The lower fixing unit 4 comprises an execution cylinder 41, a mounting plate 42, a direction adjusting motor 43, a fixing plate 44, a rubber suction cup 45 and an air pump 46; the device comprises a supporting and polishing unit 1, actuating cylinders 41, a motor seat, a direction adjusting motor 43, a fixing plate 44, rectangular grooves, rubber suckers 45, air vents and an air pump 46, wherein the actuating cylinders 41 are symmetrically arranged on the supporting and polishing unit 1, the top ends of the actuating cylinders 41 are provided with the mounting plate 42, the direction adjusting motor 43 is arranged on the mounting plate 42 through the motor seat, the output shaft of the direction adjusting motor 43 is provided with the fixing plate 44 through a flange, the outer wall of the upper end of the fixing plate 44 is uniformly provided with the rectangular grooves, the upper ends of the fixing plate 44 are uniformly provided with the; placing the lower end of the circuit board to be detected at a proper position of the upper end of the fixing plate 44, and adsorbing and fixing the outer wall of the lower end of the circuit board through the rubber sucker 45 by the operation of the air pump 46; thereby maintaining the stability of the circuit board; and the circuit board at the upper end is driven to rotate in the circumferential direction by adjusting the working direction of the motor 43, so that the detection effect of the circuit board is effectively ensured.
The upper fixing unit 5 comprises a telescopic cylinder 51, a guide rod 52, a limiting column 53, an adjusting spring 54, a limiting claw 55 and an upper cover plate 56; the lower end of the telescopic cylinder 51 is provided with a guide rod 52, and the outer wall of the guide rod 52 is symmetrically provided with sliding grooves; the limiting column 53 is arranged in a sliding groove of the guide rod 52, an adjusting spring 54 is sleeved on the outer wall of the limiting column 53, an upper cover plate 56 is arranged at the lower end of the guide rod 52, rectangular anti-skidding grooves are uniformly formed in the outer wall of the lower end of the upper cover plate 56, the limiting claw 55 is arranged on the limiting column 53 in a sliding fit mode, and balls are arranged at the lower end of the limiting claw 55 in a movable connection mode; the telescopic cylinder 51 works to drive the limiting claw 55 and the upper cover plate 56 to descend, so that the lower end face of the upper cover plate 56 is in contact fixation with the upper end face of the circuit board, and the limiting claw 55 is used for limiting; thereby effectively ensuring the stability of the circuit board.

1. A printed circuit board detection system of electronic equipment comprises a supporting and polishing unit (1), an L-shaped plate (2), a detection unit (3), a lower fixing unit (4) and an upper fixing unit (5); the method is characterized in that: a lower fixing unit (4) is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the supporting and polishing unit (1), an L-shaped plate (2) is arranged at the right side of the upper end of the supporting and polishing unit (1), the detection unit (3) is arranged on the L-shaped plate (2) in a sliding fit mode, and an upper fixing unit (5) is arranged on the inner wall of the upper end of the L-shaped plate (2); wherein:
the supporting and polishing unit (1) comprises a base (11), an adjusting motor (12), an adjusting screw rod (13), a movable plate (14) and an edging roller (15); the middle part of the lower end of the base (11) is provided with a cavity structure; an annular groove is formed in the outer wall of the bottom end of the base (11), and a rectangular cut hole is formed in the left side position of the top end of the base (11) and communicated with the cavity structure of the base (11); the adjusting motor (12) is installed on the inner wall of the right side of the cavity of the base (11) through a motor base, an output shaft of the adjusting motor (12) is connected with a shaft head of the right end of the adjusting screw rod (13) through a coupler, and the shaft head of the left end of the adjusting screw rod (13) is installed on the inner wall of the left side of the cavity of the base (11) through a bearing; the lower end of the movable plate (14) is installed on the adjusting screw rod (13) in a threaded connection mode, and the lower end of the movable plate (14) is matched with the side wall of the rectangular cut hole of the base (11) in a sliding mode; the upper end of the movable plate (14) passes through the rectangular cut hole of the base (11) and is positioned at the upper end of the base (11); the side wall of the movable plate (14) is provided with an edge grinding roller (15) through a bearing;
the detection unit (3) comprises a movable rod sleeve (31), an adjusting nut (32), a fixing ring (33), a clamping plate (34), a distance meter (35), a fixing column (36), a limiting plate (37), an arc sleeve (38), a supporting spring (39), a tension rope (310), an adjusting cylinder (311) and a guide roller (312); the movable rod sleeve (31) is arranged on the L-shaped plate (2) in a sliding fit mode, an adjusting nut (32) is installed on the outer wall of the movable rod sleeve (31) on the right side of the L-shaped plate (2) in a threaded connection mode, the inner portion of the movable rod sleeve (31) is of a through hole type structure, and a guide roller (312) is arranged on the outer wall of the right end of the movable rod sleeve (31); a fixing ring (33) is arranged at the left end of the movable rod sleeve (31) in a threaded connection mode, clamping plates (34) are symmetrically arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the side wall of the fixing ring (33), and a distance meter (35) is arranged on the outer wall of the left end of each clamping plate (34); the limiting plates (37) are symmetrically arranged on the fixing ring (33), the left ends of the limiting plates (37) are connected with fixing columns (36) in a sliding fit mode, supporting springs (39) are arranged inside the limiting plates (37), the tension ropes (310) penetrate through holes inside the movable rod sleeves (31), one ends of the tension ropes are connected to the fixing columns (36), the other ends of the tension ropes (310) penetrate through guide rollers (312) to be connected to adjusting cylinders (311), and the adjusting cylinders (311) are installed on the right side wall of the L-shaped plate (2); the left end of the fixed column (36) is provided with an arc-shaped sleeve (38).

The electronic device printed circuit board inspection system of claim 1, wherein: the upper fixing unit (5) comprises a telescopic cylinder (51), a guide rod (52), a limiting column (53), an adjusting spring (54), a limiting claw (55) and an upper cover plate (56); the lower end of the telescopic cylinder (51) is provided with a guide rod (52), and the outer wall of the guide rod (52) is symmetrically provided with sliding grooves; spacing post (53) set up in the sliding tray of guide bar (52), and the outer wall cover of spacing post (53) is equipped with adjusting spring (54), guide bar (52) lower extreme install upper cover plate (56), upper cover plate (56) lower extreme outer wall evenly be provided with rectangle antiskid groove, spacing claw (55) set up on spacing post (53) through sliding fit, and the lower extreme of spacing claw (55) is provided with the ball through the swing joint mode.
