The invention relates to a wear-resistant sheet resin cutting slice and a preparation method thereof, wherein the contents of the components are 61 parts of grinding materials, 23 parts of binding agents, 0.7 part of wetting agents, 0.6 part of coloring agents and 14.7 parts of filling materials according to the parts by weight, 4' -bis (4-amino phenoxy methyl) triphenylamine, 1, 3-bis (3-amino phenoxy) benzene and pyromellitic dianhydride are polymerized to prepare polyimide resin which is used as the binding agent to be mixed with the grinding materials, the wetting agents, the coloring agents and the filling materials to prepare the polyimide resin cutting slice, compared with the prior art, the resin cutting slice is mostly prepared by taking phenolic resin as the binding agent, but the phenolic resin cutting slice has poor heat resistance and poor wear resistance in the using process, the phenomena of cracking, block falling and the like are easy to appear, the service life of the cutting slice is low, and the heat resistance and the wear resistance of the obtained product are greatly improved, the service life of the cutting blade is prolonged, and the product has high elasticity and strength and is suitable for high-speed grinding.

Background

Most of the existing resin cutting pieces are prepared by taking phenolic resin as a bonding agent, but the phenolic resin cutting pieces are poor in heat resistance and wear resistance and prone to cracking, chipping and the like in the using process, so that the service life of the cutting pieces is short, the use of the resin cutting pieces is limited, and the using effect of the cutting pieces is greatly reduced.

The invention aims to provide a wear-resistant sheet resin cutting piece and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, most of resin cutting pieces are prepared by taking phenolic resin as a bonding agent, but the phenolic resin cutting pieces are poor in heat resistance and wear resistance, and are easy to crack, fall off and the like in the use process, so that the service life of the cutting pieces is short.

step (3), mixing materials:

and (4) pressing the resin cutting sheet:
adding the mixed material into a pressing die, spreading and flattening, and pressurizing at 22N/mm2Keeping the pressure for 35s, and then taking out the cutting piece;
and (5) post-processing:
putting the cutting piece into a box, heating to 100 ℃ at a heating rate of 3 ℃/min, preserving heat for 30min, heating to 210 ℃ at a heating rate of 5 ℃/min, preserving heat for 7h, cooling to 120 ℃ at a speed of 3 ℃/min, preserving heat for 10min, cooling to room temperature at a speed of 10 ℃/min, and taking out the cutting piece.
Preferably, in the step (1), the molar ratio of the 4, 4' -bis (4-aminophenoxymethyl) triphenylamine to the 1, 3-bis (3-aminophenoxy) benzene to the pyromellitic dianhydride is 2:5: 7.
Preferably, in the grinding process in the step (2), the rotation speed of the pestle of the micro powder grinder is set at 100rpm, and the rotation speed of the mortar is set at 8 rpm.

polymerizing 4, 4' -bis (4-aminophenoxymethyl) triphenylamine, 1, 3-bis (3-aminophenoxy) benzene and pyromellitic dianhydride to prepare polyimide resin serving as a bonding agent for later use, wherein the specific preparation process comprises the following steps: respectively adding 1mmol of 4, 4' -bis (4-aminophenoxymethyl) triphenylamine, 2.5mmol of 1, 3-bis (3-aminophenoxy) benzene and 3.5mmol of pyromellitic dianhydride into a three-necked bottle, adding a magnetic stirrer, measuring 80ml of N-methylpyrrolidone into the three-necked bottle to serve as a reaction solvent, adding 0.24mmol of isoquinoline into the three-necked bottle to serve as a catalyst, heating to 200 ℃ under the protection of nitrogen, keeping constant temperature, and carrying out reflux reaction for 4 hours to obtain polyimide resin;
