Abstract
本申请公开了一种浮点精度检测方法与装置,涉及芯片技术领域,能够解决现有浮点精度检测方法效率低、实现复杂的问题。其方法为:以待检测的第一浮点数作为被测对象,并确定被测对象的第一参照对象和第二参照对象,第二参照对象为对被测对象叠加扰动后得到的;将被测对象、第一参照对象和第二参照对象分别输入算子进行计算,获取被测对象的被测结果、第一参照对象的参照结果以及第二参照对象的扰动结果;根据被测结果、参照结果以及扰动结果确定可接受的扰动误差范围,确定被测结果是否在可接受的扰动误差范围内。本申请实施例用于低精度与高精度、或同精度对象的精度对比检测。
