本发明公开了韧带生物力学测试系统,主要包括底座以及夹具,底座为L型铝合金网孔板,在底座上安装一组固定式夹具和一组可调式夹具,且固定式夹具;在底座的纵向段表面安装滑轨,在滑轨上滑动安装滑块,在所述滑块上固定安装电子拉力计和位移传感器,电子拉力计一端设有挂钩,挂钩与固定式夹具上的被测物之间通过拉线连接;在滑轨与夹具之间安装恒定液压推力器,所述恒定液压推力器的推杆与滑块贴合并推动滑块移动。本发明具有结构精巧、使用便利等优点。

一种韧带生物力学测试系统
技术领域
本发明涉及生物实验领域,尤其涉及一种用于测试韧带生物力学的实验设备。
背景技术
在生物力学实验中,经常需要对生物力进行测试,例如:兔前交叉韧带损伤原位缝合后“韧带化”程度实验,此类实验需进行生物力学方面测试。但由于机器价格昂贵、操作繁琐,很难满足实验室需求。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种操作简单、测试方便、安装方便、体积小的韧带生物力学测试系统。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明主要包括底座以及夹具,所述底座为L型铝合金网孔板,在底座上安装一组固定式夹具和一组可调式夹具,且固定式夹具;在底座的纵向段表面安装滑轨,在滑轨上滑动安装滑块,在所述滑块上固定安装电子拉力计和位移传感器,电子拉力计一端设有挂钩,挂钩与固定式夹具上的被测物之间通过拉线连接;在滑轨与夹具之间安装恒定液压推力器,所述恒定液压推力器的推杆与滑块贴合并推动滑块移动。
进一步的,所述固定式夹具由两个固定座和一个夹头A组成,夹头A前部为夹口、尾部为安装杆,安装杆穿过两个固定座与其进行连接,固定座安装在钢板的横向段表面。
进一步的,所述可调式夹具由一根立杆和一个夹头组成B,夹头B前端为夹口、尾端为带有穿孔的连接杆,连接杆套接在立杆上并用紧固螺栓进行固定。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:成本低、操作简便、体积小、易于携带、数据精确、可操作性强。

如图1所示的本发明的结构简图中,本发明主要包括底座1以及夹具,所述底座为L型铝合金网孔板,在底座上安装一组固定式夹具和一组可调式夹具,且固定式夹具;在底座的纵向段表面安装滑轨2,在滑轨上滑动安装滑块,在所述滑块上固定安装电子拉力计3和位移传感器4,电子拉力计一端设有挂钩6,挂钩与固定式夹具上的被测物之间通过拉线连接;在滑轨与夹具之间安装恒定液压推力器5,所述恒定液压推力器的推杆与滑块贴合并推动滑块移动。
所述固定式夹具7由两个固定座和一个夹头A组成,夹头A前部为夹口、尾部为安装杆,安装杆穿过两个固定座与其进行连接,固定座安装在钢板的横向段表面。
所述可调式夹具8由一根立杆和一个夹头组成B,夹头B前端为夹口、尾端为带有穿孔的连接杆,连接杆套接在立杆上并用紧固螺栓进行固定。
本发明的工作过程大致如下:
操作者将兔子的股骨夹持在可调式夹具的夹口处,将胫骨夹持在固定式夹具的夹口处,将电子拉力计的拉力挂钩通过拉线与兔子胫骨相连,然后控制恒定液压推力器工作,利用恒定液压推力器缓慢匀速的推动滑块移动,在滑块移动的过程中,电子拉力计和位移传感器开始工作,记录拉力变化值以及位移变化值,直到胫骨断裂,此时记录下电子拉力计的数值和位移值,便可完成实验测试。

1.一种韧带生物力学测试系统,主要包括底座以及夹具,其特征在于:所述底座为L型铝合金网孔板,在底座上安装一组固定式夹具和一组可调式夹具,且固定式夹具;在底座的纵向段表面安装滑轨,在滑轨上滑动安装滑块,在所述滑块上固定安装电子拉力计和位移传感器,电子拉力计一端设有挂钩,挂钩与固定式夹具上的被测物之间通过拉线连接;在滑轨与夹具之间安装恒定液压推力器,所述恒定液压推力器的推杆与滑块贴合并推动滑块移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种韧带生物力学测试系统,其特征在于:所述固定式夹具由两个固定座和一个夹头A组成,夹头A前部为夹口、尾部为安装杆,安装杆穿过两个固定座与其进行连接,固定座安装在钢板的横向段表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种韧带生物力学测试系统,其特征在于:所述可调式夹具由一根立杆和一个夹头组成B,夹头B前端为夹口、尾端为带有穿孔的连接杆,连接杆套接在立杆上并用紧固螺栓进行固定。
