Different materials enter the mixer through a batch scale, a medium scale and a weight-reducing additive machine respectively. The mixing time of the mixer is 90s at least, so that the powder materials are uniformly mixed.
The powder preparation method requires a control system to be provided with a formula management system, so that the situations of wrong use of the additive and the like can be avoided for a long time.
A packing bin is required to be arranged for multi-variety and small-batch powder preparation, and the bin capacity is not lower than 10 tons.
