uploaded by the cigarette industry company node comprises filter stick production link operation information, cigarette receiving link operation information, small box packing link operation information, carton packing link operation information and cigarette carton packing link operation information;
in the filter rod production link, a rolling, connecting and packaging production code domain management system acquires a filter rod product production batch, a production batch of related auxiliary materials and a finished filter rod production batch, and associates a finished filter rod, a filter rod product and related auxiliary materials according to the production batch to obtain filter rod production link operation information;

and collecting the user identification information of the consumer, and describing the consumption behavior by combining the big data of the consumer.

9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the program performs the steps of:
receiving operation information of a plurality of supply chain nodes corresponding to cigarette products, wherein the operation information comprises association information of each supply chain node and other supply chain nodes and/or production information of each supply chain node, the operation information is obtained by scanning code domain information of the products through a code domain management system corresponding to each supply chain node and/or is obtained by uploading the product after associating the product with a production batch, the code domain information is generated in advance by a code domain management system corresponding to each supply chain node, and the code domain management system comprises a tobacco leaf production code domain management system, a tobacco making production code domain management system, a cigarette making package production code domain management system and a commercial retail code domain management system; and storing the business information into a block chain.
10. A storage medium having computer instructions stored thereon, wherein the instructions when executed by a processor implement the steps of:
receiving operation information of a plurality of supply chain nodes corresponding to cigarette products, wherein the operation information comprises association information of each supply chain node and other supply chain nodes and/or production information of each supply chain node, the operation information is obtained by scanning code domain information of the products through a code domain management system corresponding to each supply chain node and/or is obtained by uploading the product after associating the product with a production batch, the code domain information is generated in advance by a code domain management system corresponding to each supply chain node, and the code domain management system comprises a tobacco leaf production code domain management system, a tobacco making production code domain management system, a cigarette making package production code domain management system and a commercial retail code domain management system; and storing the business information into a block chain.
