Claims (8)

1. An energy-saving and environment-friendly diesel engine for engineering machinery is characterized by comprising a base (1) and a diesel engine body (2), wherein a first fixing column (3) is arranged between the base (1) and the diesel engine body (2), the diesel engine body (2) is fixedly installed at the top of the first fixing column (3), a heat dissipation cavity (4) is installed on one side of the diesel engine body (2), an exhaust port (5) is arranged on the other side of the diesel engine body (2), an exhaust pipe (6) is connected to the exhaust port (5), a valve (7) is installed on the exhaust pipe (6), a purification mechanism is installed inside the exhaust pipe (6) and comprises a filter cartridge (8), limiting clamping grooves are formed in two sides of the filter cartridge (8), and a filter basket (9) is installed inside the filter cartridge (8), both ends of the filtering basket (9) are fixedly connected with the filtering cylinder (8) through locking bolts, a first filtering net layer (10), a second filtering net layer (11) and a third filtering net layer (12) are sequentially arranged in the filtering basket (9), threaded holes and through holes are respectively formed in both sides of the exhaust pipe (6), a screw (13) is connected and arranged in the threaded holes in a threaded manner, one end of the screw (13) is connected and arranged with a first limiting clamping block (14) in a threaded manner, the first limiting clamping block (14) is matched with the limiting clamping groove (15), a movable rod (16) penetrates through the through holes, one end of the movable rod (16) is fixedly connected with a second limiting clamping block (17), the second limiting clamping block (17) is matched with the limiting clamping groove, a limiting nut is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the threaded holes, one end, far away from the second limiting clamping block (17), of the screw (13) penetrates through the limiting nut and extends to the outside of the limiting nut to, the limiting plate is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the through hole, the movable rod (16) is arranged on the outer side and located the second limiting clamping block (17) and the baffle plate are fixedly connected and provided with a reset spring (20), the movable rod (16) is far away from the second limiting clamping block (17), one end of the second limiting clamping block (17) penetrates through the limiting plate and extends to a handle (19) is arranged outside the limiting plate.

The diesel engine for the energy-saving and environment-friendly engineering machinery as claimed in claim 1, wherein a support plate (21) is fixedly arranged between the heat dissipation cavity (4) and the diesel engine body (2), and a plurality of ventilation openings (22) are formed in the support plate (21).

The diesel engine for energy-saving and environment-friendly engineering machinery as claimed in claim 2, wherein a motor (23) is fixedly installed on the support plate (21) and located in the heat dissipation cavity (4), an output end of the motor (23) is connected with a rotating shaft, and fan blades (34) are installed on the rotating shaft.

The diesel engine for the energy-saving and environment-friendly engineering machinery as claimed in claim 3, wherein a controller (24) is fixedly installed inside the heat dissipation cavity (4), a temperature sensor (25) is fixedly installed on the support plate (21) and located inside the diesel engine body (2), and the temperature sensor (25) and the motor (23) are both electrically connected with the controller (24).
5. The diesel engine for energy-saving and environment-friendly engineering machinery as claimed in claim 4, wherein a heat dissipation opening is formed at one side of the heat dissipation cavity (4), and a dust screen (26) is installed on the heat dissipation opening.

The energy-saving and environment-friendly diesel engine for engineering machinery as claimed in claim 5, wherein a cavity is formed in the base (1), a first fixing seat (27) is arranged in the cavity, the bottom of the first fixing column (3) penetrates through the cavity and extends into the cavity to be connected with the first fixing seat (27), a second fixing column (28) is arranged at the bottom of the first fixing seat (27), and one end, far away from the first fixing seat (27), of the second fixing column (28) penetrates through the second fixing seat (29) and extends into the second fixing seat (29).

The energy-saving and environment-friendly diesel engine for engineering machinery as claimed in claim 6, wherein a sleeve (30) is sleeved outside the second fixed column (28), a damping spring (31) is sleeved outside the second fixed column (28) and the sleeve (30), one end of the damping spring (31) is fixed on one side of the second fixed column (28), the other end of the damping spring (31) is fixed on one side of the sleeve (30), and a baffle (32) is sleeved outside the second fixed column (28) and below the sleeve (30).

The diesel engine for the energy-saving and environment-friendly engineering machinery as claimed in claim 7, wherein a plurality of connecting rods (33) are arranged on the bottom plate of the baffle (32), and the baffle (32) is connected with the inner wall of the base (1) through the connecting rods (33).
