The stay cable is placed between the roller brushes 36 on the upper side and the lower side, the second motor 32 is started to work, the second motor 32 drives the belt pulley 34 on the upper side to rotate through the second rotating shaft 33 on the upper side, the belt pulley 34 on the upper side rotates and drives the belt pulley 34 on the lower side to rotate through the flat belt 35, so that the roller brushes 36 are driven to rotate by the rotation of the belt pulley 34 on the upper side and the lower side, the stay cable is sufficiently cleaned by the rotation of the roller brushes 36, and after the cleaning is finished, the second motor 32 is turned off.
