The automatic sorting machine comprises a machine base, wherein a feeding device, a material groove, a first material pushing cylinder, a height detection module, a second material pushing cylinder, a third material pushing cylinder, a sorting module and a qualified product collecting module are arranged on the machine base; the sorting module comprises a qualified product pushing cylinder and a unqualified product removing cylinder; a first material pushing cylinder and a height detection module are respectively arranged on two sides of the material groove, the qualified product material pushing cylinder is arranged on the other side of the height detection module and is perpendicular to a third material pushing cylinder, the unqualified product rejection cylinder is arranged opposite to the third material pushing cylinder, and the qualified product material pushing cylinder is perpendicular to the unqualified product rejection cylinder; the qualified product collecting module is opposite to the qualified product pushing cylinder. The height detection device realizes the height detection of the T-shaped iron core, and meanwhile, the qualified products and the unqualified products are sorted, so that a large amount of labor is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.

Background
At present, the height detection of the existing T-shaped iron core and the sorting of qualified products and unqualified products are mainly carried out by hand. In the process, the working time of workers is limited, the repeated work can cause production fatigue, the efficiency is low, and meanwhile, the detection quality cannot be guaranteed. The invention provides a T-shaped iron core height detection and sorting device which comprises a machine base, wherein a feeding device, a material groove, a first material pushing cylinder, a height detection module, a second material pushing cylinder, a third material pushing cylinder, a sorting module and a qualified product collection module are arranged on the machine base; the sorting module comprises a qualified product pushing cylinder and a unqualified product removing cylinder; the material groove is arranged on one side of the outlet of the feeding device and is used for inputting a workpiece by the feeding device to pass through, guiding and limiting; a first material pushing cylinder and a height detection module are respectively arranged on two sides of the material groove, the first surface of the height detection module is opposite to the movement direction of the first material pushing cylinder, the movement direction of the second material pushing cylinder is opposite to the second surface of the height detection module, and the movement direction of the second material pushing cylinder and the movement direction of the first material pushing cylinder form an included angle of 90 degrees; the third material pushing cylinder is arranged on one side of the height detection module, and the moving direction of the third material pushing cylinder is perpendicular to that of the second material pushing cylinder; the qualified product pushing cylinder is arranged on the other side of the height detection module and is perpendicular to the third pushing cylinder, the unqualified product eliminating cylinder is arranged opposite to the third pushing cylinder, and the qualified product pushing cylinder is arranged perpendicular to the unqualified product eliminating cylinder; one side of the unqualified product rejection cylinder is also provided with a through hole arranged on the base; the qualified product collecting module is opposite to the qualified product pushing cylinder.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the qualified product collection module includes a receiving tray and a screw module; the receiver just pushes away the material cylinder and locates the lead screw module top to the certified products, and the lead screw module drives the receiver and removes.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-2, the present embodiment provides a T-shaped core height detecting and sorting apparatus, including a machine base 1, two feeding devices 2 arranged on the machine base 1, a trough 5, two first material pushing cylinders 6, two height detecting modules 10, two second material pushing cylinders 8, two third material pushing cylinders 9, two sorting modules, and a qualified product collecting module; the sorting module comprises a qualified product pushing cylinder 11 and an unqualified product removing cylinder 12; the qualified product collecting module comprises a containing disc 3 and a screw rod module 4.
The trough 5 is placed at the outlet of the feeding device 2 and the position where the T-shaped iron core workpiece 7 passes through, and guides and limits the workpiece 7.
The first material pushing cylinder 6 is placed at an outlet of the feeding device 2 and used for pushing the workpiece 7 coming out of the feeding device 2 to the height detection module 10. The inlet of the height detection module 10 is arranged on the front surface of the first material pushing cylinder 6. The second material pushing cylinder 8 is placed on the side face of the height detection module 10, forms a 90-degree included angle with the first material pushing cylinder 6, and pushes out the workpieces 7 which are detected in the height detection module 10. The height detection module 10 detects when in contact, the displacement sensor is used for contacting the workpiece 7 with the displacement sensor, and the workpieces 7 with different heights have different extrusion degrees to the sensor and show different height values. The sensor is fixed in position, the workpiece 7 extrudes the sensor, and the compression amount of the sensor is converted into the height of the workpiece.
The two feeding devices 2, the two first material pushing cylinders 6, the two height detection modules 10 and the two second material pushing cylinders 8 are respectively symmetrically arranged relative to the center and are arranged on the left side and the right side, and the left side and the right side work simultaneously and do not interfere with each other.
The third material pushing cylinder 9 is arranged at the outlet of the height detection module 10 and is perpendicular to the second material pushing cylinder 8.
The unqualified product eliminating cylinder 12 and the third material pushing cylinder 9 are oppositely arranged, when an unqualified product appears, the unqualified product eliminating cylinder 12 retracts, and the unqualified product falls to the lower side through a through hole in the base 1. The qualified product pushing cylinder 11 and the unqualified product rejecting cylinder 12 are vertically arranged, and the qualified workpieces 7 are pushed to the containing disc 3.
The two third material pushing cylinders 9 are arranged in the radial direction relative to the center of the two sorting modules, and the two sides work simultaneously without mutual interference.
The storage box 3 is placed above the screw rod module 4, qualified products on the left side and the right side push the material cylinder 11 to push the material and complete the material, the screw rod module 4 drives the storage box 3 to move, and the qualified products push the material cylinder 4 to the side face of the storage box 3. Therefore, the automatic height detection and sorting of the workpieces of the T-shaped iron core are completed.

A T-shaped iron core height detection and sorting device is characterized by comprising a machine base, wherein the machine base is provided with a feeding device, a material groove, a first material pushing cylinder, a height detection module, a second material pushing cylinder, a third material pushing cylinder, a sorting module and a qualified product collection module; the sorting module comprises a qualified product pushing cylinder and a unqualified product removing cylinder;
the material groove is arranged on one side of the outlet of the feeding device and is used for inputting a workpiece by the feeding device to pass through, guiding and limiting;
a first material pushing cylinder and a height detection module are respectively arranged on two sides of the material groove, the first surface of the height detection module is opposite to the movement direction of the first material pushing cylinder, the movement direction of the second material pushing cylinder is opposite to the second surface of the height detection module, and the movement direction of the second material pushing cylinder and the movement direction of the first material pushing cylinder form an included angle of 90 degrees;
the third material pushing cylinder is arranged on one side of the height detection module, and the moving direction of the third material pushing cylinder is perpendicular to that of the second material pushing cylinder; the qualified product pushing cylinder is arranged on the other side of the height detection module and is vertical to the third pushing cylinder,
the unqualified product removing cylinder and the third material pushing cylinder are oppositely arranged, and the qualified product material pushing cylinder and the unqualified product removing cylinder are vertically arranged; one side of the unqualified product rejection cylinder is also provided with a through hole arranged on the base; the qualified product collecting module is opposite to the qualified product pushing cylinder.
2. The T-shaped core height detecting and sorting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding means is a vibrating plate.

A T-type core height detecting and sorting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the height detecting module is provided with a displacement sensor, the sensor is fixed, the workpiece is pressed against the sensor, and the different height values are displayed by the displacement sensor contacting the workpiece with the displacement sensor.

The T-shaped iron core height detecting and sorting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the feeding device, the material groove, the first material pushing cylinder, the height detecting module, the second material pushing cylinder, the third material pushing cylinder, the sorting module and the qualified product collecting module is two, the two feeding devices, the material groove, the first material pushing cylinder, the height detecting module, the second material pushing cylinder, the third material pushing cylinder, the sorting module and the qualified product collecting module are symmetrically arranged relative to the center of the machine base, and the left side and the right.

The T-shaped iron core height detecting and sorting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the unqualified product occurs, the unqualified product rejecting cylinder retracts, and the unqualified product is extended through the third material pushing cylinder to push the unqualified product to the through hole to fall.

The T-shaped iron core height detecting and sorting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the qualified product collecting module comprises a receiving tray and a screw rod module; the receiver just pushes away the material cylinder and locates the lead screw module top to the certified products, and the lead screw module drives the receiver and removes.
