Claims (13)

1. A drug administration pre-warning system, the system comprising: the system comprises a medicine data acquisition unit, a medicine data storage unit and a medicine data analysis unit; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the drug data acquisition unit is configured to acquire drug tracing data reported by the drug minimum sale unit when each drug circulation link circulates; wherein, the medicine circulation link comprises: a drug production link, a drug circulation link and a drug sales link;
the drug data storage unit is configured to link and store drug tracing data of the drug minimum sale unit in each drug circulation link;
the drug data analysis unit is configured to perform early warning analysis on the drug minimum sales unit according to the drug tracing data associated with the drug minimum sales unit.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the drug traceability data comprises export documentation information and drug traceability code information for a corresponding drug circulation link.
3. The system according to claim 2, wherein the drug tracing code information includes a unique tracing back identifier of the drug minimum sales unit and an identifier association relationship between the unique tracing back identifiers set on the respective levels of the outer packages of the drug minimum sales unit.
4. The system of claim 2, wherein the drug data collection unit is specifically configured to:
when the drug production link of the drug minimum sale unit is detected to be ex-warehouse, the out-warehouse receipt information and the drug tracing code information of the drug minimum sale unit in the drug production link are collected to be used as drug tracing data when the drugs of the drug minimum sale unit are circulated in the drug production link.
5. The system of claim 2, wherein the drug data collection unit is specifically configured to:
when detecting that the minimum medicine sales unit is put in storage in the medicine circulation link, carrying out consistency verification on corresponding tracing code information and ex-storage document information provided in the medicine production link and corresponding ex-storage document information collected in the medicine production link;
and under the condition of passing the verification, acquiring the delivery receipt and the drug tracing code information of the drug minimum sale unit in the drug circulation link, so as to be used as drug tracing data of the drug minimum sale unit when the drug is circulated in the drug circulation link.
6. The system of claim 2, wherein the drug data collection unit is specifically configured to:
when the minimum medicine sales unit is detected to be put in storage in the medicine sales link, consistency verification is carried out on corresponding tracing code information and ex-storage document information provided in the medicine circulation link and corresponding ex-storage document information collected in the medicine circulation link;
and under the condition of passing the verification, acquiring the ex-warehouse receipt and the medicine tracing code information of the minimum medicine selling unit in the medicine selling link to serve as medicine tracing data of the minimum medicine selling unit when the medicine is circulated in the medicine selling link.
7. The system according to claim 1, wherein the drug data collection unit is connected to scanning devices arranged in different circulation links, and the scanning devices are configured to scan and obtain the tracing code information of the drug minimum sales unit to obtain the drug tracing data.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the drug data collection unit is connected to a third party data platform for providing drug traceability data for at least part of the diversion links for the drug min-selling unit.
9. The system of claim 1, wherein the drug data storage unit is specifically configured to:
and adopting a block chain technology to carry out uplink storage on the medicine tracing data of the minimum medicine sale unit in each medicine circulation link, and integrating the uplink stored medicine tracing data of each minimum medicine sale unit which belongs to the same medicine.
10. The system of claim 1, wherein the drug data analysis unit is specifically configured to:
when a consumer scans a minimum drug sale unit, drug tracing data related to the scanned minimum drug sale unit is inquired;
and determining whether the current medicine flow direction of the scanned medicine minimum selling unit is consistent with the medicine flow direction indicated by the pre-stored medicine tracing data or not, so as to determine whether to trigger the early warning of the serial goods of the scanned medicine minimum selling unit or not.
11. The system of claim 1, wherein the drug data analysis unit is specifically configured to:
and analyzing the medicine flow direction distribution of the similar medicines based on the medicine tracing data associated with the minimum medicine sale units to obtain the inventory distribution and warehouse-in and warehouse-out distribution conditions of the similar medicines in different jurisdictions.
12. The system of claim 1, wherein the drug data analysis unit is specifically configured to:
according to preset medicine early warning rules, early warning analysis is carried out on each medicine minimum sale unit, so that medicine recalling is carried out on the medicine minimum sale units which accord with the early warning rules;
wherein the early warning rules include at least one of: production license expiration warning, GMP certificate expiration warning, operation license certificate expiration warning, GSP certificate expiration warning, approved document number expiration warning and drug expiration warning.
13. A method for monitoring and warning drugs, the method comprising:
collecting drug tracing data reported by a drug minimum sale unit when each drug circulation link carries out circulation; wherein, the medicine circulation link comprises: a drug production link, a drug circulation link and a drug sales link;
linking and storing the drug tracing data of the drug minimum sale unit in each drug circulation link;
and carrying out early warning analysis on the minimum medicine sale unit according to the medicine tracing data associated with the minimum medicine sale unit.
