the second step is that: after the movement is finished, a user pours raw materials into the storage box 4 through the material inlet 5, then the position of the material inlet 5 is sealed through the sealing cover 6, before spraying work is required, the user takes the hard tube 11 off the fixture block 12, then the motor 36 is started, the motor 36 drives the first rotating shaft 37 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 37 drives the vertical rod 42 to rotate, so that stirring work is carried out by the aid of the stirring rod 43, the first rotating shaft 37 drives the first gear 44 to rotate when rotating, the first gear 44 drives the second gear 45 to rotate, so that the vertical rods 42 on two sides rotate, and the stirring rods 43 on two sides are used for assisting in stirring work, so that the stirring effect is improved, the uniformity of the raw materials in use is guaranteed, and the raw materials are prevented from being precipitated;
the third step: when spraying, a user presses the pressing block 66 to enable the third spring 65 to be squeezed and compressed, the L-shaped rod 63 moves inwards along the sliding groove 62, then the second circular block 59 moves downwards to enable the second circular block 59 to move to the upper end position of the hard tube 11, meanwhile, the L-shaped rod 63 penetrates into the inner position of the through hole 54, then the L-shaped rod 63 is loosened, the third spring 65 drives the L-shaped rod 63 to reset, the rectangular block 64 is clamped at the lower end position of the fixing ring 53, then the air pump 17 is started, when the air pump 17 is started, air enters the storage box 4 through the second pipeline 19 and the first pipeline 18, the air pressure inside the storage box 4 is improved, and therefore when raw materials inside the storage box 4 are squeezed, the inner position of the corrugated hose 10 is sprayed out of the spraying hole 58 through the hard tube 11, and spraying work is carried out;
the fourth step: after the spraying is finished, the user presses the pressing block 66, so that the third spring 65 is pressed and compressed, the L-shaped rod 63 moves inwards along the sliding chute 62, then the second circular block 59 moves upwards, the first circular block 55 is driven by the thin rod 61 to move upwards along the rigid tube 11 until the cleaning rod 57 is inserted into the inner position of the spray orifice 58, the residual raw material in the spray orifice 58 is extruded out, and the blockage problem caused by drying of the raw material in the spray orifice 58 is prevented;
the fifth step: when the device needs to be cleaned, a user opens the storage box 4, then pulls the second steel wire rope 52 through the pull ring 47, so that the limiting block 50 is recovered to the inner position of the third cavity 48, then the user can move the vertical rod 42 upwards, the disassembly work of the vertical rod 42 is facilitated, and the cleaning work of the whole device is facilitated.
