After the ink cavity 9 is preliminarily cleaned, the solvent enters the ink disc 8, is pumped into the pneumatic three-way valve III 5 by the diaphragm pump I1, and then returns to the solvent barrel II 2 through the pneumatic three-way valve II 6. When the solvent is filled in the whole system, the air-operated valve II 4 is only required to be switched off, the air-operated three-way valve II 6 is only required to be switched on, and the NL port is connected. The solvent is circulated throughout the system, and the ink chamber 9 is deeply cleaned. After the circulation is carried out for a certain time, the pneumatic valve II 4 is opened, the pneumatic three-way valve II 6 is switched, the ML port is switched on, the pneumatic four-way valve 15 is switched from D-E and F-G to D-F and E-G, and then the solvent can be discharged.
