Abstract
The invention relates to an airtight storehouse for traditional Chinese medicinal materials, which comprises: an airtight housing body airtightly provided on the airtight floor; an airtight door installed on the airtight housing body; an airtight top plate disposed on top of the airtight housing body; a nitrogen generation system configured to provide clean nitrogen gas into the airtight storage volume, reducing the oxygen concentration of the storage; an oxygen enrichment system configured to provide air into the airtight reservoir; a humidity control system configured to regulate humidity in the hermetic reservoir body; and a control system configured to perform respective functions with one or more of the above-described systems. According to the application, the airtight storehouse body and the configured system equipment are used for avoiding or slowing down the quality reduction of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials stored in the storehouse or the loss of the effective medicinal components, effectively controlling the water in the medicinal materials, and achieving the purposes of preventing and treating entomophthora; the good gas tightness of storehouse body reduces the inside and outside gas exchange of storehouse, humiture fluctuation etc. reduces equipment and adjusts the frequency, saves the energy consumption.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine maintenance, in particular to an airtight storehouse for traditional Chinese medicines.
Background
The maintenance of Chinese medicinal materials is one of the important links in the storage process of Chinese medicinal materials. If the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are stored improperly, problems of worm damage, mildew, sugar flooding, oil flooding, color change, reduction of effective components and the like can occur. Therefore, a rational maintenance method is very important for the storage of the traditional Chinese medicine.
The traditional Chinese medicinal material curing method mainly comprises three types of normal-temperature storage (less than or equal to 30 ℃), shady-cool storage (less than or equal to 20 ℃) and low-temperature storage (2-10 ℃). However, the problems of insect and mildew cannot be effectively avoided in the normal-temperature warehouse and the shady and cool warehouse, and the power consumption cost for refrigerating the low-temperature warehouse every year is very high. Therefore, a solution to the above problems is needed in the field of maintaining Chinese herbal medicines.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine airtight storehouse, which comprises: an airtight housing body airtightly provided on the airtight floor; an airtight door installed on the airtight housing body; an airtight top plate disposed on top of the airtight housing body; a nitrogen generation system configured to provide purified nitrogen gas into the airtight storage volume, resulting in a reduction in oxygen concentration of the storage; an oxygen enrichment system configured to provide air into the airtight reservoir; a humidity control system configured to regulate humidity in the hermetic reservoir body; a temperature control system configured to regulate a temperature in the hermetic reservoir body; and a control system configured to control one or more of the nitrogen generation system, the oxygen enhancement system, the humidity control system, and the temperature control system to perform respective functions; wherein, the air-tight storehouse ventilation rate is less than or equal to 0.2/d.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

In the drawings, like numerals describe substantially similar components throughout the different views. Various specific embodiments of the present application are described in sufficient detail below to enable those skilled in the art to practice the teachings of the present application. It is to be understood that other embodiments may be utilized and structural and logical changes may be made to the embodiments of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a medicinal material airtight storehouse module according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the airtight storehouse 100 for chinese herbal medicine includes an airtight storehouse body 110, an airtight door 120, an airtight top plate (not shown), and an airtight floor (not shown). Wherein the airtight door 120 is airtightly installed on the airtight housing body; an airtight top plate airtightly provided on the top of the airtight housing body; the airtight ground is airtightly fixed with the bottom of the airtight storage body. The airtight storehouse body 110, the airtight door, the airtight top plate and the airtight ground are enclosed to form a stable airtight storehouse structure for storing the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, wherein the ventilation rate of the airtight storehouse is less than or equal to 0.2/d, and preferably, the ventilation rate is not more than 0.05/d. The nitrogen generating system 140, the humidity control system 150, the oxygen increasing system 160 and the temperature control system 170 are electrically connected to the control system 130, and are controlled by the control system 130 to perform corresponding functions.
The control system 130 executes software or computer readable instructions stored in memory to perform the methods or operations described herein. In some embodiments, the control system may be a single chip or a PLC, which controls the nitrogen generating system 140, the humidity control system 150, the oxygen increasing system 160 and the temperature control system 170 to operate according to a preset program, so as to control the parameters in the airtight storehouse within a reasonable range.
The humidity control system 150 is used to control the humidity in the airtight storage room, and is hermetically connected to the airtight storage body 110. In response to the humidity in the airtight storage room exceeding or falling below the set threshold, the control system 130 controls the humidity control system 150 to operate to adjust the humidity in the airtight storage room to be within the set range. The humidity control system may be installed inside the airtight warehouse, or may be installed outside the airtight warehouse, which is not limited herein. The humidity control system 150 is controlled by the control system 130, humidity adjustment is performed in an isenthalpic humidification mode, humidity control accuracy is less than or equal to +/-5%, and stability is good. In some embodiments, humidity control system 150 controls the relative humidity in the airtight store to 20% -80%.
The temperature control system 170 is used to control the temperature in the airtight storehouse, and is connected to the airtight storehouse body 110 in an airtight manner. The temperature control system 170 includes a cooling device and a heating device. One or more temperature sensors are mounted inside the airtight storage room and electrically connected to the control system 130 for detecting the temperature inside the airtight storage room. In response to the temperature in the warehouse exceeding or falling below the set threshold, the control system 130 starts the temperature control system to adjust the temperature in the warehouse, and stops working until the temperature reaches the set threshold range. In some embodiments, temperature control system 170 is capable of controlling the temperature within the warehouse to between 2-40 ℃. The temperature of the storehouse is kept stable within a certain range for a long time, so that the effect of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is not changed.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the airtight storehouse 100 for traditional Chinese medicine further comprises: a safety protection device, wherein the safety protection device comprises a hypoxia indicator 111 and a hypoxia lock 112. In response to a user desiring to open airtight door 120, control system 130 determines whether the oxygen content in the airtight storage room is below a safe threshold based on data from the oxygen content sensor. If below the safe threshold, a low oxygen indicator 111 in the safety device alerts and commands the low oxygen lock to close so that the airtight door 120 cannot be opened. Meanwhile, the oxygen increasing system 160 is started to perform oxygen increasing operation in the airtight storehouse, and the oxygen content in the storehouse is increased until the oxygen content is greater than or equal to the safety threshold. In response to the oxygen level in the warehouse being greater than or equal to the safe threshold, the low oxygen indicator 111 stops issuing the alarm and the low oxygen lock is in the on state.
According to one embodiment of the present application, control system 130 disables activation of gas conditioning, i.e., disables activation of nitrogen generation system 140, humidity control system 150, and temperature control system 170, in response to the gas tight door not being closed.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the internal structure of the airtight storehouse for medicinal materials according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the airtight storehouse 100 for the traditional chinese medicine pharmacy further includes a collision post 113, an illuminating lamp 114, and an airtight threshold 121. Wherein the anti-collision column 113 is arranged around the airtight storehouse body 110 and fixed with the bottom surface by adopting an expansion screw, and the distance between the anti-collision column 113 and the storehouse body is 80-120 mm. The crash post 113 is used for preventing the tool such as a forklift from mistakenly colliding with the airtight warehouse body when carrying objects, and the working stability of the tool is affected. In some embodiments, crash posts are also provided on both sides of the airtight door outside the airtight housing or at other locations where there is a risk of collision. One or more illumination lamps 114 are mounted on the airtight ceiling for illuminating the interior of the airtight storehouse. The illumination lamp 114 may be an LED energy saving lamp, or may be other types of lamps, and is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, an air-tight door threshold 121 disposed below the air-tight door 120 and in air-tight connection with the ground, wherein the air-tight door threshold 121 can be configured to reduce the height. Wherein, the pressure balancing device 190 is fixed on the airtight housing 110 and is connected with the airtight housing 110 in an airtight manner through a pipeline. The pressure detection device 180 is electrically connected with the control system 130 and is used for detecting the pressure in the airtight storehouse; the pressure balancing device 190 balances the pressure inside and outside the airtight storehouse in response to a difference between the pressure inside the airtight storehouse and the pressure outside the storehouse being higher than a preset threshold. The pressure detection device 180 reports the pressure inside the airtight warehouse to the control system 130, the control system 130 judges whether the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the airtight warehouse is higher than a preset threshold, and in response to the fact that the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the airtight warehouse is higher than the preset threshold, the pressure balancing device 190 starts to work, the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the airtight warehouse is reduced to be within the range of the preset threshold, or the pressure difference is adjusted to be consistent with the atmospheric pressure outside the airtight warehouse.
In some embodiments, the inlet valve 115 and the outlet valve 116 are diagonally mounted on the hermetic housing body 110. a nitrogen generation system configured to provide clean nitrogen gas into the airtight storage volume, reducing the oxygen concentration of the storage;
an oxygen enrichment system configured to provide air into the airtight reservoir;
a humidity control system configured to regulate humidity in the hermetic reservoir body;
a temperature control system configured to regulate a temperature in the hermetic reservoir body; and
a control system configured to control one or more of the nitrogen generation system, the oxygen enhancement system, the humidity control system, and the temperature control system to perform respective functions;
wherein, the air-tight storehouse ventilation rate is less than or equal to 0.2/d.
2. The airtight storehouse of traditional chinese medicinal materials of claim 1, wherein said airtight top panel is in a building roof.
3. The airtight storehouse of traditional Chinese medicinal materials as claimed in claim 1, wherein the content of oxygen in the airtight storehouse is 0.1% -15%; the relative humidity is 20-80%; the temperature is 2-40 ℃.
4. The airtight storehouse of traditional Chinese medicinal materials according to claim 1, wherein the airtight ground is one or more of terrace, ground glue or high-airtightness reinforced concrete.
5. The airtight storehouse of traditional chinese medicinal materials according to claim 1, wherein said airtight floor is composed of one or more layers of heat-insulating airtight sheet and/or concrete.

The airtight storehouse of traditional Chinese medicinal materials according to claim 1, wherein the airtight storehouse body and/or the airtight top plate are assembled or built by one or more of airtight fireproof heat-insulating plates, airtight fireproof plates, laminated glass or toughened glass, and are subjected to airtight treatment by sealant or sealing adhesive strips.

10. The airtight storehouse of traditional chinese medicinal materials of claim 1, further comprising: and a plurality of anti-collision columns are arranged on the periphery of the airtight warehouse body and fixed with the ground.
