the driving method of the outer roller 70 and the inner roller 20 in this embodiment is as follows:
the outer drum 70 is provided with a group of driving units respectively arranged at the inner sides of the discharging ring 140 and the fixing ring 120; the inner drum 20 is provided with a group of driving units at both ends of the outer drum 70; the driving units of the inner roller 20 and the outer roller 70 adopt the same structure of friction transmission mode;
the driving unit comprises a rolling ring 30, a butterfly plate 40, a rolling ring supporting device 180 and a power unit 190;
the rolling ring supporting device 180 comprises a rolling shaft, a bearing seat and a roller;
the roller is fixedly sleeved on the rolling shaft;
two ends of the rolling shaft are respectively arranged on bearing seats through bearings, and one end of the rolling shaft extends out of the bearing seats to be connected with the power unit;
the bearing block is fixed on the underframe 22;
the rolling ring 30 is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the inner roller 20 or the outer roller 70 through a butterfly plate 40; the rolling ring 30 is in contact with the roller;
the power unit 190 is in the form of a hollow shaft gear motor or a solid shaft gear motor and a coupling.
The rest of the structure of the device is the same as that of the first embodiment, and therefore, the description is omitted.
The working process of the plant-mixed hot recycled material heating device is as follows:
starting the plant-mixed hot recycled material heating device; the burner 20 is started, the driving unit of the inner roller 20 is started and drives the inner roller 20 to rotate, and the driving unit of the outer roller 70 is started and drives the outer roller 70 to rotate;
feeding the new aggregate into the inner drum 20 through the feed inlet of the feed smoke box 260;
the new aggregate is guided into the inner drum 20 through the inner drum material guide plate 10, the inner drum material lifting blades 50 lift and throw the material in the clockwise direction of the circumference into the inner drum 20 to form a material curtain, the moving direction of the new aggregate is opposite to the moving direction of high-temperature smoke, and heat convection heat transfer is carried out on the new aggregate;
the inner roller 20 and the horizontal plane form an included angle of 3-5 degrees, so that the new aggregate can move towards the inner roller discharge hole 280 by means of the self gravity; after entering the combustion zone, the wrapping blade 270 wraps the new aggregates between the wrapping blade 270 and the inner drum 20, so that the new aggregates are prevented from contacting with the flame; in the moving process, the new aggregate is dried and heated to 180-280 ℃; finally, the new aggregate enters the outer roller 70 from the inner roller discharge port 280 of the inner roller 20; the asphalt reclaimed material enters the outer roller 70 through the feed inlet of the reclaimed material feed ring 80;
the heated new aggregate and the reclaimed material are guided to the interior of the outer roller 70 through the outer barrel material guide plate 90, and under the guidance of the outer barrel material guide blades 130, the reclaimed material is heated through the heat conduction of the new aggregate and the heat radiation mode of the inner roller 20, and meanwhile, the reclaimed material and the new aggregate are fully mixed;
at this time, the wind speed in the outer roller 70 is very low, the generated asphalt smoke and asphalt dust are very little, and because of the pressure difference between the inner roller 20 and the outer roller 70, the generated small amount of asphalt smoke and asphalt dust are discharged from the inner cylinder discharge port 280 and enter the inner roller 20 again, when passing through the combustion zone of the inner roller 20, most of the asphalt smoke and asphalt dust are subjected to combustion treatment, the remaining very little asphalt smoke and asphalt dust are discharged through the feeding smoke box 260, and finally, the tail gas is discharged after being filtered by the bag-type dust collector;
urceolus guide blade 130 arranges for the helix at cylinder length direction, and urceolus guide blade 130 lifts the mixture one section height after and falls down, and the in-process that falls moves to the discharge end along the helix direction, mixes new aggregate and reclaimed material simultaneously, and the mixture that finally reaches the new aggregate of requirement temperature and reclaimed material is derived from the discharge gate of ejection of compact ring 140 and gets into one process down.

A plant-mixed hot recycled material heating device comprises a double-layer roller, a sealing assembly, a burner (200), a burner bracket (210), a driving unit and an underframe (220), wherein the double-layer roller comprises an inner roller (20) and an outer roller (70), and the outer roller (70) is sleeved on the inner roller (20); the method is characterized in that: also comprises a discharging ring (140), a regenerated material feeding ring (80) and a feeding smoke box (260);
the double-layer roller is arranged along the advancing direction of the fresh aggregate in a downward inclination mode;
the inner roller (20) and the outer roller (70) are respectively provided with a driving unit, and the driving units are fixed on the bottom frame (220);
the reclaimed material feeding ring (80) and the discharging ring (140) are respectively sleeved on the outer walls of the two ends of the outer roller (70) and are communicated with the interior of the outer roller (70), and the reclaimed material feeding ring (80) and the discharging ring (140) are fixed on the bottom frame (220);
a feeding hole is formed in the reclaimed material feeding ring (80); a discharge hole is arranged on the discharge ring (140);
an outer cylinder material guide blade (130) is arranged on the inner side wall of the outer roller (70);
the feeding smoke box (260) is arranged at one end of the inner roller (20); the feeding smoke box (260) is fixed with the bottom frame (220); a baffle plate (300) is obliquely arranged in the feeding smoke box (260); the baffle (300) extends from the top of the feeding smoke box (260) to the bottom of the inner drum (20); the part of the upper end of the feeding smoke box (260) separated by the partition plate (300) is a smoke outlet, and the part of the lower end of the feeding smoke box (260) separated by the partition plate (300) is a feeding channel; the front side of the feeding smoke box (260) is communicated with the feeding channel, and a feeding hole is formed in the partition plate (300);
the burner (200) is arranged at the other end of the inner roller (20), the burning end of the burner (200) is arranged in the inner roller (20), and the main body of the burner (200) is arranged on the burner bracket (210);
the inner wall of the inner roller (20) is provided with a wrapping blade (270); the wrapper blades (270) are arranged in a combustion area of the combustor (200);
the inner wall of the inner roller (20) is also provided with an inner roller lifting blade (50);
the inner drum (20) is provided with an inner drum discharge hole (280) communicated with the interior of the outer drum (70), and the position of the inner drum discharge hole (280) corresponds to the reclaimed material feeding ring (80);
the sealing assemblies comprise 3 groups of first sealing assemblies and 2 groups of second sealing assemblies, and the first sealing assemblies and the second sealing assemblies have the same structure;
the 3 groups of first sealing assemblies are respectively arranged at the position where the feeding smoke box (260) is connected with the outer wall of the inner drum (20), the position where the discharging ring (140) is connected with the outer wall of the inner drum (20) and the position where the regenerated material feeding ring (80) is connected with the outer wall of the inner drum (20);
the 2 groups of second sealing assemblies are respectively arranged at the position where the discharging ring (140) is connected with the outer wall of the outer drum (70) and the position where the reclaimed material feeding ring (80) is connected with the outer wall of the outer drum (70).
2. The plant-mixed hot recycled material heating device of claim 1, wherein:
the first sealing component comprises a soft rubber ring (100), a sealing pressure plate (110) and a sealing conical plate (120);
the sealing conical plate (120) is sleeved on the outer wall of the inner roller (20), and the edge of one side of the soft rubber ring (100) is connected with the sealing conical plate (120) through the sealing pressing plate (110); the other side edge is tightly attached with the end plate of the reclaimed material feeding ring (80) or the end plate of the discharging ring (140) or the end plate of the feeding smoke box (260).
3. A plant-mixed hot recyclate heating apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the inner roller (20) and the outer roller (70) adopt a friction transmission driving unit;
the friction transmission driving unit comprises a rolling ring (30), a butterfly plate (40), a rolling ring supporting device (180) and a power unit (190);
the rolling ring supporting device (180) comprises a rolling shaft, a bearing seat and a roller;
the roller is fixedly sleeved on the rolling shaft;
two ends of the rolling shaft are respectively arranged on bearing seats through bearings, and one end of the rolling shaft extends out of the bearing seats to be connected with the power unit;
the bearing block is fixed on the underframe (220);
the rolling ring (30) is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the inner roller (20) or the outer roller (70) through a butterfly plate (40); the rolling ring (30) is in contact with the roller.
4. A plant-mixed hot recyclate heating apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the inner roller (20) and the outer roller (70) adopt a driving unit driven by chain wheels;
the chain wheel transmission driving unit comprises a chain ring (60), a small chain wheel (150), a chain (160), a driver (170) and a supporting unit;
the chain ring (60) is arranged on the outer wall of the inner roller (20) or the outer roller (70), the small chain wheel (150) is arranged on an output shaft of the driver (170), the small chain wheel (150) and the chain ring (60) are driven by a chain (160), and the driver (170) is arranged on the bottom frame (220);
the inner roller (20) and the outer roller (70) are both provided with a supporting unit; the supporting unit comprises a rolling ring (30), a butterfly plate (40) and a rolling ring supporting device (180);
the rolling ring supporting device (180) comprises a rolling shaft, a bearing seat and a roller;
the roller is fixedly sleeved on the roller;
two ends of the rolling shaft are respectively arranged on the bearing seats through bearings;
the bearing block is fixed on the underframe (220);
the rolling ring (30) is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the inner roller (20) or the outer roller (70) through a butterfly plate (40); the rolling ring (30) is in contact with the roller.
5. The plant-mixed hot recycled material heating device of claim 3, wherein: the power unit (190) adopts a hollow shaft speed reducing motor or a solid shaft speed reducing motor and a coupling form.

The plant-mixed hot recycled material heating device of claim 4, wherein: two ends of the inner roller (20) and the outer roller (70) are respectively provided with two groups of supporting units, and the driver (170) adopts a hollow shaft speed reducing motor or a solid shaft speed reducing motor and a coupler.
7. The plant-mixed hot recycled material heating device of claim 1, wherein: the under frame (220) is arranged to be inclined downwards along the advancing direction of the fresh aggregate.
8. The plant-mixed hot recycled material heating apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the axial line of the burning end of the burner (200) is coincident with the axial line of the double-layer roller.
