The tire is one of the essential parts of the traditional vehicle, and most vehicles adopt the inflatable rubber tire nowadays. The probability of air leakage of the inflatable tire is high, and the inflatable tire cannot run for a long distance if the inflatable tire is air leaked; and the safety of the vehicle is seriously affected once the pneumatic tire is punctured. Among the causes of pneumatic tire failure in the military and civilian fields, foreign object puncture and vehicle overload are two major causes.
In the conventional spring tire, the stability of the tire in the direction of an axle is poor due to the arrangement mode of the springs, and for example, the rim is easy to twist due to the military and civil anti-prick spring tire mentioned in CN206664148U, the modular spring inner tube mentioned in CN210283794U and the like. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a non-inflatable pneumatic tire with load indicating function, comprising a wheel hub, a wheel rim, a plurality of shaped springs, a load indicating inner cap and a load indicating face cap; the special-shaped spring is connected between the hub and the rim; the load indicating inner cover is connected with the hub, and the load indicating surface cover is connected with the rim; the load indicating surface cover forms at least one observation hole.

2. The invention utilizes the symmetrical deformation of the special-shaped springs, and each special-shaped spring bears the pressure uniformly, thereby improving the bearing performance of the tire and prolonging the service life.
3. The invention utilizes the load indicating surface cover to simply reflect the load condition of the tire in real time, avoids the problem of tire failure caused by overload or uneven load, improves the driving safety of the vehicle and prolongs the service life of the tire.

Detailed Description
The following description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, with reference to the accompanying drawings and fig. 1, will provide a better understanding of the function and features of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a non-pneumatic spring tire with load indicating function according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a hub 1, a rim 2, a plurality of special-shaped springs 3, a load indicating inner cap 4 and a load indicating face cap 5; the special-shaped spring 3 is connected between the hub 1 and the rim 2; the inner load indicating cover 4 is connected with the hub 1, and the load indicating surface cover 5 is connected with the rim 2; the load indicating face cover 5 forms at least one viewing aperture.
The hub 1 comprises a hub main body 11, a first lower lantern ring 12 and a second lower lantern ring 13; the first lower lantern ring 12 and the second lower lantern ring 13 form a first limiting tenon which is matched with each other and are fixed on the periphery of the hub main body 11 through bolts; the first lower lantern ring 12 and the second lower lantern ring 13 are respectively provided with a plurality of first spring fixing holes; the hub body 11 is fixedly connected with an axle.
The rim 2 comprises a rim main body 21, a buffer filling layer 22 and a rubber tread 23 which are sequentially sleeved from inside to outside; the rim 2 further comprises a first upper lantern ring 24, a second upper lantern ring 25 and a plurality of fastening bolts 26, wherein the first upper lantern ring 24 and the second upper lantern ring 25 form a second limiting tenon which is matched with each other and are fixed on the inner wall of the rim main body 21 through the fastening bolts 26; the first upper collar 24 and the second upper collar 25 respectively form a plurality of second spring fixing holes; the inner wall of the rim body 21 near the vehicle body forms a raised limit ring.
The outer side of the rubber tread 23 forms a rubber wear layer, and the inner side of the rubber tread 23 forms a tensile layer. The rubber wear-resistant layer plays a role in increasing friction force and ensuring normal running, and the tensile layer ensures the structural strength of the tire tread. The cushion filling layer 22 functions to absorb the impact force of the hard road surface to protect the rim body 21.
The outer contour of the special-shaped spring 3 is in a circular truncated cone shape, the inner diameter of the first end of the special-shaped spring 3 is smaller than that of the second end, and the inner diameter of the special-shaped spring 3 is gradually increased from the first end to the second end; a first limiting strip is formed at the first end of the special-shaped spring 3, and a second limiting strip is formed at the second end of the special-shaped spring 3; the special-shaped spring 3 is connected with the wheel hub 1 through a first limiting strip which is inserted and fixed in the first spring fixing hole, and the special-shaped spring 3 is connected with the wheel rim 2 through a second limiting strip which is inserted and fixed in the second spring fixing hole.
In this embodiment, 16 shaped springs 3 are included, and 8 shaped springs 3 are arranged in a group in a plane and evenly distributed between the wheel hub 1 and the wheel rim 2, so that the tire is uniformly stressed along the wheel axle direction. The load indicating surface cover 5 can float up and down relative to the hub 1 along with the deformation of the special-shaped spring 3; the inner load indicating cover 4 fixed on the hub body 11 can be observed through the observation hole on the load indicating surface cover 5 so as to know the load condition and conveniently and effectively monitor the vehicle load condition.
In the present embodiment, the hub main body 11, the rim main body 21, the first upper ring 24 and the second upper ring 25 are made of cast aluminum; the buffer filling layer 22 is made of high-performance elastic material; the fastening bolt 26 is made of stainless steel; the special-shaped spring 3 is made of spring steel; the inner load indicating cover 4 and the surface load indicating cover 5 are made of PC/ABS plastic.
The hub 1 and the rim 2 are both dimensioned in relation to the current mainstream pneumatic tyres, so that the present invention has high replaceability with conventional pneumatic tyres.

Claims (9)

1. A non-inflatable gas spring tire with a load indicating function is characterized by comprising a hub, a rim, a plurality of special-shaped springs, a load indicating inner cover and a load indicating surface cover; the special-shaped spring is connected between the hub and the rim; the load indicating inner cover is connected with the hub, and the load indicating surface cover is connected with the rim; the load indicating surface cover forms at least one observation hole.

7. A non-pneumatic spring tire with load indicating function as in claim 6 wherein said load indicating surface cap and said second upper collar form a cooperating snap-fit structure and connect said rim through said snap-fit structure.
8. A non-pneumatic spring tire with load indicating function as claimed in claim 7, wherein said rubber tread is formed with a rubber wear layer on the outside and a tensile layer on the inside.

A non-pneumatic spring tire with load indicating function as in claim 8 wherein said hub body, said rim body, said first upper collar and said second upper collar are of cast aluminum; the buffer filling layer is made of high-performance elastic material; the fastening bolt is made of stainless steel; the special-shaped spring is made of spring steel; the inner load indicating cover and the surface load indicating cover are made of PC/ABS plastic.
