Abstract
The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant oil-resistant continuous fiber reinforced one-step forming composite hose which comprises, by weight, 100 parts of a base material, 3-5 parts of a reinforcing agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of a plasticizer, 3-5 parts of an accelerator, 30-60 parts of carbon black, 5-20 parts of filling oil, 5-15 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 5-15 parts of an auxiliary vulcanizing agent and 5-20 parts of an adhesion auxiliary agent. The invention has the beneficial effects that: hydrogenated nitrile rubber is obtained by hydrogenation of common NBR, the hydrogenation rate of double bonds can reach more than 90%, HNBR has better high temperature resistance, and simultaneously the oil resistance characteristic of NBR is kept, after HNBR is compounded with reinforcing fiber, the mechanical property is greatly improved, and the prepared composite hose has the advantages of pressure resistance, high temperature resistance and oil resistance, which cannot be achieved by common composite hoses, and the manufacturing process is simple and stable.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of composite hoses, in particular to a high-temperature-resistant and oil-resistant continuous fiber reinforced one-step forming composite hose.
Background
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) has good mechanical properties, good oil resistance and high temperature resistance, but the hydrogenated nitrile rubber has poor adhesion with fibers, so that the hydrogenated nitrile rubber cannot be directly compounded with reinforced fibers, such as polyester fibers. The invention adopts a one-step forming process, and has simple process and good stability.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a high-temperature-resistant and oil-resistant continuous fiber reinforced one-step forming composite hose to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a high-temperature-resistant oil-resistant continuous fiber reinforced one-step forming composite hose comprises the following components in parts by weight:
preferably, the substrate is hydrogenated nitrile rubber.
Preferably, the reinforcing agent is one or more of precipitated calcium carbonate, white carbon black, magnesium carbonate and zinc oxide.
Preferably, the plasticizer is one or more of stearic acid, phthalate ester, dioctyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate.
Preferably, the accelerator is one or more of magnesium oxide, diphenylguanidine, diethylthiourea, phenylglycine and a vulcanization accelerator.
Preferably, the carbon black is carbon black for rubber filling.
Preferably, the extender oil is a high boiling extender oil.
Preferably, the vulcanizing agent is one or more of dicumyl peroxide or a vulcanizing agent BIPB.
Preferably, the co-vulcanizing agent is one or more of HVA-2 and TAIC.
Preferably, the adhesive auxiliary agent is one or more of tackifying resin, EVA and modified polyester.
Advantageous effects
According to the high-temperature-resistant oil-resistant continuous fiber reinforced one-step molding composite hose provided by the invention, hydrogenated nitrile rubber is obtained by hydrogenating common NBR, the hydrogenation rate of double bonds can reach more than 90%, HNBR has better high-temperature resistance, and the oil-resistant characteristic of NBR is kept.
