in the process of basketball training, a basketball beginner must keep the head in front view, so as to prevent the basketball beginner from involuntarily lowering the head to check the action of beating the basketball by himself, the training beginner can see the correct posture of basketball movement in front view, and can observe whether the action of beating the basketball by himself through the vertical mirror 16 has errors, the pressure sensor 22 can detect the pressure exerted on the basketball beginner by the chin in real time, the controller receives the detection value of the pressure sensor 22 and compares the detection value with the preset value, if the head of the basketball beginner keeps the right posture, the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 22 is obviously smaller than the preset value, and when the basketball beginner lowers the head, the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 22 is larger than the preset value, the controller powers on the electromagnet 26, the electromagnet 26 generates the magnetic attraction force to the permanent magnet 30, under the action of the magnetic attraction force, the electromagnet 26 pushes the lifting block 27 to move downwards, the first spring 25 is stretched, the pawl 28 descends along with the lifting block 27 to be just clamped on the ratchet wheel 31, at the moment, the ratchet wheel 31 is limited by the pawl 28 and can only rotate towards one direction, so that the rope winding roller 23 cannot wind the first traction rope 3, and at the moment, if the hand of the basketball beginner is positioned at a higher position, the hand of the basketball beginner cannot move downwards due to the fact that the hand auxiliary mechanism 4 is dragged by the first traction rope 3; if the hands of the basketball beginner are located at a lower position, then the rotating shaft 29 can rotate under the reset action of the torsion spring 32 along with the rising of the hands of the basketball beginner, namely, the first traction rope 3 can be wound, and then the hands of the basketball beginner cannot move downwards due to the traction of the first traction rope 3 by the hand auxiliary mechanism 4, so that the basketball beginner can make a pause training through the locking action of the locking mechanism 1 on the rotating shaft 29 when the basketball beginner lowers the head, and the basketball beginner can make a clear of the action error; after the head of the basketball beginner is looked at, the pressure detected by the pressure sensor 22 is obviously smaller than the preset value, the electromagnet 26 is powered off, the lifting block 27 drives the pawl 28 to reset upwards under the reset action of the first spring 25, and the locking of the rotating shaft 29 can be released, so that the basketball beginner can train normally.
As can be seen from the above, the present invention can remind the basketball beginner to bend the fingers downward and beat the basketball with the strength of the fingers in cooperation with the wrist during the basketball training, and can forcibly pause the training when the basketball beginner lowers the head to clearly recognize the error of the movement of the basketball beginner, so that the present invention can promote the hands and the head of the basketball beginner to form the correct movement habit of playing the basketball.
