a1, directly placing the wave recorder on the upper end face of a wave recorder mounting seat (34), inserting the wave recorder into a front rectangular mounting hole and a rear rectangular mounting hole (35) of the wave recorder mounting seat (34) through bolts, fixedly mounting the wave recorder on the wave recorder mounting seat (34), modulating and converting a received signal through a semiconductor device through a signal isolator (4) fixedly mounted at the center of the bottom end face of the wave recorder mounting seat (34), then carrying out isolation conversion through a light sensation or magnetic sensation device, then demodulating and converting back to an original signal or different signals before isolation, and simultaneously carrying out isolation processing on a power supply of the isolated signal, thereby not only playing a good role of shielding other interference signals, but also ensuring that the converted signal of the wave recorder is absolutely independent without influencing the normal use of the wave recorder;
