Description

Modified polyester fiber woven tape and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of polyester fiber modification, in particular to a modified polyester fiber woven tape product and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The safety belt is widely applied to various fields of social production at present and is one of the most important guarantees of personnel safety in specific occasions. The most widely used woven belt is a high-altitude anti-falling safety belt which is widely used for high-altitude construction operation. The braid of the current high-altitude operation safety belt is mainly made of polyester fiber and has the characteristics of light weight, high strength and the like.
The application scenes of the high-altitude anti-falling woven safety belt are various, such as disaster relief, electric power and ship fields, and some special requirements are also put forward on the performance of the woven belt, such as insulation, water resistance, fire resistance, corrosion resistance, friction cutting resistance and the like. The existing solution is to adopt special fiber to make the mesh belt separately for the scene with special demand, but the mesh belt is high in cost, single in scene and poor in universality. In addition, the modification of the current special fiber is generally implemented in the fiber manufacturing process, which determines that the existing woven belt cannot be correspondingly modified, thereby causing huge hidden danger.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a method for modifying the finished product of polyester fiber fabric woven tape, which can improve the main indexes of fire-proof insulation cutting resistance and the like of the existing finished product woven tape (which can be new or used). Making it possible to adapt to the requirements of most extreme scenarios.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a method for modifying a polyester fiber woven tape and a modified woven tape product thereof, and the specific method comprises the following steps:
a liquefaction modification treatment step and a solidification modification treatment step;
the liquefaction modification treatment step comprises the steps of firstly preparing a liquid modifier, and treating the polyester fiber woven belt by adopting the liquid modifier; the solidification step is a step of carrying out solidification treatment on the polyester fiber woven tape after the liquefaction modification treatment, the solid modifier and other solid additives.
Preferably, the liquid modifier is polymerized by modified hyperbranched polyester and fluorine-substituted aliphatic amide compound; the curing treatment is a method for combining the solid additive and the polyester fiber woven tape by adopting a hot pressing method.
Preferably, the modified hyperbranched polyester is obtained by modifying the terminal group of the hyperbranched polyester by using acrylic acid and glycidol trimethyl ammonium chloride.
Preferably, the hyperbranched polyester is prepared by taking ethoxy pentaerythritol as a core and 2, 2-dimethylolpropionic acid as a branching unit, and tests show that the hyperbranched polyester with too high or too low molecular weight has poor effect, and the preferred molecular weight is between 1500-3000; wherein the aliphatic amide compound is 3- (4-fluorophenyl) -2-acrylamide; the solid additive is a mixture of hydroxyapatite and silica.
Preferably, the modified hyperbranched polyester and the 3- (4-fluorophenyl) -2-acrylamide are polymerized by adding allyl glycidyl ether and adopting ammonium persulfate as a polymerization initiator.
Compared with the prior polyester fiber fabric treatment method, the method has breakthrough improvement. Firstly, from the basic steps of the method, the method combines the high-temperature curing step after the liquid soaking modification, and through practical tests, the method finds that the mode of firstly liquid modifying and then curing modification not only plays a role in simply combining the liquid modifier and the solid modifier, but also unexpectedly improves the modification effect of the previous liquid soaking modification in the subsequent high-temperature curing process.
Secondly, the invention innovatively provides a fluorine-containing modifier. In recent years, the organic fluorine industry has been rapidly developed, and fluorine-containing water repellent has been highly regarded as having excellent water-repellent, oil-repellent, stain-repellent, and antistatic properties in the field of general textile finishing. However, the presently reported fluorochemical finishes are not effective at modifying polyester fiber webs. After repeated attempts, the applicant finds that the liquid modifier prepared by introducing the fluorine-containing group in a hyperbranched polymer polyester modification mode and then treating the polyester fiber fabric woven belt can bring particularly excellent effects. The hyperbranched polymer has the characteristics of a large number of terminal groups, high reactivity and the like, and can purposefully realize certain specific effects by chemically modifying the terminal groups. After continuous trial, the hyperbranched polyester is modified, and the modified hyperbranched polyester and the fluorine-containing vinyl monomer are polymerized, so that the hyperbranched polyacrylamide organic fluorine product modifier is prepared.
Tests prove that the polyester fiber woven tape modified by the modifier has good waterproof, oil-proof, antifouling and antistatic properties. The treated mesh belt and the mixture of hydroxyapatite and silicon dioxide powder are subjected to hot-press curing together, so that the wear resistance and high temperature resistance of the mesh belt are obviously improved after curing, and the waterproof, oil-proof, antifouling and antistatic properties of the mesh belt are unexpectedly enhanced.
The modification method can greatly improve various indexes of the finished polyester fiber woven belt, can be applied to woven belt production, and can also be applied to the maintenance of the existing woven belt. Has the advantages of excellent effect, low cost, wide application range, high economic value and social value.
The technical contents of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific embodiments.
Detailed Description
The following describes in detail specific embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the scope of the invention, are intended for purposes of illustration and explanation only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
EXAMPLE 1 preparation of liquid modifier
(1) Preparation of modified hyperbranched polyesters
Adding a proper amount of hyperbranched polyester (H20 type, molecular weight 2100, Perstorp company, Sweden) and N, N-dimethylformamide into a reactor at normal temperature, stirring until all solids are dissolved, adding a proper amount of p-toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst, heating to about 100 ℃, keeping the temperature, and dropwise adding acrylic acid into the reactor under the condition of nitrogen gas passing through for about two hours. Cooling to about 50 ℃, adding a proper amount of boron trifluoride diethyl etherate as a catalyst, dropwise adding a small amount of glycidol trimethyl ammonium chloride, reacting for 24 hours under the condition of heat preservation, and evaporating to remove the solvent to obtain a light yellow viscous liquid.
(2) Polymerization preparation of fluorine-containing hyperbranched liquid modifier
And (2) sequentially adding the product obtained in the step (1), 3- (4-fluorophenyl) -2-acrylamide, dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, allyl glycidyl ether and an ammonium persulfate aqueous solution into a reaction container. Stirring, heating to about 85 deg.C, reacting for about 4 hr, cooling, and separating to obtain light yellow transparent liquid.
Example 2 liquid modifier modification treatment
Cutting the terylene mesh belt into small sections of about 10 cm, soaking the terylene mesh belt in the liquid modifier obtained in the embodiment 1 in a container, adjusting the pH value to about 6, soaking for about 2 hours, drying at about 100 ℃, washing with water, and drying again to finally obtain a modified mesh belt product.
Tests prove that the treated woven belt has better antistatic property and water and oil resistance compared with the untreated woven belt, and after a plurality of washing tests, the attenuation of the antistatic property and the water and oil resistance is very small, so that the liquid modifier also has excellent durability.
Example 3 curing modification step
Adding hydroxyapatite and silicon dioxide powder into a container, adding water at room temperature by using sodium hexametaphosphate as a surfactant, stirring, and dispersing by ultrasonic waves to prepare a dispersion liquid.
And uniformly spraying the prepared dispersion liquid on the surface of the liquid modified terylene woven tape, preheating for 5 minutes at 130 ℃, hot-pressing for 80 seconds at 240 ℃ and 4MPa, washing with water, and drying to obtain a solidified and modified terylene woven tape product.
After testing, compared with the non-cured modified woven belt, the cutting resistance of the modified woven belt is doubled after curing modification, and the stain resistance of the modified woven belt is also obviously improved.
Surprisingly, after the solidification modification, compared with the simple liquefaction modification, the antistatic property, the water resistance and the oil resistance brought by the liquefaction modification are not reduced, but are improved to a certain extent, particularly the durability, after dozens of times of water washing, various properties are still kept good, and compared with the simple normal modification, the durability improvement is greatly improved.
From the specific embodiments, it can be found that the method of the invention innovatively combines liquid modification and solid modification, the two are mutually promoted, and the hyperbranched polyester end chain fluorine modification is used for carrying out the fluorine modification of the polyester fabric in combination with the original application, so that the electric resistance, the water resistance and the cutting resistance of the woven belt are better improved, and the performance of the existing woven belt is greatly improved.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications are included in the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiments, various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various combinations that are possible in the present disclosure are not described again.
In addition, any combination of various embodiments of the present disclosure may be made, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present disclosure, as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure.
