Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the air supply assembly 224 includes an air supply box 227, a fan 228, and a plurality of air supply pipes 229, the fan 228 is disposed to communicate with the air supply box 227, the plurality of air supply pipes 229 are disposed to communicate with the combustion cylinder 221 and the air supply pipes 229 are disposed tangentially to an inner wall of the combustion cylinder 221, one end of the plurality of air supply pipes 229 close to the combustion cylinder 221 is disposed to be curved toward the body 210, and the plurality of air supply pipes 229 are sequentially disposed in a direction away from the body 210.
When the heating mechanism 220 heats the main body 210, the fuel supply tank 223 supplies fuel to the oil gun 222, and the fuel injected from the oil gun 222 is burned in the combustion cylinder 221. When fuel oil is combusted, the fan 228 provides air for the air supply box 227, so that air in the air supply box 227 enters the combustion cylinder 221 through the air supply pipe 229, the air entering the combustion cylinder 221 through the air supply pipe 229 flows in a cyclone shape due to the fact that the air supply pipe 229 is arranged tangentially to the inner wall of the combustion cylinder 221, and the air entering the combustion cylinder 221 through the air supply pipe 229 is arranged towards the body 210 in an inclined manner due to the fact that one end, close to the combustion cylinder 221, of the air supply pipe 229, the air moves towards the body 210 in a spiral shape, and therefore hot air in the combustion cylinder 221 flows towards the direction of the body 210; the plurality of air supply pipes 229 are sequentially arranged in the direction away from the body 210, so that a plurality of layers of air which is spiral airflow exists in the combustion cylinder 221, the contact amount of fuel oil and air in the combustion cylinder 221 is increased, and the effect of increasing the fuel oil combustion sufficiency is finally achieved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in order to increase the contact area between the fuel sprayed by the oil gun 222 and the air, a conical dispersion block 225 is mounted at the oil outlet of the oil gun 222, the dispersion block 225 is rotatably connected with the oil gun 222, and one end of the dispersion block 225 close to the conical bottom of the dispersion block is abutted against the oil outlet of the oil gun 222 and can rotate relatively. A plurality of through holes 226 having an arc-shaped axial cross section are formed in the dispersing block 225, and the arc center of the through hole 226 having an arc-shaped axial cross section faces the dispersing block 225. When the oil gun 222 sprays fuel into the combustion cylinder 221, the fuel is sprayed out through the through holes 226 on the dispersion block 225; because the axial section of the through hole 226 is arc-shaped, when the fuel is sprayed out through the through hole 226, the fuel drives the dispersion block 225, so that the dispersion block 225 and the oil gun 222 rotate relatively, the motion track of the fuel sprayed out through the dispersion block 225 is spiral, the effect that the fuel sprayed out through the oil gun 222 is dispersed is finally realized, the contact area of the fuel and air is increased, and the combustion sufficiency of the fuel is further increased.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in order to reduce air pollution caused by dust generated when belt feeder 100 transports ore materials, dust falling device 600 includes dust falling cover 610, dust falling box 620, and a plurality of dust falling pipes 630, dust falling cover 610 is covered on belt feeder 100 and is fixedly connected with a frame of belt feeder 100, auxiliary cover 611 is fixedly mounted at one end of dust falling cover 610 close to body 210, and auxiliary cover 611 is covered at a feed inlet of body 210. The one end of many dust fall pipes 630 all with the top and the supplementary cover 611 intercommunication of dust fall cover 610 arrange, the other end of many dust fall pipes 630 with dust fall case 620 with one side intercommunication arrange, negative-pressure air fan 621 is installed to the intercommunication on the dust fall case 620, and negative-pressure air fan 621 installs the one side relative with dust fall pipe 630.
When dust device 600 carries out the dust fall to feed belt feeder 100, start negative-pressure air fan 621, negative-pressure air fan 621 will fall the air in dirt case 620 and take out, make then to fall and form the negative pressure in dirt case 620, the mouth of pipe department of many dust fall pipes 630 produces suction simultaneously, thereby make the dust that falls that dust cover 610 and supplementary cover 611 cover get into through dust fall pipe 630 and fall in dirt case 620, and then make the dust collected in dust fall case 620, finally reach the condition that reduces the dust and carry out the pollution to the air and take place.
In order to reduce the dust in the dust falling box 620 and flow out of the dust falling box 620 along with the air, a first filter plate 622 is fixedly connected in the dust falling box 620, and the first filter plate 622 is arranged perpendicular to the air flowing direction in the dust falling box 620. The bottom of dust falling box 620 is provided with a dust exhaust pipe 623 in a communicating manner, and the dust exhaust pipe 623 is arranged between first filter plate 622 and dust falling pipe 630. One end of the dust exhaust pipe 623, which is close to the dust falling box 620, is radial, one end of the dust exhaust pipe 623, which is far away from the dust falling box 620, is provided with a water tank 627, one end of the dust exhaust pipe 623, which is far away from the dust falling box 620, extends into the water tank 627, water is filled in the water tank 627, and the water in the water tank 627 sinks through the dust exhaust pipe 623 and is far away from one end of the dust falling box 620.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in order to recycle the small ore materials entering the dust dropping box 620, a second filter plate 624 is fixed in the dust discharging pipe 623, the second filter plate 624 is obliquely arranged, and the section of the second filter plate 624 in the oblique direction thereof is corrugated. The dust exhaust pipe 623 is communicated and fixedly provided with a material discharge pipe 625 corresponding to the second filter plate 624 relative to the lowest end of the dust falling box 620, and the material discharge pipe 625 is sleeved with a collection bag 626. The end of the discharge pipe 625 far away from the dust discharge pipe 623 is provided with a locking assembly 800 for locking the relative movement between the collection bag 626 and the discharge pipe 625, the locking assembly 800 comprises a blocking ring 810 and a locking ring 820, the blocking ring 810 is fixedly connected with the end of the discharge pipe 625 far away from the dust discharge pipe 623, the locking ring 820 comprises a locking bolt 822 and two half rings 821, one end of one half ring 821 is hinged with one end of the other half ring 821, and the locking bolt 822 is threaded through the end of the two half rings 821 far away from the hinged point. When the locking assembly 800 locks the collection bag 626, the collection bag 626 is sleeved over the discharge tube 625 while the blocking ring 810 is sleeved into the collection bag 626, then the locking ring 820 is sleeved over the discharge tube 625 while the locking ring 820 is sleeved outside the collection bag 626, the locking bolts 822 are tightened, and fixation between the collection bag 626 and the discharge tube 625 is achieved.
When dust device 600 carries out the dust fall to feed belt feeder 100, because the suction that dust fall pipe 630 formed is great, make then in the less ore raw materials on feed belt feeder 100 follow the dust entering dust falling case 620. Dust and smaller ore material entering the dust box 620 is blocked by the first filter plate 622 so that the smaller ore material and dust fall along the dust exhaust duct 623 to the second filter plate 624. The smaller ore material falling on the second filter plate 624 slides down to the collection bag 626 along the direction of inclination of the second filter plate 624, and when the smaller ore material slides down along the direction of inclination of the second filter plate 624, the dust may follow the smaller ore material and slide down, and the corrugated second filter plate 624 can block the dust, so that the dust falls into the water tank 627 through the filter holes, and finally the possibility of reducing the dust entering the collection bag 626 is achieved.
In order to reduce the influence of dust blocking the first filter plate 622 on the air permeability of the first filter plate 622, a brush 920 for cleaning the first filter plate 622 is installed on one side of the first filter plate 622 facing the negative pressure fan 621, and the brush 920 is slidably connected to the first filter plate 622 in a direction perpendicular to the air flow in the dust settling tank 620. The side of the first filter plate 622 facing away from the negative pressure fan 621 is mounted with a scraper 930 arranged obliquely, and the scraper 930 is arranged obliquely toward the dust exhaust duct 623 in a direction away from the first filter plate 622. The scraper 930 is slidably coupled to the first filter plate 622, and a sliding direction of the scraper 930 is parallel to a sliding direction of the brush 920.
Two groups of reciprocating lead screws 910 are rotatably connected in the dust falling box 620 in a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the scraping plate 930, each group of reciprocating lead screws 910 comprises a lead screw body 911 and a sliding block 912, and the sliding block 912 is in reciprocating sliding connection with the lead screw body 911. One sliding block 912 is fixedly connected with the brush 920, and the other sliding block 912 is fixedly connected with the scraper 930. Dust falling box 620 is all worn out with the one end of two lead screw bodies 911, and fixedly connected with second driving motor 900 on dust falling box 620, the coaxial fixed connection of one end that dust falling box 620 was worn out with a lead screw body 911 to the output shaft of second driving motor 900. The two lead screw bodies 911 penetrate through the dust falling box 620, and are fixedly connected with belt pulleys 913 coaxially at one ends, and the two belt pulleys 913 are in transmission connection through a belt 914.

By disposing the brush 920 on the side of the first filter plate 622 facing the negative pressure fan 621, it is possible to reduce the dust moving out of the air flowing through the filter holes of the first filter plate 622 when the brush 920 cleans the first filter plate 622. The scraper 630 is arranged obliquely, so that when the scraper 630 scrapes the dust on the first filter plate 622, the dust on the scraper 630 slides down to the dust exhaust pipe 623 along the oblique direction of the scraper 630.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in order to reduce pollution to air caused by discharging of asphalt smoke and benzopyrene generated by the asphalt tank 400 into the air, the waste treatment device includes an exhaust pipe 710, a first filtering tank 720, a second filtering tank 730 and a chimney 740, the exhaust pipe 710 is communicated with the top of the asphalt tank 400, one end of the exhaust pipe 710, which is far away from the asphalt tank 400, is communicated with the first filtering tank 720, the second filtering tank 730 is communicated with the first filtering tank 720, and the chimney 740 is communicated with the second filtering tank 730.
In order to increase the filtering effect of the first filtering tank 720 on the asphalt smoke and the benzopyrene, an activated carbon plate 721 is clamped in the first filtering tank 720, and the activated carbon plate 721 is arranged perpendicular to the flowing direction of the air in the first filtering tank 720. A support ring 722 for supporting the activated carbon plate 721 is fixedly connected in the first filter tank 720, and one side of the support ring 722 departing from the bottom surface of the first filter tank 720 is abutted against the activated carbon plate 721. An arc-shaped elastic sheet 723 is arranged on the inner wall of the first filter box 720 corresponding to the peripheral side face of the activated carbon plate 721, the elastic sheet 723 is perpendicular to the activated carbon plate 721 and arranged in a manner that the arc center of the arc-shaped elastic sheet 723 deviates from the activated carbon plate 721, one end of the elastic sheet 723 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the first filter box 720, and the elastic sheet 723 is abutted to the activated carbon plate 721. One end of the exhaust pipe 710, which is communicated with the first filtering tank 720, extends into the first filtering tank 720 and is bent towards the direction of the activated carbon plate 721, and water is injected into the first filtering tank 720 and passes through the activated carbon plate 721.
The asphalt smoke and benzopyrene entering the first filter tank 720 through the exhaust pipe 710 are contacted with water in the first filter tank 720, and then particles in the asphalt smoke and benzopyrene are blocked by the water, so that a small amount of particles in the asphalt smoke and benzopyrene stay in the water; the residual asphalt smoke and benzopyrene move along the direction that the air faces away from the bottom surface of the first filter box 720, so that the asphalt smoke and the benzopyrene are in contact with the activated carbon plate 721, the activated carbon plate 721 adsorbs particles and benzopyrene in the asphalt smoke, and finally the particles and the benzopyrene in the asphalt smoke are adsorbed on the activated carbon plate 721 to reduce the emission of the asphalt smoke and the benzopyrene.
In order to increase the filtering effect of the second filtering tank 730 on the asphalt smoke and the benzopyrene, a filtering mechanism 731 for further filtering the asphalt smoke and the benzopyrene is installed in the second filtering tank 730, the filtering mechanism 731 comprises a filtering membrane 732 and a rolling component 733 for rolling the filtering membrane 732, and the filtering membrane 732 is a rolled ultrafine glass fiber filtering membrane. The filtering membrane 732 is arranged perpendicular to the direction of air flow in the second filtering tank 730, the winding component 733 comprises a winding roller 734, an unwinding roller 735 and a first driving motor 736, the wound superfine glass fiber filtering membrane is sleeved on the unwinding roller 735, and the initial end of the superfine glass fiber filtering membrane is fixedly connected with the winding roller 734. The winding roller 734 and the unwinding roller 735 are arranged in parallel, the winding roller 734 and the unwinding roller 735 are both connected with the second filter box 730 in a rotating mode, one end of the winding roller 734 penetrates out of the second filter box 730, the first driving motor 736 is fixedly connected with the second filter box 730, and an output shaft of the first driving motor 736 is coaxially and fixedly connected with one end of the winding roller 734 penetrating out of the second filter box 730. To reduce the rotation of the unwinding roller 735 under its own inertia, the winding roller 734 is installed at one end of the second filter box 730 near its top, and the unwinding roller 735 is installed at one end of the second filter box 730 near its bottom.
The asphalt smoke and benzopyrene which are not filtered by the first filter tank 720 enter the second filter tank 730, so that the ultrafine glass fiber filter membrane filters particles and benzopyrene in the asphalt smoke, and the particles and benzopyrene in the asphalt smoke are adhered to the ultrafine glass fiber filter membrane. When granule and benzopyrene in the superfine glass fiber filter membrane to the asphalt smoke carry out filterable, first driving motor 736 drives wind-up roll 734 and rotates, make then wind-up roll 734 carry out the rolling to superfine glass fiber filter membrane, thereby when realizing that superfine glass fiber filter membrane carries out filterable granule and benzopyrene to the asphalt smoke, the continuous update of effect section of superfine glass fiber filter membrane, and then granule and benzopyrene in the reduction asphalt smoke block up the gas permeability that influences superfine glass fiber filter membrane to superfine glass fiber filter membrane, finally guarantee the filter effect of granule and benzopyrene in the second rose box 730 to the asphalt smoke.

A locking piece 743 is hinged to the second door body 742, an L-shaped rod 744 is fixedly connected to the second filter tank 730, one end of the L-shaped rod 744 is vertically and fixedly connected with the second filter tank 730, a rubber pad 745 is fixedly connected to the side face, facing the second filter tank 730, of the L-shaped rod 744, and when the second door body 742 is locked, the locking piece 743 is abutted to the rubber pad 745.
When the activated carbon plate 721 needs to be replaced during work, the first door body 725 is rotated to enable the cleaning port 724 to leak out, and then a worker takes out the activated carbon plate 721; when a new activated carbon plate 721 is installed, the activated carbon plate 721 presses the elastic sheet 723, so that the elastic sheet 723 bends towards a direction away from the activated carbon plate 721, and meanwhile, the non-fixed end of the elastic sheet 723 moves towards a direction away from the fixed end, so that the activated carbon plate 721 abuts against the support ring 722. When dust fall pipe 630 inhales the dust into dust falling box 620, less ore material on feeder belt 100 can be given along with air admission dust falling box 620, and first filter 622 blocks less ore material, makes then less ore material fall to dust exhaust pipe 623 under the effect of self gravity in, falls into dust exhaust pipe 623 in less ore material gets into along the incline direction of second filter 624 and collects bag 626, realizes the collection of less ore material simultaneously.
After the ore material enters the body 210, the heating mechanism 220 heats the ore material, the oil supply tank 223 supplies oil to the oil gun 222, the fuel oil in the oil gun 222 is sprayed through the dispersion block 225, when the fuel oil is sprayed through the dispersion block 225, the fuel oil drives the dispersion block 225, and then the dispersion block 225 and the oil gun 222 rotate relatively, so that the movement track of the fuel oil sprayed through the dispersion block 225 is spiral. The fan 228 provides air for the air supply tank 227, and the air in the air supply tank 227 enters the combustion cylinder 221 through the air supply pipe 229, so that multiple layers of cyclones are formed in the combustion cylinder 221, and finally, the contact area between the fuel and the air is increased, and meanwhile, the combustion sufficiency of the fuel is increased.
The dried ore material is lifted to the agitator kettle 500 by the hot aggregate elevator 300, and the asphalt material is transferred to the agitator kettle 500 by the asphalt tank 400, so that the ore material and the asphalt material are sufficiently mixed in the agitator kettle 500.
When the asphalt tank 400 heats the ore raw material, asphalt smoke and benzopyrene are generated in the asphalt tank 400, and the asphalt smoke and the benzopyrene enter the first filter tank 720 through the exhaust pipe 710.
