Abstract
The invention provides an electric energy meter BOM automatic generation system which comprises an electric energy meter order system, a BOM archive database system and a BOM generation management system. The method comprises the steps of standardizing the characteristic information of electric energy meter products, directly obtaining key attribute points from an order system, automatically generating BOMs which can be used for production by using BOM archive data, and completing inspection, approval and issuing work flows through a management system. The whole system realizes informatization and standardization of the whole flow from orders to delivery.

The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent electric meters, in particular to an electric energy meter BOM automatic generation system.
Background
The intelligent electric energy meter has very rich product models, and developers are required to participate in a large amount of BOM maintenance work according to different specification types, phase line quantity, voltage and current specifications, ESAM models, communication module types and other demand points. As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an electric energy meter BOM automatic generation system, including: the system comprises three subsystems, namely an electric energy meter order system, a BOM archive database system and a BOM generation management system.
The electric energy meter order system mainly provides an order review meter standard template for market sales personnel and is used for filling and selecting key parameter information of electric energy meter products. Key parameters in the order review table can be converted into a set of standardized attribute point values containing complete characteristic information of the product according to parameter values and conversion logic, and the values are transmitted to the BOM generation management system by the order system.
The BOM file database system is mainly oriented to research and development personnel, and the developers of each part of the electric energy meter product maintain the material files for generating the BOM in a labor-sharing manner. The file is divided into two maintenance options of material type and material. The BOM of the electric energy meter is divided into layers such as 01-layer packaging, 02-layer assembly and 03-layer PCBA according to production links, a plurality of fixed material types are arranged under each layer, a plurality of materials are arranged under each material type, and the specific material used by each material type can be determined according to attribute point values provided by an order system. And then the system automatically arranges the BOM which accords with the format of the production system and supports the conversion of the file in the schematic diagram format into the report format. And finally, importing the BOM into a production system. And then the BOM generation management system pushes the to-be-processed process to be audited to the corresponding product responsible person and the file responsible person according to the called file content, and meanwhile, the system has a comparison function, so that the product responsible person can conveniently compare and check the newly-added BOM with the similar product BOM, and pushes and informs the supply chain responsible person to schedule production.
