The working principle is as follows: when the energy-saving stem cell refrigerating and transporting device is used, firstly, test tubes are placed in a test tube fixing frame 2405 on a mounting frame 2404 in a refrigerating tank 17, liquid nitrogen is added through a liquid adding opening 21, then a tank cover 20 is closed, then the refrigerating tank 17 is placed in a box body 1, the outer wall of the refrigerating tank 17 is abutted against a clamping block 802 below a movable plate 801 on the inner wall of the box body 1 during placement, the movable plate 801 is enabled to be vertical, the clamping blocks 802 at the upper end and the lower end of the movable plate 801 are abutted against the refrigerating tank 17, a trapezoidal block 804 outside the clamping block 802 above the movable plate 801 is clamped in a limiting groove 18 on the outer wall of the refrigerating tank 17 to prevent the refrigerating tank 17 from jumping in the box body 1 during transportation, then a limiting block 14 on a limiting rod 12 on the periphery of the top of the box body 1 is aligned with a hollow groove 13 on the periphery of a box cover 15, then the box cover 15 is placed on the box, then the box cover is moved to a proper transportation point through the bottom universal wheel 2 for loading transportation, the vacuum layer 4 in the heat insulation layer 3 in the box body 1 can well reduce the external temperature entering the box body 1 in the transportation process, the volatilization speed of liquid nitrogen in the refrigerating tank 17 is reduced, meanwhile, the vibration of the refrigerating tank 17 is reduced under the action of the elastic force of the first spring 5 at the bottom of the box body 1, when the liquid nitrogen in the refrigerating tank 17 is insufficient in the transportation process, the low-temperature liquid level sensor 23 on the inner wall of the refrigerating tank 17 transmits a signal to the control panel 10, then the control panel 10 controls the alarm 11 to give an alarm to remind a worker to replenish liquid, when a dry cell test tube in the refrigerating tank 17 is needed to be taken out in the transportation process, the limiting block 14 at the outer side of the box cover 15 is rotated to be at the same position with the empty groove 13, then the box cover 15 is lifted upwards through the handle 16 to be separated from, the connecting rod 2406 at the top of the vertical rod 2401 is lifted upwards to drive the sliding rod 2403 to slide upwards in the sliding groove 2402, the mounting frame 2404 is driven to lift upwards at the same time, a test tube on the test tube fixing frame 2405 in the mounting frame 2404 is taken out, then the drain valve 9 at the bottom of the right side of the box body 1 is opened to drain water dripped on the surface of the refrigeration tank 17, so as to prevent bacteria from breeding, when the refrigeration tank 17 needs to be taken out for maintenance, the refrigeration tank 17 is lifted vertically, the trapezoidal limiting groove 18 on the outer wall of the refrigeration tank 17 props against the trapezoidal block 804 on the clamp block 802 above the movable plate 801 in the lifting process, the trapezoidal block 80 is driven to shrink into the clamp block 802 under the elastic action of the third spring 803 inside the upper clamp block 802, so that the trapezoidal block 804 is separated from the limiting groove 18, the refrigeration tank 17 is convenient to be taken out, then the movable plate 801 is driven to, the subsequent installation of the refrigerated tank 17 is facilitated, which completes the entire operation and is not described in detail in this description, which is well known to the person skilled in the art.
