The seat layout information of a flight indicates the position of each seat in the flight in the cabin corresponding to the flight, and the seat layout information of a flight may also indicate the layout of some facilities in the cabin corresponding to the flight in the cabin, such as a toilet, an escape hatch, etc. The segment attribute information for each of the seat segments in the flight is used to describe passenger attribute information for a particular passenger selecting a seat segment and/or device information provided to devices commonly used by all passengers in the seat segment, respectively. During the stage when seats of a flight are available for seat selection, the segment attribute information of the seat segment may change with the seat selection of the target passenger. For example, if a particular seat segment does not have any segment attribute information, i.e., no particular passenger selects the seat segment, and/or the seat segment is not provided to a device commonly used by passengers, but a particular passenger selects a seat in the seat segment during a period in which a flight is available for seat selection, the segment attribute information of the seat segment is changed to passenger attribute information of the particular passenger. The selected seat information in the flight is information indicating the seats of the selected seats in the flight, and the target passenger can select only among the seats of the unselected seats.
In the prior art, the target passenger can only see the seat of the selected seat and the layout situation of the flight seat from the flight seat map, so that the seat of the unselected seat with the layout position conforming to the own preference can only be selected according to the layout of the flight seat.
In the embodiment of the application, the flight seat map display information also carries the section attribute information of each seat section, so that the target passenger can select the seat by referring to the section attribute information of each seat section in the process of selecting the seat, the target passenger can select the seat section providing common equipment for taking, and can also select to avoid special passengers for taking. And special passengers can enjoy larger riding space with higher probability under the condition of more flight seats, for example, passengers with infants can feel more comfortable when other passengers do not sit in the seat section. And because the segment attribute information corresponds to the whole seat segment rather than the single seat, only the information of the whole seat segment rather than the information of the single seat can be known through the segment attribute information, and the privacy of passengers can be protected.
Optionally, in one embodiment of the present application, the flight seat map presentation information also carries a preselected value for each seat segment.
Wherein the preselected values for the seat segments are calculated based on the physical attributes and the value attributes of the seat segments. The preselected values for the seat segment are used to describe the recommended degree of the seat segment. The physical attributes of the seat segment are used to describe the position of the seat segment in the flight, and may include aisle-by-aisle attributes, window-by-window attributes, escape capsule attributes, and so forth. The value attribute of the seat segment is used to describe the value of the seat segment. The value attributes of the seat segment may include a bunk level attribute of the seat segment, a service attribute available in the seat segment, and a value attribute of a passenger in the seat segment, among others. The passenger value attribute in the seat segment may be a member class attribute of the passenger. Specifically, corresponding weight values can be respectively attached to different physical attributes and value attributes in advance, different physical attributes and value attributes also respectively have different thresholds, and the higher the corresponding threshold of the attribute is, the higher the recommendation degree corresponding to the attribute is proved. And then calculating to obtain a preselected value of the seat section according to the threshold value corresponding to the physical attribute of the seat section and the weight value corresponding to the physical attribute of the seat section, wherein the target passenger can select seats by referring to the preselected value of the seat section.
S103, the server sends the flight seat map display information corresponding to the flight information to the client corresponding to the target passenger.
And the server sends the flight seat bitmap display information corresponding to the flight information searched in the step S102 to the client corresponding to the target passenger according to the client identification information carried in the received seat selection request of the target passenger. After the server sends the flight seat bitmap display information corresponding to the flight information to the client corresponding to the target passenger, the client corresponding to the target passenger can be enabled to generate and display the flight seat bitmap corresponding to the flight seat bitmap display information.
S104, the client generates and displays the flight seat bitmap corresponding to the flight seat bitmap display information.
The client loads the received flight seat bitmap display information, and renders and displays the corresponding flight seat bitmap by using a rendering tool. In the flight seat map displayed by the client, the selected seats in the flight, the seat layout condition in the flight and the segment attribute corresponding to each seat segment in the flight are displayed.
Optionally, the flight seat map may display information such as a preselected value of a seat segment, in addition to the selected seat in the flight, the seat layout in the flight, and the segment attributes corresponding to each seat segment in the flight. The information presented by the flight seat map includes, but is not limited to, what is presented by embodiments of the present application.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the flight seat map corresponding to the flight seat map display information displays, at the display position corresponding to each seat segment, an identifier corresponding to the segment attribute information of each seat segment. For example, referring to fig. 3, if the segment attribute information of the seat segment includes passenger attribute information of a special passenger, and the passenger corresponding identification character with the infant is I, the child passenger corresponding identification character is B, the size-irregular passenger corresponding identification character is H, and the additional passenger corresponding identification character is F. While a passenger with an infant is present in seat segment 301, then identifier I is displayed at corresponding display location 307 in seat segment 301 and a child passenger is present in seat segment 306, then identifier B is displayed at corresponding display location 308 in seat segment 306, and no special passenger is present at seat segment 302, seat segment 303, seat segment 304, and seat segment 305, so that no identifier corresponding to the segment attribute information is displayed at each corresponding display location.
Because the segment attribute information in the embodiment of the application is associated with the seat segment rather than a single seat, the corresponding segment attribute information is displayed in the unit of the seat segment under the condition that the seats in the flight are many, and the display positions in the flight seat bitmap are not occupied too much, so that richer information can be displayed in the flight seat bitmap with limited blank areas for displaying the information for the target passenger to be used as the seat selection reference.
According to the seat map display method provided by the embodiment of the application, the seat selection request of the target passenger is responded, and the flight seat map display information corresponding to the flight information is inquired and obtained according to the flight information carried in the seat selection request. Because the flight seat bitmap display information carries the seat layout information of the flights, the section attribute information of each seat section in the flights and the selected seat information in the flights, and the seat sections are composed of a plurality of positions in the same seat row, the flight seat bitmap display information corresponding to the flight information is sent to the client corresponding to the target passenger, the client corresponding to the target passenger can generate and display the flight seat bitmap corresponding to the flight seat bitmap display information according to the flight seat bitmap display information, the target passenger can read the section attribute information of each seat section in the flights besides the seat layout information and the selected seat information from the flight seat bitmap, the section attribute information of the seat sections comprises the passenger attribute information of special passengers selecting the seat sections, and/or the equipment information provided for equipment commonly used by all passengers in the seat sections, and the special passengers can generate passengers with influence on the riding experience for all passengers in the selected seat sections, so that the target passengers can select passengers with satisfactory riding experiences for the passengers in the seats according to the section attribute information of the seat sections, and the riding experiences of the passengers are satisfactory.
Referring to fig. 4, the embodiment of the application discloses another seat map display method, which specifically includes the following steps:
S401, the client side sends a seat selection request of the target passenger.
The execution process and principle of step S401 are the same as those of step S101 shown in fig. 1, and will not be described herein.
S402, the server responds to a seat selection request of a target passenger, and inquires and obtains flight seat bitmap display information corresponding to flight information according to the flight information carried in the seat selection request.
The execution process and principle of step S402 are the same as those of step S102 shown in fig. 1, and will not be described herein.
S403, the server sends the flight seat map display information corresponding to the flight information to the client corresponding to the target passenger.
The execution process and principle of step S403 are the same as those of step S103 shown in fig. 1, and will not be described herein.
S404, the client generates and displays the flight seat bitmap corresponding to the flight seat bitmap display information.
The execution process and principle of step S404 are the same as those of step S104 shown in fig. 1, and will not be described here again.
S405, the client sends a seat selection instruction of the target passenger to the server.
The seat selection instruction of the target passenger carries seat information of a seat selected by the target passenger and passenger attribute information of the target passenger. The target passenger's seat selection instructions are used to reserve the seat selected by the target passenger. Passenger attribute information of a target passenger is information describing characteristics of the target passenger. If the target passenger is a special passenger, the passenger attribute information of the target passenger at least carries influence information of the passenger which can influence the riding experience of all passengers in the selected seat section.
Alternatively, the client may generate the target passenger's seat selection instructions after responding to the target passenger's seat selection operations. The target passenger seat selection operation may be performed by performing a seat selection operation on the flight seat map in step S405, for example, clicking or touching an unselected seat displayed in the flight seat map, and triggering the client to generate a seat selection instruction carrying the seat information of the selected seat of the target passenger and the passenger attribute information of the target passenger. It should be noted that there are many ways to generate the seat selection instruction of the target passenger, including but not limited to what is proposed in the embodiments of the present application.
After the client sends the seat selection instruction of the target passenger to the server, the server can respond to the seat selection instruction and correspondingly update and adjust the flight seat map display information corresponding to the flight of the target passenger.
S406, the server responds to the seat selection instruction of the target passenger, adds the seat information of the seat selected by the target passenger to the selected seat information carried in the flight seat diagram display information, and adds the passenger attribute information of the target passenger to the section attribute information of the seat section corresponding to the seat selected by the target passenger carried in the flight seat diagram display information if the passenger attribute information of the target passenger is matched with the passenger attribute information of the special passenger.
After receiving the seat selection instruction of the target passenger, the server can know which seats in the flight the target passenger selects. Therefore, the seat selected by the target passenger is changed from the original unselected state to the selected state, and the server needs to respond to the seat selection instruction, and the seat information of the seat selected by the target passenger is added to the selected seat information carried in the flight seat map display information, which is equivalent to changing the seat selected by the target passenger from the original unselected state to the selected state. If other passengers with the flights send seat selecting requests to the server, the selected seat information carried in the flight seat map display information returned by the server comprises the selected seat information of the target passenger, so that the other passengers cannot select the seats selected by the target passenger, and seat reservation is realized. If the passenger attribute information of the target passenger is matched with the passenger attribute information of the special passenger, the target passenger is indicated to be the special passenger, so that the seat section corresponding to the seat selected by the target passenger needs to be updated with the section attribute information, namely the passenger attribute information of the target passenger is added into the section attribute information of the seat section corresponding to the seat selected by the target passenger, which is carried by the flight seat bitmap display information. When other passengers of the subsequent flights send seat selecting requests to the server, the section attribute information of the seat section where the target passenger is located is carried in the flight seat diagram display information returned by the server, namely, the passenger attribute information of the target passenger can be seen from the display position of the seat section of the target passenger in the flight seat diagram displayed by the client.
Optionally, referring to fig. 5, after performing step S406 in an embodiment of the present application, the method may further include:
s501, the client sends a seat revocation instruction of the target passenger to the server.
The instruction for canceling the selected seat carries seat information of the seat selected by the target passenger in a canceling way and passenger attribute information of the target passenger. The cancel selected seat instruction is used to cancel the seat that the target traveler originally selected.
If the target passenger performs seat selection and then the conditions such as ticket withdrawal and the need of replacing the selected seat occur, the client is triggered to generate a seat withdrawal instruction of the target passenger, and the seat withdrawal instruction of the target passenger is sent to the server. Specifically, the client automatically triggers generation of the instruction to cancel the selected seat after the target passenger completes the ticket refunding operation. The target passenger can also execute the operation of replacing the selected seat, and the client is triggered to generate the instruction of canceling the selected seat. It should be noted that there are many ways to generate the instruction to cancel the selected seat, including but not limited to those presented in the embodiments of the present application.
S502, the server responds to the instruction of canceling the selected seat of the target passenger, deletes the seat information of the seat which is canceled by the target passenger from the selected seat information carried in the flight seat diagram display information, and deletes the passenger attribute information of the target passenger from the section attribute information of the seat section which is carried in the flight seat diagram display information and corresponds to the seat which is canceled by the target passenger.
The server responds to the instruction of canceling the selected seat of the target passenger, and the seat which the target passenger needs to cancel the selection is required to be changed from the selected state to the unselected state, namely, the seat information of the seat which the target passenger cancels the selection is deleted from the selected seat information carried in the flight seat map display information. When other passengers of the subsequent flight send selection requests to the server, the selected seat information carried in the flight seat map display information returned by the server does not contain the seat information of the seat originally selected by the target passenger. And because the target passenger is a special passenger, after the target passenger cancels the originally selected seat, the passenger attribute information of the target passenger is not contained in the section attribute information corresponding to the seat section where the seat is positioned, namely, the server deletes the passenger attribute information of the target passenger from the section attribute information of the seat section corresponding to the seat which is carried by the flight seat bitmap display information and is canceled by the target passenger. After other passengers of the subsequent flight send seat selecting instructions to the server, the section attribute information corresponding to the seat section where the target passenger originally is located in the flight seat bitmap display information returned by the server is not carried with the passenger attribute information of the target passenger, namely, when the client displays the flight seat bitmap, the passenger attribute information of the target passenger is not displayed on the display position corresponding to the seat section where the target passenger originally is located.
The server timely changes the display information of the flight seat bitmap according to the instruction sent by the client, so that the content displayed by the flight seat bitmap for the passengers is more accurate, and the passengers can conveniently select seats according to the flight seat bitmap.
In some embodiments, the clients, servers may communicate using any currently known or future developed network protocol, such as HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol ), and may be interconnected with any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include a local area network ("LAN"), a wide area network ("WAN"), the internet (e.g., the internet), and peer-to-peer networks (e.g., ad hoc peer-to-peer networks), as well as any currently known or future developed networks.

Referring to fig. 6, based on the seat map display method provided by the embodiment of the present application, the embodiment of the present application correspondingly discloses a seat map display device, which is applied to a server, and the seat map display device includes: a first receiving unit 601, a querying unit 602, and a transmitting unit 603.
A first receiving unit 601, configured to receive a seat selection request of a target passenger. The seat selection request of the target passenger carries flight information of the target passenger.
And the query unit 602 is configured to respond to a seat selection request of a target passenger, and query and obtain flight seat bitmap display information corresponding to the flight information according to the flight information carried in the seat selection request. The flight seat map display information carries seat layout information of flights, section attribute information of each seat section in the flights and selected seat information in the flights. The seat section is composed of a plurality of seats in the same seat row, and the section attribute information of the seat section comprises: passenger attribute information for a particular passenger in a seat segment is selected and/or device information provided to devices commonly used by all passengers in the seat segment, the particular passenger being a passenger that would have an impact on the ride experience of all passengers in the seat segment selected by the particular passenger.
And the sending unit 603 is configured to send the flight seat bitmap display information corresponding to the flight information to the client corresponding to the target passenger, so that the client corresponding to the target passenger generates and displays the flight seat bitmap corresponding to the flight seat bitmap display information.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the seat map display device further includes: a second receiving unit and an adding unit.
And the second receiving unit is used for receiving the seat selection instruction of the target passenger. The seat selection instruction of the target passenger carries seat information of a seat selected by the target passenger and passenger attribute information of the target passenger.
The adding unit is used for responding to the seat selection instruction of the target passenger, adding the seat information of the seat selected by the target passenger into the selected seat information carried in the flight seat diagram display information, and adding the passenger attribute information of the target passenger into the section attribute information of the seat section corresponding to the seat selected by the target passenger carried in the flight seat diagram display information if the passenger attribute information of the target passenger is matched with the passenger attribute information of the special passenger.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the seat map display device further includes: and a third receiving unit and a deleting unit.
And the third receiving unit is used for receiving the instruction of canceling the selected seat of the target passenger. The instruction for canceling the selected seat carries seat information of the seat selected by the target passenger in a canceling way and passenger attribute information of the target passenger.
And the deleting unit is used for responding to the instruction of canceling the selected seat of the target passenger, deleting the seat information of the seat which is canceled by the target passenger from the selected seat information carried in the flight seat map display information, and deleting the passenger attribute information of the target passenger from the section attribute information of the seat section which is carried in the flight seat map display information and corresponds to the seat which is canceled by the target passenger.
Optionally, in one embodiment of the present application, the flight seat map presentation information also carries a preselected value for each seat segment. The preselected value of the seat section is calculated according to the physical attribute and the value attribute of the seat section, the preselected value of the seat section is used for describing the recommended degree of the seat section, the physical attribute of the seat section is used for describing the position of the seat section in the flight, and the value attribute of the seat section is used for describing the value of the seat section.
The specific principle and the execution process in the seat map display device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application are the same as the seat map display method disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, and reference may be made to corresponding parts in the seat map display method disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, which are not described herein.
In the seat map display device provided by the embodiment of the application, the query unit 602 queries and obtains the display information of the flight seat map corresponding to the flight information according to the flight information carried in the seat selection request by responding to the seat selection request of the target passenger. Because the flight seat map display information carries the seat layout information of the flights, the section attribute information of each seat section in the flights, and the selected seat information in the flights, and the seat sections are composed of a plurality of positions in the same seat row, the transmitting unit 603 transmits the flight seat map display information corresponding to the flight information to the client corresponding to the target passenger, so that the client corresponding to the target passenger can generate and display the flight seat map corresponding to the flight seat map display information according to the flight seat map display information, the target passenger can read the section attribute information of each seat section in the flights, including the passenger attribute information of the special passenger selecting the seat section, and/or the equipment information provided to all passengers commonly used in the seat section, and the special passenger is the passenger who can generate an influence on the seating experience of all passengers in the seat section selected by the special passenger, so that the target passenger can select a passenger's seat experience of the target passenger in the seat section according to the section attribute information of the section, and the seating experience of the target passenger is satisfied.
Referring to fig. 7, based on the method for displaying a seat map provided by the embodiment of the present application, the embodiment of the present application correspondingly discloses a device for displaying a seat map, which is applied to a client, and the device for displaying a seat map includes: a transmitting unit 701, a receiving unit 702, and a generating unit 703.
A sending unit 701, configured to send a seat selection request of the target passenger. The seat selection request of the target passenger carries flight information of the target passenger.
And a receiving unit 702, configured to receive flight seat bitmap display information corresponding to flight information of the target passenger. The flight seat map display information carries seat layout information of flights, section attribute information of each seat section in the flights and selected seat information in the flights. The seat section is composed of a plurality of seats in the same seat row, and the section attribute information of the seat section comprises: passenger attribute information for a particular passenger in a seat segment is selected and/or device information provided to devices commonly used by all passengers in the seat segment, the particular passenger being a passenger that would have an impact on the ride experience of all passengers in the seat segment selected by the particular passenger.
A generating unit 703, configured to generate and display a flight seat bitmap corresponding to the flight seat bitmap display information.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the flight seat map corresponding to the flight seat map display information displays, at the display position corresponding to each seat segment, an identifier corresponding to the segment attribute information of each seat segment.
The specific principle and the execution process in the seat map display device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application are the same as the seat map display method disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, and reference may be made to corresponding parts in the seat map display method disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, which are not described herein.
In the seat map display device provided by the embodiment of the application, the receiving unit 702 receives the flight seat map display information corresponding to the flight information of the target passenger. The seat map presentation information carries the seat layout information of the flights, the section attribute information of each seat section in the flights, and the selected seat information in the flights. The seat section is composed of a plurality of seats in the same seat row, and the section attribute information of the seat section comprises: passenger attribute information for a particular passenger in a seat segment is selected and/or device information provided to devices commonly used by all passengers in the seat segment, the particular passenger being a passenger that would have an impact on the ride experience of all passengers in the seat segment selected by the particular passenger. Further, the generating unit 703 may read the seat layout information and the selected seat information from the flight seat map corresponding to the generated and displayed flight seat map display information, and may also read the section attribute information of each seat section in the flight, where the section attribute information of the seat section includes the passenger attribute information of a special passenger selecting a seat section, and/or the equipment information provided to equipment commonly used by all passengers in the seat section, where the special passenger is a passenger that may have an influence on the riding experience of all passengers in the seat section selected by the special passenger, so that the target passenger may select a seat in the seat section satisfied by himself or herself according to the section attribute information of the seat section, thereby improving the flight riding experience of the target passenger.
The units involved in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by means of software, or may be implemented by means of hardware. The name of the unit does not in any way constitute a limitation of the unit itself, for example the first acquisition unit may also be described as "unit acquiring at least two internet protocol addresses".
The functions described above herein may be performed, at least in part, by one or more hardware logic components. 1. A seat map display method, which is applied to a server, comprising:
Receiving a seat selection request of a target passenger; wherein, the seat selection request of the target passenger carries the flight information of the target passenger;
Responding to a seat selection request of the target passenger, and inquiring to obtain flight seat bitmap display information corresponding to flight information according to the flight information carried in the seat selection request; wherein the flight seat map display information carries seat layout information of the flights, section attribute information of each seat section in the flights, and selected seat information in the flights; the seat section attribute information is displayed through a correlation table of preset section attribute information and a corresponding identifier; the seat section consists of a plurality of seats with continuous positions in the same seat row; segment attribute information for the seat segment, comprising: passenger attribute information for a particular passenger selecting the seat segment and/or device information provided to devices commonly used by all passengers in the seat segment; the special passenger is a passenger which can generate riding experience influence on all passengers in the seat section selected by the special passenger;
And sending the flight seat bitmap display information corresponding to the flight information to the client corresponding to the target passenger, so that the client corresponding to the target passenger generates and displays the flight seat bitmap corresponding to the flight seat bitmap display information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the sending the flight seat map display information corresponding to the flight information to the client corresponding to the target passenger, further comprises:
Receiving a seat selection instruction of the target passenger; the seat selection instruction of the target passenger carries seat information of a seat selected by the target passenger and passenger attribute information of the target passenger;
Responding to the seat selection instruction of the target passenger, and adding the seat information of the seat selected by the target passenger into the selected seat information carried in the flight seat map display information; and if the passenger attribute information of the target passenger is matched with the passenger attribute information of the special passenger, adding the passenger attribute information of the target passenger into the section attribute information of the seat section corresponding to the seat selected by the target passenger, which is carried by the flight seat map display information.

The method of claim 2, wherein if the passenger attribute information of the target passenger matches the passenger attribute information of the special passenger, adding the passenger attribute information of the target passenger to the segment attribute information of the seat segment corresponding to the seat selected by the target passenger carried by the flight seat map display information further comprises:
Receiving a seat revocation instruction of the target passenger; the seat information of the seat which is selected by the target passenger in a revocation mode and passenger attribute information of the target passenger are carried in the seat revocation instruction;
and deleting the seat information of the seat which is withdrawn by the target passenger from the selected seat information carried in the flight seat diagram display information in response to the instruction for withdrawing the selected seat of the target passenger, and deleting the passenger attribute information of the target passenger from the section attribute information of the seat section which is carried in the flight seat diagram display information and corresponds to the seat which is withdrawn by the target passenger.

The method of claim 2, wherein the flight seating chart presentation information further carries a preselected value for each of the seat segments; wherein the preselected value of the seat segment is calculated according to the physical attribute and the value attribute of the seat segment; the preselected value for the seat segment is used to account for a recommended degree of the seat segment; the physical attributes of the seat segment are used to describe the position of the seat segment in the flight; the value attribute of the seat segment is used to describe the value of the seat segment.
5. The seat map display method is characterized by being applied to a client, and comprises the following steps of:
sending a seat selecting request of a target passenger; wherein, the seat selection request of the target passenger carries the flight information of the target passenger;
Receiving flight seat bitmap display information corresponding to the flight information of the target passenger; wherein the flight seat map display information carries seat layout information of the flights, section attribute information of each seat section in the flights, and selected seat information in the flights; the seat section attribute information is displayed through a correlation table of preset section attribute information and a corresponding identifier; the seat section consists of a plurality of seats with continuous positions in the same seat row; segment attribute information for the seat segment, comprising: passenger attribute information for a particular passenger selecting the seat segment and/or device information provided to devices commonly used by all passengers in the seat segment; the special passenger is a passenger which can generate riding experience influence on all passengers in the seat section selected by the special passenger;
and generating and displaying the flight seat bitmap corresponding to the flight seat bitmap display information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the flight seat map corresponding to the flight seat map display information displays an identifier corresponding to the segment attribute information of each of the seat segments at a display position corresponding to each of the seat segments, respectively.
7. A seat diagram display device, applied to a server, comprising:
The first receiving unit is used for receiving a seat selection request of a target passenger; wherein, the seat selection request of the target passenger carries the flight information of the target passenger;
