But because of the reasons of large adjusting workload, poor field environment, jam of the adjusting baffle plate and the like, the effective adjustment of the fineness of the pulverized coal cannot be realized in actual operation. The dynamic separator can effectively solve the problems, can realize real-time adjustment of the fineness of the coal powder in a remote place, but has the problems of complex equipment, high cost, high overhauling and maintenance difficulty and the like, and a large amount of test data show that the dynamic separator has no function of improving the output of the coal mill in advance, the dynamic separator drives a rotor to separate the coal powder by using a motor, and certain electric quantity is wasted.

A control signal generated by the DCS control system is sent to the controller 14 via the signal source 15, and the controller 14 controls the rotation of the output shaft of the angular stroke actuator 13. The output shaft of the angular travel actuator 13 drives a central shaft 9 to rotate, meanwhile, the adjusting connecting rod 2 drives other corresponding central shafts 9 in the angular travel actuator 13 to rotate, the central shaft 9 drives the separator baffle 12 to rotate so as to change the magnitude of the rotary centrifugal force, and further the purpose of adjusting the fineness of coal powder at the outlet of the coal mill is achieved, wherein only one set of electric control system is arranged in each set of baffle adjusting mechanism, and the central shafts 9 in other baffle adjusting structures in the set are driven by the adjusting connecting rod 2 so as to realize synchronous adjustment.
In addition, the traditional baffle adjusting mechanism adopts mechanical packing for sealing, and when coal powder enters a packing box or the mechanism deforms, the central shaft 9 is very easy to jam, so that the baffle 12 of the separator cannot be adjusted. In the invention, the upper bearing 5 and the lower bearing 7 are arranged on the central shaft 9 to reduce the adjustment resistance and effectively prevent jamming, so that the central shaft 9 can be flexibly adjusted. Meanwhile, the upper bearing 5 is matched with the upper oil cup 3 and the upper oil cup 4, the lower bearing 7 is matched with the lower oil cup 6 and the lower oil cup 8, and lubricating grease is injected from the upper oil cup 4 and the lower oil cup 6 to lubricate the upper bearing 5, the lower bearing 7 and the central shaft 9.
