The embodiment 9 of the invention provides a yellow chlorinated rubber material serving as an outer rubber material of a steel wire woven rubber tube, wherein the yellow chlorinated rubber material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of chlorinated rubber, 80 parts of white carbon black, 30 parts of a plasticizer DOP, 5 parts of an activator ZnO, 4 parts of magnesium oxide, 1 part of an activator stearic acid, 2 parts of an anti-aging agent RD, 4010NA 3 parts of an anti-aging agent, 50 parts of light calcium carbonate, 3 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.3 part of benzidine yellow, 3 parts of vulcanizing agent sulfur and 2 parts of an accelerator.
The preparation method of the yellow chlorinated rubber material in the embodiment 9 comprises the following steps:
putting chlorinated rubber into an internal mixer for plasticating for 1 minute, then adding an activator ZnO, an activator stearic acid, an anti-aging agent RD and an anti-aging agent 4010NA, mixing for 3 minutes, then adding white carbon black, a plasticizer DOP, magnesium oxide, light calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, benzidine yellow and an accelerator, mixing for 8 minutes, controlling the pressure of compressed air to be 0.6MPa and the temperature to be 100 ℃ in the mixing process, adding a sulfur vulcanizing agent in the mixing process in a two-stage mode, and controlling the temperature of the added yellow to be 80 ℃.

The embodiment 10 of the invention provides a yellow chlorinated rubber material serving as an outer rubber material of a steel wire woven rubber tube, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of chlorinated rubber, 90 parts of white carbon black, 50 parts of a plasticizer DOP, 6 parts of an activator ZnO, 10 parts of magnesium oxide, 2 parts of an activator stearic acid, 3 parts of an anti-aging agent RD, 4010NA 5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 100 parts of light calcium carbonate, 15 parts of titanium dioxide, 5 parts of benzidine yellow, 5 parts of vulcanizing agent sulfur and 3 parts of an accelerator.
The preparation method of the yellow chlorinated rubber material in the embodiment 10 comprises the following steps:
putting chlorinated rubber into an internal mixer for plasticating for 1 minute, then adding an activator ZnO, an activator stearic acid, an anti-aging agent RD and an anti-aging agent 4010NA, mixing for 3 minutes, then adding white carbon black, a plasticizer DOP, magnesium oxide, light calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, benzidine yellow and an accelerator, mixing for 8 minutes, controlling the pressure of compressed air at 1MPa and the temperature at 135 ℃ in the mixing process, adding a sulfur vulcanizing agent in the mixing process in a two-stage mode, and controlling the temperature of the added yellow at 100 ℃.
In summary, in the preparation of the chlorinated rubber material according to the embodiment of the present invention, the accelerator used is one or a combination of more of accelerators D (diphenylguanidine), DETU (diethylthiourea), DPG (1,3 diphenylguanidine), M (mercaptobenzothiazole), accelerator TMTD, accelerator BZ, accelerator ZDC, and accelerator CZ.
The chlorinated rubber material provided by the embodiment of the invention is prepared by chlorination through an environment-friendly process on the basis of high-molecular synthetic rubber, can be vulcanized by using a universal vulcanization system, and has excellent solvent resistance and ozone resistance; the preparation method of the rubber compound enables the rubber compound to have excellent processing performance, and improves the adhesive force with fiber and steel wire energy framework materials; has excellent wear resistance and high slip resistance.
The chlorinated rubber material is used as steel wire weaving outer rubber, the tensile strength is 8.2-10.5MPa, the hardness is 70-75 Shore a, the elongation is 252-353%, the 100% stress at definite elongation is 2.6-4.7MPa, the finished rubber tube product is resistant to ozone 100pphm & 240h and free of cracking, and the comprehensive performance is superior to CPE and rubber-plastic alloy.

the material also comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of carbon black FEF;
the material also comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of white carbon black, 3-15 parts of titanium dioxide and 0.3-5 parts of colorant;
the chlorinated rubber material is one of a black chlorinated rubber material, a gray chlorinated rubber material, a red chlorinated rubber material, a blue chlorinated rubber material and a yellow chlorinated rubber material;
the preparation method of the chlorinated rubber material comprises the following steps: adding chlorinated rubber into an internal mixer for plasticating, then adding an activating agent and an anti-aging agent for mixing, then adding other materials except the chlorinated rubber, the activating agent and the anti-aging agent for mixing, and adding a vulcanizing agent in two stages in the mixing.
2. The chlorinated rubber material of claim 1, wherein the colorant is one of permanent red, phthalocyanine blue, benzidine yellow.
3. The chlorinated rubber material according to any of claims 1-2, wherein the plasticizer is dioctyl phthalate.
4. The chlorinated rubber material of any of claims 1-2, wherein the activator is one or a combination of two of zinc oxide or stearic acid.
5. The chlorinated rubber material of any one of claims 1-2, wherein the anti-aging agent is one or a combination of two of anti-aging agent RD and anti-aging agent 4010 NA.
6. The chlorinated rubber material according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the vulcanizing agent is sulfur.
7. A process for the preparation of a chlorinated rubber material according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that: adding chlorinated rubber into an internal mixer for plasticating, then adding an activating agent and an anti-aging agent for mixing, then adding other materials except the chlorinated rubber, the activating agent and the anti-aging agent for mixing, and adding a vulcanizing agent in two stages in the mixing.
8. Use of a chlorinated rubber material according to any one of claims 1 to 7, as an outer rubber compound for wire-braided hoses.
