The invention discloses a static radial separator of a coal mill, which can realize the online remote adjustment of the fineness of coal dust, wherein each separator baffle is positioned in a shell of the coal mill separator, all the separator baffles are divided into a plurality of groups, one group of separator baffles corresponds to an electric control system and a baffle adjusting mechanism, a central shaft corresponds to one separator baffle, a signal source is connected with the input end of a controller, the output end of the controller is connected with the control end of an angular travel actuator, the output shaft of the angular travel actuator is connected with the upper end of one central shaft, the central shafts in the same baffle adjusting mechanism are connected through an adjusting connecting rod, the lower end of each central shaft is inserted into the shell of the coal mill separator and then is connected with the corresponding separator baffle, the separator can realize the real-time remote adjustment of the fineness of coal dust at the outlet of the coal mill, and has simple structure, convenient maintenance, low cost and good energy-saving effect.

Background
The coal sources of the existing power plants are relatively miscellaneous, the fuel quality of the boiler is changed greatly and frequently, and the fineness of the pulverized coal needs to be continuously adjusted according to the change of the coal quality during the operation of the boiler, so that the pulverized coal is combusted more completely, and the operation of the boiler is more efficient and economical. The coal mill separator is adjusted according to the actual coal quality entering the furnace and the operation parameters of the boiler, the fineness of coal dust at the outlet of the coal mill is changed, the problems of boiler operation such as increase of carbon content in fly ash, rise of exhaust gas temperature, increase of desuperheating water and the like caused by coal quality change can be effectively solved, and the problems of burning out of a burner nozzle and coking of a water-cooled wall of a hearth can be effectively avoided.
When the fineness of the coal dust at the outlet of the coal mill needs to be adjusted, the traditional static separator of the coal mill needs to be manually adjusted to the site. Due to the reasons of large adjusting workload, poor field environment, blocking of the adjusting baffle and the like, the effective adjustment of the fineness of the pulverized coal cannot be realized in actual operation. The dynamic separator can effectively solve the problems, can realize real-time adjustment of the fineness of the pulverized coal in a remote place, but has the problems of complex equipment, high cost, high difficulty in maintenance and the like, and the dynamic separator utilizes the motor to drive the rotor to separate the pulverized coal, so that certain electric quantity is wasted.

The bearing seat is sleeved on the central shaft and located at the top of the separator shell of the coal mill, an upper deep groove ball bearing is arranged between the top of the bearing seat and the central shaft, and a lower deep groove ball bearing is arranged between the bottom of the bearing seat and the central shaft.
The coal pulverizer also comprises a sealing air inlet pipe, wherein a sealing air chamber is arranged between the separator baffle and the top of the coal pulverizer separator shell, and the sealing air inlet pipe is communicated with the sealing air chamber.
And the upper surface and the lower surface of the lower deep groove ball bearing and the upper deep groove ball bearing are both provided with sealing rings.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
when the coal mill static radial separator capable of realizing on-line remote adjustment of coal dust fineness is in specific operation, coal dust is separated in the space inside the shell of the coal mill separator through the rotating centrifugal force generated by the separator baffle, the return powder enters the separator inner cone, a control signal output by a DCS control system is sent into a controller through a signal source, the controller controls the output shaft of an angular travel actuator to rotate, the output shaft of the angular travel actuator drives a central shaft and the separator baffle to rotate so as to change the magnitude of the rotating centrifugal force and further achieve the purpose of adjusting the coal dust fineness at the outlet of the coal mill, wherein only one baffle adjusting mechanism in each group of baffle adjusting mechanisms is provided with one set of electric control system, the central shafts in other baffle adjusting mechanisms in the group are driven by adjusting connecting rods to realize synchronous adjustment, so that electric energy is saved, and the structure is simple, the coal pulverizer has the advantages that the operation is convenient, the real-time remote adjustment of the fineness of coal powder at the outlet of the coal pulverizer can be realized, the defects of a static separator and a dynamic separator of the traditional coal pulverizer can be effectively avoided, and the practicability is high.
Furthermore, the traditional baffle adjusting mechanism adopts mechanical packing for sealing, when pulverized coal enters a packing box or the mechanism deforms, the central shaft is easy to jam, so that the baffle of the separator cannot be adjusted.

The specific working process of the invention is as follows:
the pulverized coal is separated in the space inside the separator shell 1 of the coal mill through the rotating centrifugal force generated by the separator baffle 9, and the returned powder enters the separator inner cone.
Control signals generated by a DCS (distributed control system) are sent into a controller 11 through a signal source 12, the controller 11 controls an output shaft of an angular travel actuator 10 to rotate, the output shaft of the angular travel actuator 10 drives one central shaft 6 to rotate, meanwhile, other corresponding central shafts 6 in the angular travel actuator 10 are driven to rotate through an adjusting connecting rod 2, and a separator baffle 9 is driven to rotate through the central shaft 6 so as to change the magnitude of the rotating centrifugal force and further achieve the purpose of adjusting the fineness of coal dust at an outlet of a coal pulverizer.
In addition, the traditional baffle adjusting mechanism adopts mechanical packing for sealing, and when coal powder enters a packing box or the mechanism deforms, the central shaft 6 is very easy to jam, so that the baffle 9 of the separator cannot be adjusted. According to the invention, the upper deep groove ball bearing 3 with the sealing rings on two sides and the lower deep groove ball bearing 4 with the sealing rings on two sides are arranged on the central shaft 6, so that the service life of the bearing can be ensured, and the central shaft 6 can be flexibly adjusted.
In order to further prevent the pulverized coal from entering the lower deep groove ball bearing 4, a sealing air chamber 7 is arranged, and sealing air output by a sealing air inlet pipe 8 enters the separator through a channel between the sealing air chamber 7 and the central shaft 6 to play a role of sealing.
