Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an air conditioner and a control method thereof.
Background
In an outdoor unit of the inverter air conditioner, heat dissipation of a driver is an important technology related to stable and safe operation of the inverter air conditioner.
At present, the driver of the outdoor unit of the variable frequency air conditioner mainly adopts an air cooling heat dissipation mode: installing a heat sink on the driver, and exposing the heat sink in an air field of the outdoor unit; the circulating fan of the outdoor unit generates circulating air, and the circulating air takes away a part of heat generated by the work of the driver through the radiating fins, so that the purpose of radiating the driver is achieved.
Under the condition of low-temperature heating, cold air blown out from an outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner is lower than the temperature of the outdoor environment, and under the condition, if the load is smaller at the moment, the heat generated by the driver is less, and the heat is taken away too much when the cold air flows through the radiating fins to cool the driver, the temperature of the driver is lower than the temperature in the electric control box, so that condensation is generated, and risks such as short circuit or burnout are caused; however, if the heat sink of the drive is reduced to prevent too much heat being removed, this can lead to excessive drive temperatures and alarm shutdowns in the event of heavy loads.
In order to solve the above problem, the heat generated by the driving is reduced by reducing the operating frequency of the compressor so as not to stop the machine, but this causes the user experience to be poor.

The air conditioner provided by the invention aims to change the area of a radiating fin on the variable frequency driver exposed in a wind field of circulating wind generated by a fan through the wind shielding device, change the heat exchange amount through the change of the area of the radiating fin exposed in the wind field, avoid condensation generated in an electric control box, maintain the variable frequency driver to work in a reasonable temperature range, and avoid the reduction of user experience caused by shutdown.
Specifically, the air conditioner provided by the invention comprises an outdoor unit, an outdoor heat exchanger and a fan, wherein the outdoor unit comprises an electric control box; as shown in fig. 1, the electric control box comprises a variable frequency drive 1.
The fan is used for generating circulating air so as to enable the outdoor heat exchanger to exchange heat and realize the refrigerating and heating functions of the air conditioner.
The frequency conversion driver 1 is provided with the radiating fins 2, the radiating fins 2 are exposed outside the electric control box and located in a wind field of circulating wind, and the circulating wind can take away heat generated by the frequency conversion driver 1 through the radiating fins 2 to radiate the frequency conversion driver 1.
The invention provides an air conditioner, wherein a wind shielding device 3 is arranged at the periphery of a radiating fin 2, the wind shielding device 3 can move relative to the radiating fin 2 under the drive of a wind shielding device driver 4, and the area of the radiating fin 2 exposed in a wind field of circulating wind is changed by changing the relative position relation, so that the heat taken away from the radiating fin 2 by the circulating wind is reduced or increased, the larger the area is, the more the heat taken away is, the lower the temperature of the radiating fin 2 is, the smaller the area is, the less the heat taken away is, and the higher the temperature of the radiating fin 2 is.
A first temperature sensor 5 is arranged in the electric control box and used for detecting the electric control temperature T1 in the electric control box; a second temperature sensor 6 is mounted on the heat sink 2 to detect a heat sink temperature T2.
The air conditioner provided by the invention also comprises a controller 7, wherein the controller 7 can be a main control chip in the electric control box, or an independent control chip or a single chip microcomputer and the like which are independent of the main control chip, and the invention is not particularly limited.
The controller 7 is connected with the output of the first temperature sensor 5 and the output of the second temperature sensor 6, receives the electric control temperature T1 and the cooling fin temperature T2 detected by the first temperature sensor 5 and the second temperature sensor 6, calculates the dew point temperature T3 in the electric control box according to the electric control temperature T1, compares the dew point temperature T3 with the cooling fin temperature T2, generates a driving signal according to the comparison result of the dew point temperature T3 and the cooling fin temperature T2, and sends the driving signal to the wind shielding device driver 4, and the wind shielding device driver 4 drives the wind shielding device 3 to move relative to the cooling fin 2 according to the driving signal so as to change the area of the cooling fin 2 exposed in the wind field.
Specifically, if the temperature T2 of the heat sink is lower than the dew point temperature T3, that is, T2< T3, the controller 7 generates a first driving signal and sends the first driving signal to the windshield driver 4, and the windshield driver 4 receives the first driving signal and drives the windshield 3 to move, so as to reduce the area of the heat sink 2 exposed to the wind field, thereby reducing the heat taken away by the circulating wind, so that the temperature of the variable frequency driver 1 is higher than the dew point temperature T3 in the electrical control box, and avoiding condensation in the electrical control box.
In the specific control, the wind shielding device 3 can be driven to move by a fixed amount each time in a step-by-step detection and regulation mode, after the set time after the wind shielding device 3 moves by a fixed amount, the electric control temperature T1 and the cooling fin temperature T2 are obtained again, the dew point temperature T3 in the electric control box is calculated, the cooling fin temperature T2 and the dew point temperature T3 are compared, whether the wind shielding device 3 needs to be adjusted continuously or not is judged according to the comparison result, at T2< T3, the movement of the windshield 3 continues to be driven by a fixed amount, again reducing the area of the fins 2 exposed to the wind field, and the control is repeated, finally the temperature of the variable frequency driver 1 is higher than the dew point temperature T3 in the electric control box, namely T2> T3, when the temperature of the variable frequency driver 1 is higher than the dew point temperature T3 in the electric control box, the heat dissipation of the variable-frequency driver 1 is realized, and meanwhile, condensation cannot be generated in the electric control box, so that the safety performance of the circuit in the electric control box is ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a preset temperature Δ T is preset, when the heat sink temperature T2 is lower than the preset temperature Δ T, the operating temperature of the variable frequency drive 1 is normal, the air conditioner is normally operated, and when the heat sink temperature T2 is higher than the preset temperature Δ T, the temperature of the variable frequency drive 1 is too high, which may cause an alarm to stop.
Under the condition of low-temperature heating of the air conditioner, the wind shielding device driver 7 drives the wind shielding device 4 to move so as to reduce the exposed area of the heat radiating fins 2 in the wind field, if the air conditioner is in a heavy-load working condition, the heat generated by the variable-frequency driver 1 is large, the reduced area of the heat radiating fins causes that the heat taken away by circulating wind is not enough to reduce the temperature of the variable-frequency driver 1, the temperature T2 of the heat radiating fins is higher than a preset temperature delta T, the controller 7 generates a second driving signal and sends the second driving signal to the wind shielding device driver 4, the wind shielding device driver 4 receives the second driving signal and then drives the wind shielding device 3 to move so as to increase the exposed area of the heat radiating fins 2 in the wind field, and therefore the heat taken away by the circulating wind is increased, the temperature of the variable-frequency driver 1 is lower than the preset temperature delta T, and the shutdown caused by high-temperature alarm is avoided.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the wind shielding device 3 is a baffle plate and is installed on the wind-facing side of the heat sink 2, according to the structure shown in the figure, when the temperature T2 of the heat sink is detected to be lower than the dew point temperature T3 in the electronic control box, the controller 7 sends a first driving signal to the wind shielding device driver 4, the first driving signal is used for indicating that the area of the heat sink 2 exposed in the wind field is reduced, the wind shielding device driver 4 drives the baffle plate to move upwards, the area of the heat sink 2 exposed in the wind field is reduced, the heat carried away by the circulating wind is reduced, and the temperature of the variable frequency driver 1 is ensured to be higher than the dew point temperature in the electronic control box.
If the air conditioner enters a heavy-load working state after the area of the radiating fin 2 exposed in the wind field is reduced by the wind shielding device 3, when the controller 7 detects that the temperature T2 of the radiating fin is higher than a preset temperature delta T, a second driving signal is sent to the wind shielding device driver 4, the wind shielding device driver 4 drives the baffle to move downwards, the area of the radiating fin 2 exposed in the wind field is increased, accordingly, the heat taken away by circulating wind is increased, the variable frequency driver 1 is ensured to work within a reasonable temperature range, meanwhile, the temperature T2 of the radiating fin is controlled to be higher than the dew point temperature T3 in the electric control box through comparison of the dew point temperature T3 and the temperature T2 of the radiating fin, the air conditioner is ensured to work normally, and condensation is not generated, namely T2 is greater than T3, and T2 is smaller than delta T.
According to the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the wind shielding device 3 is a door-shaped shielding groove and is arranged across the heat sink, according to the structure shown in the figure, when the temperature T2 of the heat sink is detected to be lower than the dew point temperature T3 in the electric control box, the controller 7 sends a first driving signal to the wind shielding device driver 4, the first driving signal represents that the area of the heat sink 2 exposed in the wind field is reduced, the wind shielding device driver 4 drives the door-shaped shielding groove to move upwards, the area of the heat sink 2 exposed in the wind field is reduced, the heat taken away by the circulating wind is reduced, and the temperature of the variable frequency driver 1 is ensured to be higher than the dew point temperature in the electric control box.
If the air conditioner enters a heavy-load working state after the area of the radiating fin 2 exposed in the wind field is reduced by the wind shielding device 3, when the controller 7 detects that the temperature T2 of the radiating fin is higher than a preset temperature delta T, a second driving signal is sent to the wind shielding device driver 4, the wind shielding device driver 4 drives the door-shaped shielding groove to move downwards, the area of the radiating fin 2 exposed in the wind field is increased, accordingly, the heat taken away by circulating wind is increased, the variable frequency driver 1 is ensured to work within a reasonable temperature range, meanwhile, the temperature T2 of the radiating fin is controlled to be higher than the dew point temperature T3 in the electric control box through comparison between the dew point temperature T3 and the temperature T2 of the radiating fin, the normal work of the air conditioner is ensured, and condensation is not generated, namely T2> T3, and T2< delta T.
According to the air conditioner provided by the invention, the wind shielding device 3 is arranged on the periphery of the radiating fin 2 of the variable frequency driver 1, the controller 7 obtains the electric control temperature in the electric control box to calculate the dew point temperature in the electric control box, compares the dew point temperature with the temperature of the radiating fin, and sends a driving signal to the wind shielding device driver according to the comparison result, and the wind shielding device driver drives the wind shielding device to move relative to the radiating fin according to the driving signal so as to change the area of the radiating fin exposed in a wind field of circulating wind generated by a fan, so that the heat exchanged by the circulating wind from the radiating fin is reduced or increased, the temperature of the radiating fin can be higher than the dew point temperature in the electric control box, condensation generated in the electric control box is avoided, meanwhile, the temperature of the radiating fin is ensured to be higher than the preset temperature, and the variable frequency driver is prevented from being shut down due to overhigh temperature.
Based on the air conditioner proposed above, the present invention also proposes an air conditioner control method, as shown in fig. 4, including the following steps:
and step S41, acquiring the temperature of the radiating fins and the electric control temperature in the electric control box.
The electric control temperature T1 in the electric control box is detected through the first temperature sensor, and the cooling fin temperature T2 is detected through the second temperature sensor.
Step S42: and calculating the dew point temperature in the electric control box based on the electric control temperature, and comparing the dew point temperature with the temperature of the radiating fins.
The dew point temperature T3 in the electronic control box is calculated according to the electronic control temperature T1, which is a conventional calculation method, and the invention is not limited in detail.
Comparing the fin temperature T2 with the dew point temperature T3, when the fin temperature T2 is higher than the dew point temperature T3, the process proceeds to step S44, otherwise, the process proceeds to step S43.
Step S43: when the temperature of the radiating fin is lower than the dew point temperature, the wind shielding device is driven to move relative to the radiating fin so as to reduce the area of the radiating fin exposed to the wind field.
The controller 7 sends a first driving signal to the wind shielding device driver 4, and the wind shielding device driver 4 drives the wind shielding device 3 to move, so that the area of the radiating fins exposed in the wind field is reduced, and the heat taken away by circulating wind is reduced.
The step S41 is repeated for a set frequency or time interval until the fin temperature T2 is above the dew point temperature T3, value S43.
Step S44: when the temperature of the radiating fins is higher than the preset temperature, the wind shielding device is driven to move so as to increase the area of the radiating fins exposed in the wind field.
When the heat sink temperature T2 is higher than the preset shutdown protection temperature Δ T, the controller 7 sends a second driving signal to the windshield driver 4, and the windshield driver 4 drives the windshield 3 to move, so as to increase the area of the heat sink 2 exposed to the wind field.
The increased area of the radiating fins ensures that more heat is taken away by circulating air, and the variable frequency driver 1 is ensured to work within a safe temperature range and is higher than the dew point temperature.
It should be noted that the moving structure of the windshield 3 relative to the heat sink 2 is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be implemented by any conventional means such as a slide rail or a push rod.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
