The working principle of the invention is as follows: the sample is placed in a placing groove 19 of a placing disc 18, a fan 4 works to blow air in the cabinet body 1, a condensate pipe 14 of a condensing device 13 exchanges heat with water in a water tank 9 to enable the water to be changed into cooling water, the cooling water enters a cooling water pipe 8 through a cold water inlet pipe 12 and then returns to the water tank 9 through a cold water outlet pipe 11 to circulate back and forth to continuously exchange heat with ambient air, so that the heat exchange effect is improved, the fan 4 continuously blows cold air downwards, the temperature in the cabinet body 1 is further reduced, the quality of the sample is prevented from being influenced, sample detection is facilitated, the placing disc 18 is rotated through the rotary connection of the placing disc 18 and a fixed column 17, the sample in the cabinet body 1 is convenient to take and store, a sterilizing lamp 25 works to sterilize the sample in the placing disc 18 in the cabinet body 1, meanwhile, an ash-proof cover 29 is arranged at the top end of the cabinet body 1, a filter screen 30 is arranged between an adjacent support rod 28 and the ash-, dust is prevented from entering the cabinet 1 through the first through-hole 5, and ventilation is facilitated.
