Background
Respiratory protection articles can be classified into filtration type and isolation type according to the protection principle. Wherein, isolated formula includes positive pressure air respirator, positive pressure oxygen respirator and chemical oxygen fire control self-rescue respirator. Generally, the isolated type occupies a large volume, such as a chemical oxygen fire-fighting self-rescue respirator, which generates an air bag during the use process. The positive pressure air respirator and the positive pressure oxygen respirator are carried on the back for use, which causes certain inconvenience to users. The filtering gas mask purifies inhaled gas by using relevant principles such as adsorption, catalysis and the like, and protects the health of people in toxic and harmful environments. For example, the filtering type fire-fighting self-rescue respirator is used for people to escape, and can prevent the invasion of harmful gases such as carbon monoxide, hydrogen cyanide and the like, smoke and hot air flow. Because the wearing is convenient and fast, the volume is small, and the escape of personnel is facilitated, the device is equipped in each public place. The filtering gas mask can avoid the harm of various toxic gases to people according to the types of the equipped canister.
However, neither the filtering type fire self-rescue respirator nor the filtering type gas mask can be used under the condition that the oxygen concentration is lower than 17 percent, and the application scenes of the filtering type gas mask are greatly limited.
In summary, the existing personal respiratory protection articles are various in variety, the use scene of each article is single, and the selection problem is provided for the use of personnel in a complex environment.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In order to improve the universality of personal respiratory protection articles in various scenes, the multifunctional protective mask disclosed by the invention adopts a technical scheme of combining gas defense and oxygen supply. As shown in fig. 1, the working principle is as follows: when chemical toxicant attacks, the mask 1 is used for sealing the periphery of the face of a person, so that a respiratory system is isolated from the external toxicant exposure environment, and meanwhile, the external toxicant exposure air is purified and used as a respiratory source of the person by virtue of the filtering, adsorbing and catalyzing functions of the canister 3. When a fire disaster happens, the oxygen generating tank 2 is started, and the oxygen generating agent generates oxygen under the action of water and carbon dioxide exhaled by the person to be worn for the person to breathe, so that the person is effectively ensured to escape.
The main body of the protective mask consists of a face mask 1, a canister 3 and an oxygen generating tank 2.
The mask 1 may be one of a full face mask (full face mask, monocular mask, binocular mask) or a half face mask, and includes a mask body 11, a face window 13, a fixing structure 12, a canister connector 15, an oxygen generating canister connector 14, an exhalation valve switch 16, a head shield 4, a communicator 17, and the like. Meanwhile, the mask 1 can integrate a communication function and a drinking function.
The canister 3 is mounted on the face mask 1 and is composed of a smoke filter layer, a catalyst and a relevant adsorbent. The types of the catalyst and the adsorbent can be filled with different catalysts and adsorbents according to different gas protection types specified in the national standard GB2890 and the national military standard GJB 1155.
The oxygen generating tank 2 consists of an oxygen generating agent, a shell and an air storage bag. The sealed package is stored separately at ordinary times and is mounted on the mask 1 when in use. Meanwhile, the expiratory valve is closed by adjusting the expiratory valve switch 16, so that the expired gas passes through the oxygen generating tank 2, and the purpose of isolated respiratory protection is achieved.
Example 1
As shown in figure 2, the multifunctional emergency protective mask comprises a mask, a canister and an oxygen generating tank.
The mask shown in fig. 3 is a full face mask, and comprises a mask body 11, a face window 13, a fixing structure 12, a canister connector seat 15, a raw oxygen canister connector seat 14, an exhalation valve switch 16, a hood 4, a communicator 17 and the like.
Fig. 4(a) and (b) show two versions of the canister 3, corresponding to the standard screw and snap-on type of RD 40. The housing of the canister 3 may be made of metal or high-strength plastic.
As shown in figure 5, the oxygen generating tank 2 consists of an oxygen generating agent, a shell and an air storage bag. Wherein, the oxygen generating agent is a medicament capable of generating oxygen through chemical reaction, and can be one or more of potassium superoxide, sodium superoxide, potassium peroxide and sodium peroxide. The oxygen generating tank 2 is a coaxial air inlet and outlet structure. When the oxygen generating tank 2 is used, the exhalation valve switch 16 is closed at the same time, so that the gas exhaled by a person enters the oxygen generating tank 2 from the middle gas inlet through the conduit connected with the oral-nasal mask, the water vapor and the carbon dioxide in the exhaled gas react with the oxygen generating agent, the gas exists in the gas storage bag, and when the gas is inhaled, the gas rich in oxygen in the gas storage bag enters the mask 1 through the outer gas outlet to supply the breathing of the person.
Example 2
The mask 1 may also be of a binocular mask construction as shown in figure 6.
Example 3
Fig. 7 shows two types of the canister connector 15 and the oxygen generation canister connector 14 of the mask 1, which are screw type and snap type, respectively.
Example 4
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of the exhalation valve switch 16 on the mask 1. When the face mask 1 is fitted with a canister 3 in a toxic environment, the exhalation valve switch 16 is open to allow the exhaled air to be vented to the environment. When fire occurs and other emergency situations occur, the knob is screwed to press the exhalation valve plate so as to achieve the purpose of closing the exhalation valve.
Example 5
Fig. 9 shows the effect of wearing the mask in a toxic environment, either with a single canister or with a double canister.
Example 6
FIG. 10 is a diagram showing the effect of wearing a protective mask in an emergency such as a fire, in which the air bag is in a deployed state.
Example 7
Fig. 11 shows the effect of assembling the air cylinder when the interface of the base of the face mask 1 is a buckle. And can be used as a positive pressure air respirator.
Example 8
Fig. 12 shows the effect of assembling the oxygen cylinder when the interface of the mask base is a buckle. In this case, it can be used as a compressed oxygen respirator.
In summary, the above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
