Abstract
The invention discloses a steel wire rope soil cleaning device, wherein a first fixed gear is arranged on the outer side of a first pulley, a second fixed gear is arranged on the outer side of a second pulley, a driving wheel, a first gear and a second gear are arranged between the first fixed gear and the second fixed gear, the first gear, the driving wheel, the second gear and the second fixed gear are sequentially distributed, the first gear is sleeved and fixed on a transmission shaft, a first chain is sleeved and fixed on the driving wheel and the first fixed gear, and the first chain is contacted with the transmission shaft; the second chain is sleeved on the second fixed gear and the second gear, the first gear and the second gear are both provided with steel wire brushes, one end of each steel wire rope is wound on the first pulley, the other end of each steel wire rope is connected with the traction mechanism, the middle of each steel wire rope is wound on the second pulley, the steel wire brushes are in contact with the steel wire ropes, and the surface of each steel wire rope can be ensured to be clean.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a soil cleaning device, in particular to a steel wire rope soil cleaning device.
Background
In tension paying-off construction, a steel wire rope serving as a guide rope is inevitably contacted with the ground, and particularly in rainy days, a large amount of soil is adhered to the surface of the steel wire rope. The surface of the steel wire rope is dry and easy to corrode due to soil adhesion of the steel wire rope; when the steel wire rope is maintained, the maintenance effect is influenced, and sediments at the bottom of the oil pool are increased.
After the steel wire rope returns to the warehouse, the state of the steel wire rope needs to be checked disc by disc and then the steel wire rope is wound again. And (5) performing oil immersion maintenance according to the condition of the surface grease, or directly checking and warehousing. In the link, a steel wire rope soil cleaning device can be added to clean soil on the surface of the steel wire rope. The surface of the steel wire rope directly put in storage is ensured to be clean, or the surface quality is provided for subsequent oil immersion maintenance.

The object of the present invention is to overcome the above mentioned drawbacks of the prior art and to provide a wire rope soil cleaning device which ensures a clean wire rope surface.
In order to achieve the purpose, the steel wire rope soil cleaning device comprises a first pulley, a second pulley, a transmission shaft, a first chain, a second chain and a traction mechanism;
a first fixed gear is arranged on the outer side of the first pulley, a second fixed gear is arranged on the outer side of the second pulley, and a transmission wheel, a first gear and a second gear are arranged between the first fixed gear and the second fixed gear;
the second chain is sleeved on the second fixed gear and the second gear, the first gear and the second gear are both provided with steel wire brushes, one end of each steel wire rope is wound on the first pulley, the other end of each steel wire rope is connected with the traction mechanism, the middle of each steel wire rope is wound on the second pulley, and each steel wire brush is in contact with each steel wire rope.
The first gear is located the upside of wire rope, and the second gear is located the downside of wire rope.
The device also comprises a fixed support, a first central shaft and a second central shaft, wherein the end parts of the first central shaft and the second central shaft are movably connected to the fixed support, a first pulley and a first fixed gear are sleeved on the first central shaft, and a second pulley and a second fixed gear are sleeved on the second central shaft.
The transmission mechanism further comprises a third central shaft and a fourth central shaft, wherein the end part of the third central shaft and the end part of the fourth central shaft are movably connected to the fixed support, the transmission wheel is sleeved on the third central shaft, and the second gear is sleeved on the fourth central shaft.
The end face of the first pulley is provided with a first nylon wheel sheet.
And a second nylon wheel sheet is arranged on the end surface of the second pulley.
The diameter of the first nylon wheel piece and the diameter of the second nylon wheel piece are both 660 mm.
The transmission ratio of the first pulley to the first fixed gear is 1:5, and the transmission ratio of the second pulley to the second fixed gear is 1: 5.
The fixing device further comprises an outer cover, wherein the fixing support is located in the outer cover.
The first gear and the second gear rotate in opposite directions.

when the steel wire rope soil cleaning device is operated specifically, the traction mechanism pulls the steel wire rope to move so as to drive the first pulley and the second pulley to rotate, the first pulley drives the first fixed gear to rotate, the second pulley drives the second fixed gear to rotate, the first fixed gear drives the transmission wheel and the first gear to rotate through the first chain, the first fixed gear drives the second gear to rotate through the second chain, and the steel wire brush is arranged on the first gear and the second gear and is in contact with the steel wire rope so as to remove foreign matters on the steel wire rope.
Further, the first gear and the second gear rotate in opposite directions, so that the steel wire rope is brushed forwards and reversely by the two steel wire brushes to remove foreign matters on the steel wire rope.

Referring to fig. 1, the steel wire rope soil cleaning device of the present invention comprises a first pulley, a second pulley, a transmission shaft, a first chain 9, a second chain 10 and a traction mechanism; a first fixed gear 3 is arranged on the outer side of the first pulley, a second fixed gear 4 is arranged on the outer side of the second pulley, a transmission wheel 7, a first gear 5 and a second gear 6 are arranged between the first fixed gear 3 and the second fixed gear 4, wherein the first fixed gear 3, the first gear 5, the transmission wheel 7, the second gear 6 and the second fixed gear 4 are sequentially distributed, the first gear 5 is sleeved and fixed on a transmission shaft, a first chain 9 is sleeved on the transmission wheel 7 and the first fixed gear 3, and the first chain 9 is in contact with the transmission shaft; the second chain 10 is sleeved on the second fixed gear 4 and the second gear 6, the first gear 5 and the second gear are both provided with steel wire brushes, one end of the steel wire rope 8 is wound on the first pulley, the other end of the steel wire rope 8 is connected with the traction mechanism, the middle part of the steel wire rope 8 is wound on the second pulley, and the steel wire brushes are in contact with the steel wire rope 8.
Further, the first gear 5 is located on the upper side of the wire rope 8, and the second gear 6 is located on the lower side of the wire rope 8.
Furthermore, the invention also comprises a fixed support, a first central shaft and a second central shaft, wherein the end parts of the first central shaft and the second central shaft are movably connected to the fixed support, the first pulley and the first fixed gear 3 are sleeved on the first central shaft, the second pulley and the second fixed gear 4 are sleeved on the second central shaft, and the first pulley, the first fixed gear 3, the second pulley and the second fixed gear 4 are installed through the fixed support, the first central shaft and the second central shaft.

the second chain (10) is sleeved on the second fixed gear (4) and the second gear (6), the first gear (5) and the second gear are both provided with steel wire brushes, one end of the steel wire rope (8) is wound on the first pulley, the other end of the steel wire rope (8) is connected with the traction mechanism, the middle of the steel wire rope (8) is wound on the second pulley, and the steel wire brushes are in contact with the steel wire rope (8).

The steel wire rope soil cleaning device according to claim 1, further comprising a fixed support, a first central shaft and a second central shaft, wherein the ends of the first central shaft and the second central shaft are movably connected to the fixed support, the first pulley and the first fixed gear (3) are sleeved on the first central shaft, and the second pulley and the second fixed gear (4) are sleeved on the second central shaft.

The steel wire rope soil cleaning device according to claim 3, further comprising a third central shaft and a fourth central shaft, wherein the end of the third central shaft and the end of the fourth central shaft are both movably connected to the fixed support, the driving wheel (7) is sleeved on the third central shaft, and the second gear (6) is sleeved on the fourth central shaft.
