Abstract

本发明公开了一种防爆面板的制作方法及防爆面板,其中防爆面板的制作方法包括,提供第一尺寸的上层玻璃;在第一尺寸的上层玻璃的上表面镀上膜层;将第一尺寸的上层玻璃的四周打磨0.5~2mm,成为第二尺寸的上层玻璃;提供第二尺寸的下层玻璃;使用PVB膜将第二尺寸的上层玻璃和第二尺寸的下层玻璃贴合。本发明增加上层玻璃的面积,再磨掉上层玻璃多余部分即可将上层玻璃四周和下表面绕镀的膜层的部分磨去,从而保证PVB膜不会粘贴到多余的膜层上,避免了上层玻璃与PVB膜之间在粘贴时产生气泡。

一种防爆面板的制作方法及防爆面板
技术领域
本发明涉及防爆面板技术领域,尤其涉及一种防爆面板的制作方法及防爆面板。
背景技术
防爆面板是一种能够防止暴力冲击的面板,它是利用特殊的添加剂和中间的夹层由机器加工做成的特种面板。由于安全性能高,现在得到了广泛的应用,如汽车的中控面板。现有的防爆面板主要有两种,一种是使用玻璃+防爆膜或者PMMA作为盖板,但是这种做法很容易造成表面划伤影响用户体验。另一种如图1~4所示,是使用PVB膜11’上下分别贴合下层玻璃10’和上层玻璃12’制成的,首先对上层玻璃12’进行倒角处理,之后在上层玻璃12’上镀膜层13’,之后利用PVB膜11’将下层玻璃10’和上层玻璃12’贴合,完成制作。虽然这种防爆面板的安全性和触控体验感得到了提高,但是镀膜时容易将膜层13’镀到上层玻璃12’的边缘处甚至下表面,即绕镀。由于膜层13’非常光滑,影响PVB膜11’对上层玻璃12’的粘合力,并且贴合时可能有多余的膜层13’残留夹在PVB膜11’和上层玻璃12’之间,使二者之间有缝隙,以致防爆面板内容易产生气泡。
有鉴于此,急需对现有的防爆面板的制作方法进行改进,避免防爆面板内产生气泡。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种防爆面板的制作方法及防爆面板,用于解决现有技术中,防爆面板在制作时容易产生气泡的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
提供第一尺寸的上层玻璃;
在第一尺寸的所述上层玻璃的上表面镀膜层;
将第一尺寸的所述上层玻璃的四周打磨0.5~2mm,成为第二尺寸的所述上层玻璃;
提供第二尺寸的下层玻璃;
使用PVB膜将第二尺寸的所述上层玻璃和第二尺寸的所述下层玻璃贴合。
在上述方案中,所述上层玻璃采用数控加工进行打磨。
在上述方案中,所述上层玻璃和下层玻璃与所述PVB膜采用高压釜加压贴合。
在上述方案中,与所述PVB膜贴合后的所述上层玻璃和下层玻璃整体打磨。
在上述方案中,所述第一尺寸的长和宽分别比所述第二尺寸大2mm。
在上述方案中,所述上层玻璃具有倒角。
在上述方案中,所述下层玻璃具有倒角。
本发明还提供了一种利用上述方案制作的防爆面板,包括层叠设置的下层玻璃、PVB膜和上层玻璃,所述上层玻璃的上表面具有膜层,所述PVB膜和上层玻璃之间不具有所述膜层。
在上述方案中,所述上层玻璃的四周和所述上层玻璃的倒角处不具有所述膜层。
在上述方案中,所述膜层包括AG膜层、AR膜层、AF膜层中的一种或多种。
本发明采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
增加上层玻璃的面积,再磨掉上层玻璃多余部分即可将上层玻璃四周和下表面绕镀的膜层的部分磨去,从而保证PVB膜不会粘贴到多余的膜层上,避免了上层玻璃与PVB膜之间在粘贴时产生气泡。

实施例1
如图5~9所示,本发明还提供了一种防爆面板的制作方法,包括,
提供第一尺寸的上层玻璃12;
在第一尺寸的上层玻璃12的上表面镀上膜层13;
将第一尺寸的上层玻璃12的四周打磨0.5~2mm,成为第二尺寸的上层玻璃12;
提供第二尺寸的下层玻璃10;
使用PVB膜11将第二尺寸的上层玻璃12和第二尺寸的所下层玻璃10贴合。
本发明增加上层玻璃12的面积,再磨掉上层玻璃12多余部分即可将上层玻璃12四周和下表面绕镀膜层13的部分磨去,从而保证PVB膜11不会粘贴到多余的膜层13上,避免了上层玻璃12与PVB膜11之间在粘贴时产生气泡。
本实施例优选的,上层玻璃12采用数控加工进行打磨,可根据实际情况设置打磨参数,打磨精度高。
本实施例优选的,上层玻璃10与PVB膜11采用高压釜加压贴合。使用高压釜能够完全排出上层玻璃10与PVB膜11以及下层玻璃10与PVB膜11之间的气体,使玻璃与PVB膜11完全贴合。
与PVB膜11贴合后的上层玻璃12和下层玻璃10可整体打磨。防止贴合时出现误差。
本实施例优选的,第一尺寸的长和宽分别比第二尺寸大2mm。能够将绕镀部分打磨干净且不浪费原料。
本实施例优选的,上层玻璃12和下层玻璃10均具有倒角。由于玻璃的边缘处非常锋利,对于后期的运输和安装都非常不方便,容易划伤施工人员。因此倒角处理,使边缘处平滑,方便运输和安装。
实施例2
本实施例还提供了一种防爆面板,包括层叠设置的下层玻璃10、PVB膜11和上层玻璃12,上层玻璃12的上表面具有膜层13,PVB膜11和上层玻璃12之间不具有膜层13。并且上层玻璃12的四周和上层玻璃12的倒角处不具有膜层13。防止PVB膜11与上层玻璃12贴合时中间有多余的膜层13,以致防爆面板内有气泡。
膜层包括AG膜层、AR膜层、AF膜层中的一种或多种。其中,AG膜层为防眩光膜,是通过化学蚀刻或喷涂的方式,使原玻璃反光表面变为哑光表面,改变玻璃表面的粗糙度,从而使表面产生哑光的效果。当外界的光线反射上去时,就会形成漫反射,从而减少光的反射,达到不刺眼的目的,让观赏者能体验到更佳的感官视觉。应用于户外显示屏或强光下的显示屏应用居多。如广告屏、ATM取款机、POS收银机、医疗B超显示屏、电子书阅读器、地铁验票机等。AR膜层为增透减反射膜,将玻璃进行光学涂层以后,来降低它的反射率,增加透过率。最大值可以把它的透过率增加到99%以上,将它的反射率控制到1%以下。通过提高玻璃的透过率,让显示屏的内容更加清晰地呈现出来,让观赏者享受更舒适更清晰的感官视觉。应用领域于高清显示屏、相框、手机及各类仪器的摄像头、汽车前后挡风玻璃、太阳能光伏产业等。AF膜层为防指纹膜,根据荷叶的原理,在玻璃表面涂上一层纳米化学材料,使其具有较强的疏水性,抗油污、抗指纹等的功能。可以轻松将脏污、手指印、油污等擦拭干净。表面更加顺滑,手感更舒服。适用于所有触摸屏上的显示玻璃盖板。AF膜为单面,在玻璃的正面使用。
本发明增加上层玻璃的面积,再磨掉上层玻璃多余部分即可将上层玻璃四周和下表面绕镀的膜层的部分磨去,从而保证PVB膜不会粘贴到多余的膜层上,避免了上层玻璃与PVB膜之间在粘贴时产生气泡。

Claims (10)

1.一种防爆面板的制作方法,其特征在于,包括,
提供第一尺寸的上层玻璃;
在第一尺寸的所述上层玻璃的上表面镀上膜层;
将第一尺寸的所述上层玻璃的四周打磨0.5~2mm,成为第二尺寸的所述上层玻璃;
提供第二尺寸的下层玻璃;
使用PVB膜将第二尺寸的所述上层玻璃和第二尺寸的所述下层玻璃贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆面板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述上层玻璃采用数控加工进行打磨。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防爆面板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述上层玻璃和下层玻璃与所述PVB膜采用高压釜加压贴合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防爆面板的制作方法,其特征在于,与所述PVB膜贴合后的所述上层玻璃和下层玻璃整体打磨。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防爆面板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述第一尺寸的长和宽分别比所述第二尺寸大2mm。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的防爆面板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述上层玻璃具有倒角。
7.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的防爆面板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述下层玻璃具有倒角。
8.一种利用权利要求1-7任一项制作的防爆面板,包括层叠设置的下层玻璃、PVB膜和上层玻璃,所述上层玻璃的上表面具有膜层,其特征在于,所述PVB膜和上层玻璃之间不具有所述膜层。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防爆面板,其特征在于,所述上层玻璃的四周和所述上层玻璃的倒角处不具有所述膜层。
10.根据权利要求8所述的防爆面板,其特征在于,所述膜层包括AG膜层、AR膜层、AF膜层中的一种或多种。
