The first range is greater than the second range.
In the first range, the first range is set to be 100 m in the present invention, considering that the wheelchair user has enough time to recognize the help action to the helper.
With the second range, the second range is set to a 20-meter range in the present invention, considering that the wheelchair user is sufficiently out of danger.
The public welfare agency gives the corresponding material incentive or mental incentive according to how much the helper gets the accumulated points.

Claims (8)

1. A public welfare integration system is an integration system for helping people for wheelchair users, and comprises a wheelchair information acquisition end and a terminal which are respectively connected with a cloud end through a network; the wheelchair information acquisition end comprises a positioning module, a voice output module, a help-seeking button, a fingerprint sensor and a camera which are respectively connected with the central processing unit; the camera is arranged at the top end of the wheelchair backrest and used for video monitoring of the help behaviors and two-dimensional code scanning, and the two-dimensional code scanning is used for assisting the identity acquisition of people; the helper carries a two-dimensional code containing an identity number of the helper, which is generated by logging in a cloud terminal through a terminal in advance to register a face and binding the identity number of the helper, and the helper stores the two-dimensional code in a mobile terminal held by the helper or prints the two-dimensional code into paper for carrying;
the voice output module comprises an efficacy amplifier which outputs information of calling for help and thank you and is connected with a loudspeaker, and the loudspeaker is arranged on the outer side of the backrest of the wheelchair;
the help seeking button and the fingerprint sensor are embedded in the wheelchair armrest, the help seeking button is used for acquiring help seeking signals, and the fingerprint sensor is used for acquiring the approval of a help behavior of a help person for a wheelchair user;
the positioning module is a GPS positioning module, is arranged on the back of the wheelchair seat and is used for detecting the position of the wheelchair.
2. The equity points system of claim 1, wherein said help button is a click button.
3. The equity scoring system of claim 1, wherein said identification number is a certificate number of a helper's identification card or a mobile phone number of a mobile terminal held by the helper.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
1) storing a fingerprint feature template of a wheelchair user in a wheelchair information acquisition end;
2) when people need public welfare integration, the people log in the cloud in advance through the terminal to register the face and bind the identity number of the people, and meanwhile, a two-dimensional code containing the identity number of the people is generated;
3) the generated two-dimensional code helps a person to store the two-dimensional code in a held mobile terminal or print the two-dimensional code into paper for carrying;
4) the video is collected through a camera and stored at the wheelchair information collection end;
5) the cloud identifies a helper with the application point in the wheelchair contacting person in video detection, and marks the helper;
6) when clicking the help-seeking button, outputting help-seeking information through the voice output module, and uploading the camera acquisition video to the cloud side in real time simultaneously:

5. The method of claim 4 wherein the time T1 is set to 10 minutes and the time T2 is set to 5 minutes.

The method of claim 4, wherein after the voice output module outputs the distress message, the video collected by the camera is detected in real time to identify whether a hand of another person is in contact with the wheelchair, and whether the distance from the current wheelchair to the position where the help-seeking button is clicked exceeds a second range, and when the distance from the identified hand of another person to the wheelchair or/and the distance from the current wheelchair to the position where the help-seeking button is clicked exceeds the second range, the distress message output by the voice output module which is not stopped is terminated.
7. The method of claim 4 wherein the first range is set to a 100 meter range.
8. The method of claim 6 wherein the second range is set to a 20 meter range.
