The visual inspection apparatus of claim 1, wherein the servo control mechanism is further configured to detect whether the moving speed is within a predetermined moving speed range, and if the moving speed is outside the moving speed range, adjust the conveying speed of the conveying mechanism such that the moving speed is within the moving speed range.
7. The visual inspection device of claim 1, further comprising a memory;
and the alarm is also used for generating a corresponding alarm record according to the unqualified information and storing the alarm record in the memory.
8. The visual inspection device of claim 1, wherein the visual analysis mechanism is specifically configured to compare the appearance photo with a sample photo in a preset sample photo library;
if a sample photo matched with the appearance photo exists, the appearance of the target commodity is qualified;
and if the sample photo matched with the appearance photo does not exist, the target commodity is indicated to have unqualified appearance.
9. The visual inspection device of claim 1, wherein the target commodity is an outdoor unit of an air conditioner.
10. A visual inspection system comprising a transport mechanism and a visual inspection apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, the servo control mechanism of the visual inspection apparatus being connected to the transport mechanism.
11. The visual inspection system of claim 10, wherein the transport mechanism is a pipeline.
