The inner side of the tank body 60 is provided with a cup-shaped rubber layer 65, the lower end of the rubber layer 65 is fixed and hermetically connected with the opening of the tank body 60, a cavity 66 is arranged between the rubber layer 65 and the tank body 60, the rubber layer 65 is provided with micropores 67 which communicate the cavity 66 with the inner part of the tank body 60, the number of the micropores 67 is set to be 160 and is uniformly distributed on the rubber layer 65, the micropores 67 are uniformly distributed on the rubber layer 65 so that liquid medicine can uniformly permeate to the part of the tank body 60 positioned at the inner side of the rubber layer 65, under the normal temperature and pressure state, the pore size of the micropores 67 is 0.5mm, the liquid medicine in the cavity 66 can not permeate to the outside through the micropores 67 under the normal temperature and pressure state, the principle is similar to that of a liquid medicine bottle for transfusion, and after a needle is pricked on a rubber plug; after the inside of the can 60 is vacuumized, the pressure inside the cavity 66 is higher than the pressure inside the can 60 and inside the rubber layer 65, and the liquid medicine slowly permeates into the part inside the can 60 and inside the rubber layer 65 through the micropores 67.
As shown in fig. 2, a fixed block 63 is fixed inside the tank 60, an electric heating rod 631 is fixed at the lower end of the fixed block 63, a temperature sensor 68 and a first pressure sensor 69 are fixed inside the tank 60, the electric heating rod 631, the temperature sensor 68 and the first pressure sensor 69 are all electrically connected to the host 10, and the heating temperature of the electric heating rod 631 is adjusted by the host 10; the display is electrically connected with the host 10; the heating temperature of the electric heating rod 631, the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 68, and the pressure detected by the first pressure sensor 69 are displayed on the display. The structure of the electric heating rod 631 is conventional. The connection structure between the electric heating rod 631, the temperature sensor 68, and the first pressure sensor 69 and the main unit 10 is conventional, and the connection structure between the display and the main unit 10 is also conventional.
As shown in fig. 2, the tank 60 is provided with a one-way liquid inlet valve 61 for introducing liquid into the cavity 66; the rubber layer 65 is provided with a second one-way air outlet valve 641 for vacuumizing the part of the inside of the rubber layer 65 of the tank 60; the second one-way outlet valve 641 is connected to a vacuum pumping device through the air suction pipe 64.
As shown in fig. 1, the vacuum-pumping device includes a motor 12 fixed on a main machine 10, the main machine 10 is of an existing structure, a fixing plate 11 arranged along a horizontal direction is fixed on an upper portion of the main machine 12, an output shaft of the motor 12 is arranged along a vertical direction, a cam 13 is fixed on an output shaft of the motor 12, a cylinder 20 arranged along the horizontal direction is fixed on the fixing plate 11, and a piston 21 is connected to the inside of the cylinder 20 in a sliding and sealing manner; a piston rod 22 is fixed at the left end of the piston 21, and the left end of the piston rod 22 is attached to the contour of the cam 13; a spring is arranged in the cylinder body 20, one end of the spring is fixed on the cylinder body 20, and the other end of the spring is fixed on the piston 21; the cylinder body 20 is provided with a one-way air inlet valve 23 and a first one-way air outlet valve 24, the one-way air inlet valve 23 is connected with a first air inlet pipe 26 and a second air inlet pipe 27 through a first three-way valve 25, the first air inlet pipe 26 is communicated with the outside, the second air inlet pipe 27 is connected with a first multi-pipe butt joint type connector 28, and a second one-way air outlet valve 641 is clamped with the first multi-pipe butt joint type connector 28 through an air suction pipe 64; the first three-way valve 25 is a first automatic three-way valve, a first three-way valve switch is fixed on the main unit 10, the first three-way valve 25 is electrically connected with the first three-way valve switch, when the first three-way valve switch is pressed, the first three-way valve 25 is switched to communicate the first air inlet pipe 26 with the one-way air inlet valve 23, and when the first three-way valve switch is pressed, the first three-way valve 25 is switched to communicate the second air inlet pipe 27 with the one-way air inlet valve 23. The first one-way air outlet valve 24 is connected with an air storage tank 30, the air storage tank 30 is fixed inside the host machine 10, an automatic valve 31 is arranged at the outlet end of the air storage tank 30, a second pressure sensor is fixed inside the air storage tank 30 and electrically connected with the automatic valve 31 through a controller, when the pressure inside the air storage tank 30 reaches 0.2MPa, the automatic valve 31 is opened, and when the pressure inside the air storage tank 30 is smaller than 0.1MPa, the automatic valve 31 is closed; a liquid storage tank 40 is fixed in the main machine 10, the middle part of the liquid storage tank 40 is divided into a left part and a right part by a partition plate 43 arranged along the vertical direction, the left part of the liquid storage tank 40 is used for storing disinfectant, and the right part of the liquid storage tank 40 is used for storing liquid medicine; a venturi tube 50 with an axis arranged along the horizontal direction is arranged in the liquid storage tank 40, and the venturi tube 50 penetrates through the partition plate 43 and is fixedly and hermetically connected with the partition plate 43; venturi 50's throat passes through three-way suction pipe 51 and communicates with the left part and the right part of liquid reserve tank 40 respectively, three-way suction pipe 51's intersection is provided with second three-way valve 52, second three-way valve 52 is the automatic three-way valve of second, be fixed with the second three-way valve switch on the host computer 10, second three-way valve 52 and second three-way valve switch electric connection, press the second three-way valve switch once, second three-way valve 52 switches to communicating venturi 50 and antiseptic solution in, press the second three-way valve switch again, second three-way valve 52 switches to communicating in venturi 50 and the liquid medicine. The automatic valve 31 is connected with the inlet end of the venturi tube 50; the outlet end of the venturi tube 50 is connected to a second multi-tube butt joint 53; the one-way inlet valve 61 is snapped into the second multi-tube butt joint 53 through inlet tube 62.
The motor 12 drives the cam 13 to rotate, the cam 13 drives the piston rod 22 and the piston 21 to slide rightwards and compress the spring in the first half of the rotation of the cam 13, positive pressure is generated inside the cylinder 20, the one-way air inlet valve 23 is closed, the first one-way air outlet valve 24 is opened, air is exhausted inside the cylinder 20, the spring drives the piston 21 to slide leftwards and always fit with the contour of the cam 13 in the second half of the rotation of the cam 13, negative pressure is generated inside the cylinder 20, the one-way air inlet valve 23 is opened, the first one-way air outlet valve 24 is closed, and air is sucked; the cam 13 is matched with a spring to drive the piston 21 to slide in a reciprocating manner left and right in the cylinder body 20, an inflator is formed in the cylinder body 20, the cylinder body 20 sucks air, the interior of the tank body 60 can be vacuumized through the first multi-pipe butt joint 28, and after the interior of the tank body 60 is vacuumized, the cylinder body 20 can suck outside air through switching of the first three-way valve 25; the gas storage of cylinder body 20 combustion gas forms compressed air in gas storage tank 30, when compressed air discharges to venturi 50 in, venturi 50's throat forms the negative pressure, venturi 50 throat's three-way suction pipe 51 can inhale antiseptic solution or liquid medicine, realize injecting liquid medicine or antiseptic solution to cavity 66 inside automatic intermittent type nature, jar body 60 inside is not the static equilibrium state of a constant voltage simultaneously, jar body 60 inside is the alternative dynamic process of a malleation and negative pressure, jar body 60 inside intermittent type nature malleation and negative pressure make jar body 60 produce the trembling, thereby need not to set up the electromagnetic vibrator.
Since the plurality of tank bodies 60 are connected to one main body 10 at the same time, after the compressed gas discharged from the venturi tube 50 enters the tank bodies 60, the gas pressure inside each tank body 60 is a micro positive pressure, so that the tank bodies 60 cannot bounce from the human body, and the tank bodies 60 are still positioned on the human body under the self gravity, thereby preventing the tank bodies 60 from sliding down.
Meanwhile, according to the number of the used tanks 60, in order to ensure that the tanks 60 do not slip down when the venturi tube 50 exhausts the gas into the tanks 60, the threshold value of the second pressure sensor may be adjusted by the controller, so that the pressure at which the automatic valve 31 is opened is reduced accordingly.
The first and second multi-pipe butt joints 28 and 53 are of conventional construction, and the first and second multi-pipe butt joints 28 and 53 may be connected to a plurality of tanks 60.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, a first filling valve 41 and a second filling valve 42 are provided at the top of the main body 10 at the left and right portions of the liquid storage tank 40, respectively. The first and second feed valves 41 and 42 are provided to facilitate the replenishment of the liquid medicine and the disinfectant.
The first three-way valve 25 is also electrically connected to the controller, when the pressure detected by the first pressure sensor 69 is greater than 0.1MPa, the first three-way valve 25 is switched to communicate the unidirectional air intake valve 23 with the second air intake pipe 27, and when the pressure detected by the first pressure sensor 69 is less than a set value (the set value is set by the host 10, and the set value is less than 0.1MPa), the first three-way valve 25 is switched to communicate the unidirectional air intake valve 23 with the first air intake pipe 26.
The specific implementation process is as follows:
after the traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy instrument host is connected, a set value of a first pressure sensor 69 and the heating temperature of an electric heating rod 631 are set, disinfectant and liquid medicine are respectively supplemented to the left part and the right part of a liquid storage tank 40, then a tank body 60 is sequentially placed at a designated acupuncture point of a human body, a motor 12 is started, the motor 12 drives a cam 13 to rotate, the cam 13 is matched with a spring to drive a piston 21 to slide in a left-right reciprocating manner in a cylinder body 20, an inflator is formed in the cylinder body 20, the pressure detected by the first pressure sensor 69 is greater than the set value, the first three-way valve 25 is switched to vacuumize the interior of the tank body 60, and after the interior of the tank body 60 is vacuumized, the first pressure sensor 69 controls the first three-way valve 25 to be switched; the gas discharged from the cylinder 20 is stored in the gas storage tank 30 to form compressed air, when the compressed air is discharged into the venturi tube 50, the throat of the venturi tube 50 forms negative pressure, firstly, the three-way suction pipe 51 at the throat of the venturi tube 50 sucks the liquid medicine and injects the liquid medicine into the cavity 66 of the tank 60, so that the liquid medicine is automatically and intermittently injected into the cavity 66, meanwhile, the cylinder 20 vacuumizes the interior of the tank 60, the gas pressure in the cavity 66 is greater than the gas pressure in the tank 60, the gas and the liquid medicine in the cavity 66 slowly permeate into the tank 60, the gas is pumped away by the cylinder 20, the liquid medicine is intermittently injected for multiple times, and the liquid medicine is prevented from; the inside of the tank 60 is not in a static equilibrium state with a constant pressure, the inside of the tank 60 is in a dynamic process of alternating positive pressure and negative pressure, and the intermittent positive pressure and negative pressure in the tank 60 cause the tank 60 to shake, so that an electromagnetic vibrator is not required to be additionally arranged.
After the physical therapy is finished, the mouth 601 of the tank body 60 is sealed, and in the same way, the disinfectant slowly permeates into the part, positioned on the inner side of the rubber layer 65, in the tank body 60 from the inside of the cavity 66, and the high temperature and high pressure exist, so that the rupture of bacterial cells is accelerated, the disinfection effect is enhanced, and the cross infection caused by the use of the tank body 60 between two different people is avoided; the required amount of the disinfectant is small, the disinfectant is disposable, and a disinfecting device does not need to be additionally arranged.

2. The physiotherapy instrument host of traditional Chinese medicine of claim 1, wherein: the number of the micropores is set to be 50-200 and is evenly distributed on the rubber layer.
3. The physiotherapy instrument host of traditional Chinese medicine of claim 1, wherein: under the normal temperature and pressure state, the aperture size of the micropore is 0.5-1 mm.
