Thereby realizing the movable hinging of the foot pad 320 and the supporting frame 31.
In this embodiment, the movable hinge between the foot pad 320 and the supporting frame 31 is realized by the bolts, which has low cost, and the bolts can bear the axial force and the radial force of higher load, so the stability is good, and the fracture is not easy to occur.
In some embodiments, the footpad assembly 32 further includes a cleat 322 (shown in FIG. 11), the cleat 322 being disposed on a side of the footpad 320 facing away from the support frame 31.
The anti-slip pad 322 is disposed on the back of the foot pad 320, the anti-slip pad 322 may be made of plastic or silica gel, etc., the anti-slip pad 322 may be adhered to the back of the foot pad 320 by glue, and the shape and size of the anti-slip pad 322 are substantially identical to those of the foot pad 320, for example, when the foot pad 320 is an L-shaped foot pad, the anti-slip pad 322 is an L-shaped anti-slip pad 322.
In use, the anti-slip pad 322 is attached to the support surface to increase the friction between the anti-slip pad 322 and the support surface, so as to ensure that the foot pad 320 does not slide relative to the support pad 35.
In some embodiments, the anti-slip pad 322 is a silica gel anti-slip pad, which has good anti-slip effect and good wear resistance, and can improve the service life.
In some embodiments, the support frame 31 includes a first leg 312 and a second leg 313 disposed opposite to each other, the first leg 312 and the second leg 313 are parallel to each other, and the first leg 312 and the second leg 313 are disposed opposite to each other and are located on two sides of the slide rail 10, respectively; the bottom ends of the first leg 312 and the second leg 313 are respectively provided with a foot pad assembly 32, that is, the two foot pad assemblies 32 are symmetrically arranged relative to the sliding rail 10, so that the stress balance of the two foot pad assemblies 32 when contacting with the supporting surface is ensured, and the supporting stability of the supporting frame 31 is better improved.
The support frame 31 further includes first and second parallel mounting plates 314, 315, the first and second mounting plates 314, 315 being disposed between the first and second legs 312, 313, respectively, the second mounting plate 315 being located on a side of the first mounting plate 314 remote from the footpad assembly 32.
In some embodiments, the first support assembly 30 further includes two pedals 33 and two pedal supports 34, the two pedal supports 34 being disposed opposite one another, one pedal support 34 being mounted on a side of the first leg 312 adjacent to the track 10, the other pedal support 34 being mounted on a side of the second leg 313 adjacent to the track 10, and both feet of a user being secured to the pedals 33 while training using the rowing machine 100.
The two pedals 33 are respectively mounted on two pedal holders 34. For example, the pedal 33 may be mounted on the pedal bracket 34 through the pedal fixing shaft 331, specifically, after the pedal fixing shaft 331 is inserted through the pedal bracket 34 and the pedal 33, the pedal 33 may be mounted on the pedal bracket 34 by fixing the two clamp springs at both ends of the pedal fixing shaft 331.
Referring to fig. 12, in some embodiments, the first support assembly 30 further includes a support pad 35, the support pad 35 is located on a side of the support frame 31 facing away from the pedal support 34, the support pad 35 may be disposed on the first leg 312 and the second leg 313, and the support pad 35 may be plural, for example, four support pads 35, two support pads 35 are disposed on the first leg 312, and two other support pads 35 are disposed on the second leg 313.
In this embodiment, the rowing machine 100 can be stored to save the occupied space of the rowing machine 100, specifically, when the rowing machine 100 is in the storage mode, the supporting pad 35 is propped against the ground, at this time, the rowing machine 100 is wholly erected on the ground, the supporting pad 35 plays a role in supporting the rowing machine 100, and the stability of the rowing machine 100 in the storage mode is ensured.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, in some embodiments, the second supporting component 50 includes a foot tube component 51 and a connecting seat 52, the connecting seat 52 is fixedly connected with the sliding rail 10, one end of the foot tube component 51 is movably connected with the connecting seat 52, and the other end is abutted against the supporting surface.
The connecting seat 52 can be fixed mounting at the rear end of slide rail 10 through modes such as screw, and after the rowing machine 100 is installed, callus on the sole subassembly 32 is laminated mutually with the holding surface, and foot pipe subassembly 51 supports with the holding surface, and support frame 31 and foot pipe subassembly 51 are located the front end and the rear end of slide rail 10 respectively, and both support slide rail 10 jointly, ensure that the rowing machine 100 does not rock in the user training process.
One end of the foot tube assembly 51 is movably connected with the connecting seat 52, the other end of the foot tube assembly is propped against the ground, the height of the rear end of the sliding rail 10 relative to the supporting surface can be adjusted through the relative movement of the foot tube assembly 51 and the connecting seat 52, the first supporting assembly 30 at the front end of the sliding rail 10 is fixedly connected with the sliding rail 10, namely, the height of the front end of the sliding rail 10 relative to the supporting surface cannot be adjusted, and therefore, when the sliding rail 10 is used, only the foot tube assembly 51 is needed to be adjusted, and the height of the rear end of the sliding rail 10 is changed, so that the front end of the sliding rail 10 and the rear end of the sliding rail 10 can be positioned at the same horizontal height or at a desired position.
For example, when the rowing machine 100 is used in combination with the strength training device 200, the strength training device 200 is disposed on the ground, the first support assembly 30 is required to be abutted against the surface of the strength training device 200, and the second support assembly 50 is required to be abutted against the ground, because the surface of the strength training device 200 is higher, the front end of the sliding rail 10 is higher than the rear end of the sliding rail 10, and at this time, the foot tube assembly 51 is adjusted to adjust the rear end of the sliding rail 10, so that the rear end of the sliding rail 10 is consistent with the front end of the sliding rail 10, thereby ensuring that the sliding rail 10 is horizontal.
Therefore, whether the rowing machine 100 is placed on the inclined ground or the rowing machine 100 is used with the strength training device 200, the rowing machine 100 can be at a proper height by adjusting the foot tube assemblies 51, namely, the foot tube assemblies 51 are movably connected with the connecting seat 52 relatively, so that the rowing machine 100 can adapt to different supporting surfaces, and the height of the rowing machine 100 can be adjusted only by adjusting the foot tube assemblies 51.
It should be noted that, the foot pad assembly 32 and the foot tube assembly 51 cooperate with each other, when the height of the rowing machine 100 needs to be adjusted to adapt to the supporting surfaces of different working conditions, only the foot tube assembly 51 needs to be adjusted, and at this time, the rowing machine 100 can be adjusted to a proper height to improve the effect of rowing training of the user, and at the same time, the foot pad assembly 32 at the front end of the rowing machine 100 can be adaptively rotated to enable the foot pad assembly 32 to be firmly abutted to the supporting surfaces, so that the supporting surfaces provide stable support for the rowing machine 100, and the safety and stability of the rowing machine 100 during use are effectively improved. In addition, since the above-mentioned scheme only adjusts the foot tube assembly 51, the foot pad assembly 32 can adaptively change the supporting angle and the position along with the adjustment of the foot tube assembly 51, so the adjustment mode is quick and simple.
In addition, when the rowing machine 100 is in the storage mode, the foot tube assembly 51 can be adjusted to enable the foot tube 510 to move towards the direction close to the sliding rail 10, so that the occupied space of the rowing machine 100 during storage is saved.
In some embodiments, the foot tube assembly 51 includes a foot tube 510 and a foot tube bracket 511, the foot tube 510 and the foot tube bracket 511 are fixedly connected, the foot tube bracket 511 is movably connected with the connection seat 52, and the foot tube 510 is used for propping against the supporting surface.
The foot tube 510 has a cylindrical shape to increase the contact area of the foot tube 510 with the ground.
In some embodiments, the side bottom of the foot tube 510 is further provided with a pulley 5100, and when the front end of the rowing machine is lifted, the rowing machine can be moved through the pulley 5100, so that time and labor are saved.
In some embodiments, the outer perimeter of the foot tube 510 has a layer of non-slip material, for example, the outer perimeter of the foot tube 510 may be provided with a layer of non-slip foam to increase the friction of the foot tube 510 with the ground. Preventing the foot tube 510 from slipping relative to the ground during training.
In some embodiments, the foot tube assembly 51 is rotatably connected to the connection base 52, the connection base 52 includes a base plate 520, a first side plate 521 and a second side plate 522, the base plate 520 is mounted on the slide rail 10, the first side plate 521 and the second side plate 522 are respectively located at two sides of the base plate 520, a mounting hole 523 is respectively provided on the first side plate 521 and the second side plate 522, the second support assembly 50 further includes an axle center 54, two bearing sleeves 55, a penetrating member 56 and a fixing member 57, the penetrating member 56 may be a bolt, a sleeve 512 is disposed at one end of the foot tube assembly 51 facing the base plate 520, the sleeve 512 is located between the first side plate 521 and the second side plate 522, the axle center 54 is mounted in the sleeve 512, the two bearing sleeves 55 are respectively sleeved at two ends of the axle center 54, and the end of the penetrating member 56 penetrates through the mounting hole, the bearing sleeves 55 and the axle center 54 and then is connected with the fixing member 57, so that the rotational connection between the connection base 52 and the foot tube assembly 51 is achieved, and the height of the slide rail 10 can be adjusted by rotating the foot tube assembly 51.
In other embodiments, the foot tube assembly 51 and the connecting seat 52 are connected in a sliding manner, for example, by providing a guide rail on the connecting seat 52, the foot tube assembly 51 is slidably disposed on the guide rail, so that the foot tube assembly 51 can be rotatably connected to the guide rail, and the height of the rear end of the sliding rail 10 can be adjusted by sliding the foot tube assembly 51.
In some embodiments, the second supporting component 50 further includes a limiting member 53, at least two first limiting holes 524 are disposed on the connecting base 52, a second limiting hole 513 is disposed on the foot tube component 51, and the limiting member 53 is disposed in the second limiting hole 513 in a penetrating manner and can be in insertion connection with any one of the first limiting holes 524 for limiting.
In this embodiment, the foot pipe assembly 51 is adjusted so that the second limiting hole 513 is matched with the first limiting hole 524 at different positions, so that the rear end of the sliding rail 10 is adjusted to different heights, and the rowing machine 100 can be suitable for different supporting surfaces.
When the height of the rowing machine 100 needs to be adjusted, the foot tube assembly 51 is adjusted to a proper height at the rear end of the sliding rail 10, and the limiting piece 53 is sequentially inserted into the first limiting hole 524 and the second limiting hole 513 at the corresponding position, so that the relative rotation between the foot tube bracket 511 and the connecting seat 52 can be limited, and at this time, the foot tube assembly 51 and the connecting seat 52 are relatively fixed. When the adjustment is completed, the rowing machine 100 can be reliably fixed at a set height by restricting the relative movement between the foot pipe assembly 51 and the connection seat 52 by the stopper 53, thereby ensuring the effectiveness of rowing training and the safety and stability of the rowing machine 100 in use.
In addition, when the rowing machine 100 is in the storage mode, the foot tube assembly 51 is rotated, so that the foot tube bracket 511 and the foot tube are substantially attached to the slide rail 10, and at this time, the foot tube assembly 51 occupies a small space, so that the rowing machine 100 can be conveniently stored, and the occupied space of the rowing machine 100 after storage is reduced.
In some embodiments, the limiting member 53 may be an elastic limiting pin, the first limiting hole 524 is formed on the first side plate 521, the second limiting hole 513 is formed on the foot tube bracket 511, and the positions of the first limiting hole 524 and the second limiting hole 513 correspond to each other.
In other embodiments, the connecting seat 52 may be provided with a first limiting hole 524, the foot tube assembly 51 is provided with at least two second limiting holes 513, and the limiting member 53 is disposed in the first limiting hole 524 in a penetrating manner and can be inserted into any one of the second limiting holes 513 for limiting.
In this embodiment, the above-mentioned effects can be achieved by adjusting the foot tube assembly 51 so that the second limiting holes 513 at different positions are aligned with the first limiting holes 524.
In some embodiments, the first support assembly 30 further includes a bungee cord 40, a handle 41, and a roller 42, the roller 42 is disposed on the support frame 31, one end of the bungee cord 40 is connected to the support frame 31, and the other end of the bungee cord 40 is connected to the handle 41 after bypassing the roller 42.
Be provided with the couple plate 43 on the support frame 31, roller 42 is located the couple plate 43 and keeps away from the one side of callus on the sole subassembly 32, and is located between first stabilizer blade 312 and the second stabilizer blade 313, and the one end of bungee cord 40 is connected on couple plate 43, and the other end is connected with handle 41 after bypassing roller 42, and during the user training, provide simple resistance by bungee cord 40, roller 42 plays the guide effect to bungee cord 40, and the user holds handle 41, can realize simple rowing training.
The elastic cord 40 may be provided in a plurality, specifically, the number may be increased or decreased according to the training resistance, and accordingly, the hook plate 43 may be provided in one or more.
In other words, in the present embodiment, the rowing machine 100 does not require the strength training device 200 to provide resistance, and can provide a simple rowing exercise for the user.
In some embodiments, the handle 41 is a V-shaped handle 41 to facilitate single-hand grasping by a user.
In some embodiments, bosses (not shown) are provided on both sides of the drum 42 to prevent the bungee cord 40 from escaping the drum 42 during use.
Referring to fig. 15 to 18, the first support assembly 30 further includes a guiding and limiting mechanism 36, the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 is mounted on the support frame 31, a pull rope 210 for rowing training 100 is mounted in the guiding and limiting mechanism 36, the pull rope 210 has a restoring force, one end of the pull rope 210 is connected with a ball head 211, and the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 limits the ball head 211 and prevents the ball head 211 from moving along the restoring force.
In some embodiments, the pull rope 210 and the ball head 211 are part of the strength training apparatus 200, the guide limit mechanism 36 is part of the rowing machine 100, the strength training apparatus 200 includes a resistance source, a rope winding mechanism and the pull rope 210, the rope winding mechanism is in driving connection with the resistance source, the pull rope 210 includes a free end and a fixed end, the fixed end is fixedly connected with the rope winding mechanism, the free end is connected with the ball head 211, the pull rope 210 is wound on the rope winding mechanism, and the resistance source applies restoring force to the pull rope 210 through the rope winding mechanism. When the pull rope 210 is installed in the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 of the rowing machine 100, the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 is located between the strength training device 200 and the ball head 211, and the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 limits the ball head 211 and prevents the ball head 211 from moving along the direction of the restoring force.
The resistance source can be driving motor etc. for output torque, the rope winding mechanism includes the reel, and the fixed setting of reel is on driving motor's output shaft, and the stiff end winding of stay cord is on the reel, and when using, the user pulls stay cord 210, overcomes driving motor's output torque to reach strength training's effect.
In this embodiment, when the rowing machine 100 is used in combination with the strength training device 200, a user can sit on the rowing machine 100 to perform rowing training by pulling the pull rope 210 of the strength training device 200, and the free end of the pull rope 210 passes through the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 to be gripped by the user. Because the rowing machine 100 and the strength training device 200 are used together, the strength training device 200 is far away from the user and usually exceeds the reach of the arm of the user, by arranging the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 on the rowing machine 100, when the pull rope 210 moves to the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 in the direction of the strength training device 200 under the action of restoring force under the condition that the user releases the force or loosens the pull rope 210, the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 limits the ball head 211 and prevents the ball head 211 from continuously moving along the restoring force, so that the pull rope 210 stays at the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 which is closer to the user, the user can grasp the pull rope 210 again within the reach of the arm to perform training again, the pull rope 210 is always positioned within the reach of the user in the user training process, and the convenience of the user training is improved.
In some embodiments, rowing machine 100 or strength training apparatus 200 further includes a handle 37, handle 37 being connected to ball head 211. The handle 37 is in a longer cylindrical shape, which is convenient for the user to hold with both hands during training. During training, a user sits on the seat cushion 20 and holds the handles 37 with both hands to perform rowing training.
Before a user performs rowing training, the ball head 211 is pulled to bypass the guide limiting mechanism 36, at this time, the guide limiting mechanism 36 is located between the ball head 211 and the strength training equipment 200, the resistance of the strength training equipment 200 enables the ball head 211 to always have restoring force (trend of moving towards the strength training equipment 200), and the guide limiting mechanism 36 can limit the ball head 211, so that the ball head is prevented from returning to the strength training equipment 200, and the restoring effect of the ball head is prevented.
The guiding and limiting mechanism 36 is located at the front end of the rowing machine 100, and in the combined use state of the rowing machine 100 and the strength training device 200, the strength training device 200 is usually located at the front end of the rowing machine 100 and is located at one side of the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 away from the rowing machine, so that the strength training device 200 is far away from the cushion and the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 is near to the cushion.
In the user training process, since the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 can limit the ball head 211, the ball head 211 prevents the pull rope 210 from returning to the initial position (the position is far away from the user and is inconvenient for the user to pull the handle 37) under the action of the restoring force when the user releases the handle for rest in the user training process, so that the handle 37 is always close to the user, the user can pull the handle 37 at any time, and the user operation convenience is improved.
In other words, if the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 is not provided, the handle 37 will be returned to the initial position under the driving of the pull rope 210 when the user releases the user once training, and since the initial position is far away from the seat cushion 20 (the user sits on the seat cushion 20), the user needs to walk to the strength training device 200 to pull the handle 37 when opening the next training, the operation is complicated, the user experience is poor, and meanwhile, if the user takes off the force during the training, the handle 37 will also be returned to the initial position quickly, and the returned impact force may cause collision damage to the strength training device 200. The guiding and limiting mechanism 36 in this embodiment effectively avoids the occurrence of the above situation, the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 is closer to the user, which is equivalent to the fact that the initial position of the handle 37 is changed from the position of the strength training device 200 to the position of the rowing machine 100, so that the user can operate more conveniently, the cooperative use of the strength training device 200 and the rowing machine 100 is facilitated, and the user experience is good.
In some embodiments, the guide stop mechanism 36 includes a stop collar 360, the stop collar 360 circumscribing a space that is smaller than the size of the ball head 211.
In this embodiment, the size of the limiting ring 360 is smaller than that of the ball head 211, so that the ball head 211 cannot pass through the limiting ring 360 and return to the strength training device 200 in the training process, thereby playing a role in blocking the recovery. In other words, this approach may ensure that the draw string 210 does not retract, ensuring reliability of the training.
In addition, the stop collar 360 may have a guiding function when the user trains with the pull cord 210, which helps the user correct the posture during training.
In addition, since the rowing machine 100 eliminates the resistance source, the product size is greatly reduced, the cost is also reduced, and the occupied space is also greatly saved after storage.
In some embodiments, the first support assembly 30 further includes a handle bracket 38, the handle bracket 38 being mounted to the support frame 31, the handle 37 being disposed on the handle bracket 38.
Specifically, the handle support 38 is fixed on the support 31 by bolts, and the handle support 38 is provided with a semicircular groove 381 matching with the handle 37, so that the handle 37 is placed in the semicircular groove 381, and the handle support 38 plays a role in stably supporting the handle 37.
Since the guide limiting mechanism 36 limits the ball head 211, the handle end has no resistance (restoring force), the handle 37 is easy to shake, and the handle 37 can be stabilized by arranging the handle bracket 38. Meanwhile, the ball head 211 is limited, so that the handle end has no resistance, and the handle is easier and more labor-saving when the holding accessory is replaced (for example, the handle 37 is replaced by a handle).
In some embodiments, the handle 37 and the ball 211 may be connected by a clasp 371 to facilitate disassembly.
In some embodiments, the stop collar 360 has a notch 3600, the notch 3600 may allow the pull string to pass through, in particular, the stop collar 360 may have a certain elasticity, and the caliber of the notch 3600 may be slightly smaller than the diameter of the pull string 210, so that the pull string 210 is not only convenient to be assembled into the stop collar 360 through the notch 3600, but also avoids the pull string 210 from being separated from the stop collar 360 through the notch 3600 during training.
In other embodiments, the stop collar 360 has an openable and closable opening that allows the drawstring to pass therethrough when opened. For example, the limiting ring 360 may be a snap ring, when the snap ring is in an open state, the snap ring has an opening through which the pull cord 210 can enter the snap ring, and when the snap ring is in a closed state, the size of the snap ring is smaller than the size of the ball 211, so that the ball 211 is prevented from passing through the limiting ring 360, and the pull cord 210 is prevented from being separated from the snap ring.
It should be noted that, the limiting ring 360 is not particularly limited to an annular structure with a limiting function, and may be in other shapes, the limiting ring 360 may be a single component or may be composed of at least two components, and a space formed by surrounding the limiting ring 360 may be annular or may be in other shapes, so long as the functions of installing the pull rope 210 and limiting the ball head 211 can be achieved.
In some embodiments, the guide and stop mechanism 36 further includes a pulley 362, and the pull cord 210 is threaded into the stop collar 360 after passing around the pulley 362.
When the pulley 362 is used, the pull rope 210 bypasses the pulley 362, passes through the limiting ring 360, and finally connects the ball head 211 with the handle 37 through the hoist buckle 371, so that the pulley 362 contacts with the pull rope 210 in the use process, and the pulley 362 can play a better role in guiding and reducing friction force.
In some embodiments, the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 further includes a limiting bracket 361, the limiting bracket 361 is mounted on the supporting frame 31, the pulley 362 and the limiting ring 360 are both mounted on the limiting bracket 361, and the ball 211 is connected with the handle 37 after the pull rope 210 sequentially passes through the pulley 362 and the limiting ring 360.
The limiting bracket 361 is mounted on the supporting frame 31 through bolts, the pulley 362 is mounted on the limiting bracket 361 through bolts, and the limiting ring 360 is welded on the limiting bracket 361.
In addition, the limiting ring 360 may be directly welded to the support frame 31.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the guiding and limiting mechanism 36 may not include the pulley 362, that is, the pulley 362 may not be mounted on the limiting bracket 361, specifically, whether the pulley 362 is mounted or not may be selected according to the mounting position of the limiting bracket 361, when the limiting bracket 361 is mounted at a lower position (e.g. mounted on the first mounting plate 314), the pulley 362 may not be mounted and only the limiting ring 360 is remained, because in this position, the direction in which the user pulls the pull rope 210 during the actual training process is inclined upward, at this time, the contact area between the pull rope 210 and the pulley 362 is smaller, and therefore, the pulley 362 may not be mounted, and when the limiting bracket 361 is mounted at a higher position (e.g. mounted on the second mounting plate 315), at this time, the contact area between the pull rope 210 and the pulley 362 is larger during the user training process, the pulley 362 may play a better guiding role and reduce the friction force, so that the pulley 362 may be selected according to the actual use condition and the positional relationship between the rowing machine 100 and the force training device 200.
In some embodiments, the limit bracket 361 includes a first limit plate 3610 and a second limit plate 3611, the pulley 362 is rotatably mounted between the first limit plate 3610 and the second limit plate 3611, and the limit ring 360 is welded to an end surface of the first limit plate 3610 and an end surface of the second limit plate 3611, respectively.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present utility model, and are not limiting; the technical features of the above embodiments or in the different embodiments may also be combined within the idea of the utility model, the steps may be implemented in any order, and there are many other variations of the different aspects of the utility model as described above, which are not provided in detail for the sake of brevity; while the utility model has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will appreciate that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the utility model.
