Therefore, the water collecting device of the present embodiment can be selected from the outer tub 1 of the existing washing machine.
The output shaft 10 of the driving motor 6 of the embodiment is fixedly connected with the bottom 4 of the inner barrel through a fixing screw 9.
In order to enhance the connection strength between the output shaft 10 and the barrel bottom 4 and prevent the output shaft 10 from directly transmitting the rotating torque to the barrel bottom 4 when rotating to cause the barrel bottom to deform, a bracket is fixedly arranged below the barrel bottom 4, and further, in order to prevent water leakage caused by the direct installation of the bracket and the barrel bottom 4, the invention changes the installation mode of the bracket, cancels the fixing structure of the bracket and the barrel bottom, designs that the lower part of the barrel body 2 extends downwards and protrudes out of the lower surface of the barrel bottom 4, and the bracket is fixedly connected with the lower part of the barrel body 2 through a radially-installed fixing screw 9, thereby fixing the bracket below the barrel bottom 4.
In the washing machine of the present embodiment, the reduction clutch is eliminated, and therefore, the drive motor needs to bear a large load torque, and therefore, a motor having a large output torque is selected. As an implementation manner of this embodiment, the driving motor of this embodiment is a direct-drive motor, and further, a direct-drive variable frequency motor is used.
The washing machine of the embodiment further comprises a drain sealing device arranged on the water collecting device, wherein the drain sealing device comprises a sealing mechanism capable of sealing the drain opening in a blocking manner and a driving mechanism for driving the sealing mechanism to open/close the drain opening.
The washing machine of the embodiment further comprises a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism is arranged on the water collecting device and is provided with a locking rod which moves up and down, and the locking rod ascends and is inserted into a locking hole of the inner barrel to lock the inner barrel of the washing machine.
The embodiment also provides a control method of the washing machine, wherein in the washing process, the washing machine controls the driving motor to drive the inner barrel to rotate in the forward and reverse directions, and in the dehydration process, the washing machine controls the driving motor to drive the inner barrel to rotate in a unidirectional high speed manner for dehydration.
Further, in the washing process, the washing machine controls the inner barrel to rotate forwards for a first set time at a first acceleration, after the forward rotation is finished, the inner barrel is controlled to rotate reversely for a second set time at a second acceleration, and after the reverse rotation is finished, the forward rotation is executed again, so that the circulation is performed;
preferably, as the load of the washing machine increases/decreases, the one-way action time and the stop time of the driving motor can be adjusted along with the increase/decrease of the load of the washing machine, and are in positive correlation with the load of the washing machine;
preferably, the time of the unidirectional action of the driving motor is 1.5-5S, and the time of the unidirectional stop of the driving motor is 1.5-5S;
further preferably, the time of the unidirectional action of the driving motor is 2-4S, and the time of the unidirectional stop of the driving motor is 2-4S.
When the washing action starts, the driving motor drives the inner barrel component to rotate in the forward direction at a high acceleration, the water flow and clothes move up and down under the driving of the barrel bottom protruding part 8 on the barrel bottom 4, and move circumferentially under the driving of the barrel body protruding part 7, so that the up-and-down movement and the circumferential movement are combined to form a three-dimensional washing effect. After the forward motion is finished, the inner barrel and the water flow start to rotate reversely after the forward speed is lower or stopped. After the reverse motion is finished, the inner barrel and the water flow start to rotate in the forward direction after the reverse speed is low or stopped, and the circulation is carried out.
The inner barrel of the washing machine of the embodiment can only move in one direction, and can rotate in both the positive direction and the negative direction.
Example two
As shown in fig. 5-7, the present embodiment provides a washing machine, which comprises an inner tub capable of independently containing washing water during washing, a drain port 14 disposed at the bottom 4 of the inner tub, and a drain sealing device, wherein the drain sealing device comprises a drain mechanism 19 and a sealing mechanism, the drain mechanism 19 is mounted on the drain port 14 and has a drain channel communicated with the drain port, and the sealing mechanism is openably and closably mounted in the drain channel.
The washing machine of the embodiment realizes the sealing and opening control of the water outlet of the non-porous inner barrel by adopting the water drainage sealing device, the water drainage sealing device comprises the water drainage mechanism, the water in the inner barrel can be guided into the water drainage channel inside the inner barrel through the water outlet, and the sealing mechanism can realize the opening and closing control of the water drainage channel, so the water drainage sealing device can be installed on the water outlet as an independent module without considering the sealing assembly of the water outlet, and the installation is simpler and more convenient.
As shown in fig. 6, the washing machine of the present embodiment further includes a mounting bracket 22 mounted on the drain opening 14, and the drain mechanism is fixedly mounted on the mounting bracket 22 and is in sealed communication with the drain opening 14.
The washing machine of this embodiment further includes a drain cover 20, and the drain cover 20 includes a cover portion and a connecting portion, the cover portion is covered on the drain opening 14, the cover portion is provided with a plurality of drain openings, and the connecting portion is fixedly connected with the mounting bracket 22.
In this embodiment, the drain port 14 is covered with the drain port cover 20, and the drain port cover is provided with a plurality of small-diameter drain ports, thereby filtering the drain water and preventing clogging due to lint.
In order to realize the fixed connection between drain cover 20, drainage mechanism and the installing support 22, the installing support 22 of this embodiment for the cover establish the ring sleeve on the outlet periphery, the inside internal thread that has of ring sleeve, connecting portion for connecting the connecting sleeve in the end cap portion below, the connecting sleeve have with the internal thread external screw thread of assembling mutually.
One end of the drainage channel of the drainage mechanism 19 is provided with an internal thread, the length of the connecting sleeve is greater than that of the annular sleeve, and the part of the connecting sleeve extending out of the annular sleeve is in threaded connection with the internal thread of the drainage channel.
In order to realize the sealing connection between the drain port cover 20 and the drain port, an annular sinking groove is arranged on the periphery of the drain port 14, and a first sealing ring 21 is arranged between the end cover part and the annular sinking groove.
In the present embodiment, the drainage channel of the drainage mechanism 19 has a channel drainage port that is retracted inward, the sealing mechanism includes a blocking member 24 and a supporting member 26, the supporting member 26 is fixedly installed in the drainage channel, the blocking member 24 is installed on the supporting member 26 in a relatively slidable manner:
when washing or rinsing, the plugging part 24 is in sealing fit with the water outlet of the channel, and the inner barrel independently holds washing water; when the water is drained, the water outlet of the channel is opened by the plugging component 24, and the washing water in the inner barrel is drained.
An inward convex section is arranged in the drainage channel, a step structure is formed between the inward convex section and the inner wall of the drainage channel, and a channel water outlet is arranged at the step structure. And a second sealing ring 23 is arranged between the end part of the connecting part of the drain cover 20 and the end part of the step structure.
Further, the supporting member 26 of the present embodiment includes a fixing portion and a sleeving portion, the fixing portion is fixedly installed in the drainage channel and is fixedly connected with the sleeving portion, and the sleeving portion has a hollow slide; the plugging component 24 comprises a sealing part and a connecting part, the sealing part is in sealing fit with the water outlet of the channel, and the connecting part is slidably arranged in the hollow slide way of the sleeving part to realize the sealing and the separation of the sealing part and the water outlet.
The support member 26 of the present embodiment may be a separate structure installed in the drainage channel of the drainage mechanism 19, or may be formed by integrally molding the drainage mechanism 19 and extending from the peripheral wall of the drainage channel partially toward the inside of the drainage channel.
Furthermore, the part of the fixing part, which is positioned in the drainage channel and is connected with one end of the sleeving part, is provided with a smooth structure for the thread scraps to smoothly slide down during drainage.
Preferably, the smooth structure is a saddle-shaped structure with two high ends and a low middle.
Further preferably, the upper surface of the smoothing structure is a circular arc surface which is bent downwards.
Specifically, the sleeving part is a sleeve with a hollow inner part, the bottom surface of the blocking part is provided with a circular ring sealing part matched with the water outlet, the connecting part is a central rod arranged at the position of the circle center of the circular ring sealing part, and the central rod is inserted into the sleeve and can slide relatively.
Preferably, the plugging component further comprises a sealing gasket 25, and the sealing gasket 25 is arranged on the annular sealing part.
Further, a fixing buckle 28 is installed at the end portion of a central rod of the plugging part 24, a limiting step is formed by extending a certain distance towards the inside of the hollow slideway at the upper end of the sleeving part 1, the compression spring is sleeved on the central rod, one end of the compression spring abuts against the fixing buckle 28, and the other end of the compression spring abuts against the limiting step.
As an embodiment of this embodiment, the sealing mechanism includes an elastic member 27, one end of the elastic member 27 abuts against the supporting member 26, and the other end abuts against the blocking member 24, and the elastic member 27 deforms when the blocking member 24 slides to a state of being separated from the channel water outlet, so as to achieve elastic return sealing of the blocking member 24.
Preferably, the resilient member is initially in a compressed state to maintain a sealing engagement between the closure member and the passage drain opening, maintaining a normally closed state of the passage drain opening.
The washing machine of the embodiment comprises a water collecting device arranged outside an inner barrel, the drainage sealing device also comprises a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism is arranged on the water collecting device and corresponds to the sealing mechanism, and the driving mechanism is provided with an output end 29 which can stretch up and down:

The driving mechanism also comprises a reciprocating part 30 capable of reciprocating up and down and a power part 31 for driving the reciprocating part, wherein the output end 29 is a mandril which is connected with the reciprocating part.

As shown in fig. 5, 8 and 9, the washing machine of the present embodiment includes an inner tub capable of independently containing washing water during washing, a protruding portion 8 protruding toward the inside of the inner tub is hermetically fitted to or integrally formed on the inner surface of the bottom 4 of the inner tub, the bottom 4 of the inner tub is provided with a drain port 14, and the washing machine further includes a drain sealing device including a sealing mechanism capable of sealing the drain port and a driving mechanism for driving the sealing mechanism to open/close the drain port.
Further, the sealing mechanism of the present embodiment includes a plugging member 24 and a supporting member 26, the supporting member 26 is fixedly installed at the bottom of the inner barrel and extends to the water outlet, the plugging member 24 is installed on the supporting member in a relatively sliding manner:
when washing or rinsing, the plugging component is in sealing fit with the water outlet, and the inner barrel independently holds washing water; when the washing water is drained, the driving mechanism drives the blocking component to open the water outlet, and the washing water in the inner barrel is drained from the water outlet.
The drainage sealing device of this embodiment designs on the structure of bucket self, and sealing mechanism's shutoff part can make interior bucket carry out the self sealss, and washing machine at the during operation can not deposit water between interior bucket and the outer bucket, prevents the contaminated condition, also is the application of a water conservation technique to the user simultaneously, and in addition, interior bucket carries out the self-sealing back through sealing mechanism, and driving motor can drive interior bucket and rotate.
As an embodiment of this embodiment, the supporting member 26 includes a fixing portion and a sleeving portion, the fixing portion is fixedly installed at the bottom of the inner barrel and extends to the water outlet to be fixedly connected with the sleeving portion, and the sleeving portion has a hollow slideway; the plugging component 24 comprises a sealing part and a connecting part, and the connecting part is slidably arranged in the hollow slide way of the sleeving part to realize the sealing and the separation of the sealing part and the water outlet.
Furthermore, the part of one end of the fixing part, which is connected with the sleeving part and is positioned in the water outlet, is provided with a smooth structure for the thread scraps to smoothly slide down during water drainage.

In order to maintain the self-sealing of the blocking component 24 and the return sealing after the water outlet is opened, the sealing mechanism comprises an elastic component 27, one end of the elastic component 27 is abutted against the supporting component 26, the other end of the elastic component 27 is abutted against the blocking component 24, and the elastic component 27 is deformed when the blocking component 24 slides to a state of being separated from the water outlet, so that the elastic return sealing of the blocking component 24 is realized.
Preferably, the resilient member 27 is initially in a compressed state to maintain a sealing engagement between the closure member 24 and the drain opening.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member 27 is a compression spring, the compression spring is sleeved in the hollow slide of the sheathing part, one end of the compression spring abuts against the sheathing part, and the other end abuts against the blocking member 24.
Further, a fixing buckle 28 is installed at the end portion of a central rod of the plugging part 24, a limiting step is formed by extending a certain distance towards the inside of the hollow slideway at the upper end of the sleeving part 1, the compression spring is sleeved on the central rod, one end of the compression spring abuts against the fixing buckle 28, and the other end of the compression spring abuts against the limiting step.

The working principle of sealing is as follows: the compression spring is compressed, one end acts on the supporting part 26, the other end acts on the fixing buckle 28, the fixing buckle 28 is transmitted to the whole blocking part 24 through the central rod of the blocking part 24, and the blocking part 24 presses the water outlet at the bottom of the barrel under the action of the spring force to achieve the sealing effect. As shown in fig. 8.
The working principle of drainage is as follows: when the water is to be drained, the inner barrel realizes the position coincidence of the sealing structure and the driving mechanism through a locking mechanism, at the moment, the output end 29 of the driving mechanism is pressed against the fixing buckle 28 to drive the top cover to move upwards, and a gap is generated between the top cover and the water outlet to realize the water drainage. The compression spring is also compressed to the extreme position at this time. After the discharge is complete, the output 29 of the drive mechanism is retracted and the top cap reseals the discharge opening under the influence of the spring force. As shown in fig. 9.
The drainage sealing device of the embodiment adopts a conical design for the inner barrel and the sealing gasket, so that when clothes are gathered near the drainage outlet, the foreign matters can be more conveniently discharged under the impact of water flow and the gravity of the foreign matters. And is also favorable for preventing the accumulation of thread scraps in long-time operation.
The sealed rubber pad is fixed on the top of the whole sealing structure, and when the foreign matters are tightly attached to the bottom of the inner barrel to be discharged, the friction damping of the inner barrel is smaller than the friction resistance of the rubber because the inner barrel is made of metal stainless steel, so that the foreign matters can be discharged more conveniently. And is also favorable for preventing the accumulation of thread scraps in long-time operation.
The support member 26 has a saddle-shaped structure to prevent foreign materials from being caught more if they contact the holder, assuming that the holder is flat, when the foreign materials are discharged out of the inner tub. The damping of the semicircular structural design is reduced, and the accumulation of the thread scraps in long-time running is also favorably prevented.
The sleeving part of the supporting part 26 can be in excessive fit with the central rod of the plugging part 24, so that thread scraps and foreign matters are effectively prevented from entering the spring cavity, and the spring is clamped when working.
Preferably, the driving mechanism may select a drain valve, and the abutting force of the drain valve is larger than the diameter of the inner cylinder of the fixing buckle 700, so as to ensure that the abutting thrust of the drain valve acts on the fixing buckle, and prevent the thrust from directly acting on the central rod of the plugging component 100, which may cause a falling-off problem. Here, the fixing can also be realized by screw thread fit and elastic buckle.
The washing machine of the embodiment comprises a water collecting device arranged outside an inner barrel, the drainage sealing device also comprises a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism is arranged on the water collecting device and corresponds to the sealing mechanism, and the driving mechanism is provided with an output end 29 which can stretch up and down:
when washing or rinsing, the output end of the driving mechanism retracts, the sealing mechanism is in sealing fit with the water outlet of the channel, and the inner barrel independently contains washing water; when water is drained, the output end of the driving mechanism extends out to jack the sealing mechanism open to be separated from the channel water outlet, and the channel water outlet is opened to drain water.
The driving mechanism also comprises a reciprocating part 30 capable of reciprocating up and down and a power part 31 for driving the reciprocating part, wherein the output end 29 is a mandril which is connected with the reciprocating part.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, a locking hole 16 for locking the inner tub by cooperating with a locking mechanism 17 is formed in an outer wall of a bottom of the inner tub, and the washing machine further includes a locking mechanism mounted on the water collecting device, the locking mechanism having a locking rod moving up and down, the locking rod moving up and being inserted into the locking hole to lock the inner tub, and then an output end of the driving device is extended to push the sealing mechanism open to drain water.
Example four
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the present embodiment provides a washing machine including an inner tub capable of independently containing washing water during a washing process, the bottom 4 of the inner tub is provided with a water discharge port 14, and further includes a water discharge sealing device including a sealing mechanism including a sealing member disposed at the water discharge port, the sealing member being capable of reciprocating in a lateral direction along an outer wall surface of the bottom of the inner tub to open/close the water discharge port.
The drainage sealing device of the imperforate inner barrel washing machine of the embodiment moves transversely and reciprocally when the drainage outlet is opened, is easier to open in a stress mode, has a simple structure and is easy to realize.
Further, the plugging member of the present embodiment includes a guide slide (not shown) fixed on the bottom of the inner barrel and a plugging slider 32 reciprocally slidably disposed in the guide slide, and the plugging slider 32 includes a plugging portion for opening/closing the water outlet 14 during reciprocal sliding of the plugging slider.
The sealing mechanism of the embodiment includes an elastic component 27, one end of the elastic component 27 is abutted against the bottom of the guiding slideway or the inner barrel, the other end is abutted against the blocking slider 32, and the elastic component 27 deforms when the blocking slider 32 slides to a state of being separated from the water outlet 14, so as to provide an elastic force for the reset sealing of the blocking slider 32.
Preferably, the elastic member 27 is in a compressed state in an initial state to keep the sealing slider 32 sealing the drain opening 14 in a closed state.
Furthermore, the plugging slider 32 is provided with a drainage channel 34, in an initial state, the plugging part of the plugging slider 32 plugs the drainage port 14 and keeps a closed state, and the plugging slider 32 slides along the guide slide way to the drainage channel 34 on the plugging slider 32 to be communicated with the drainage port 14 for drainage.
The solution of the present embodiment that the blocking slider 32 is provided with the drainage channel 34 is more suitable for the mode with a plurality of drainage openings, specifically, the bottom 4 of the inner barrel is provided with N drainage openings 14, and the blocking slider 32 has N blocking portions corresponding to the N drainage openings 14 one by one and at least (N-1) drainage channels 34.
The washing machine of this embodiment includes a water collecting device provided outside the inner tub, and the drain sealing device further includes a driving mechanism installed on the water collecting device corresponding to the sealing mechanism, the driving mechanism having an output 29 capable of reciprocating:
when washing or rinsing, the output end 29 of the driving mechanism retracts, the sealing mechanism is in sealing fit with the water outlet of the channel, and the inner barrel independently holds washing water; when the water is drained, the output end 29 of the driving mechanism extends out to separate the sealing mechanism from the channel water outlet, and the channel water outlet is opened to drain the water.
The driving mechanism described in this embodiment includes an output end 29 capable of reciprocating up and down and a power component 31 for driving the output end 29, the plugging component further includes a matching portion 33, the matching portion 33 has an inclined cross section, the output end 29 moves upward and stops against the matching portion 33, and the output end 29 continues to move upward to press the matching portion to provide a driving force for the horizontal movement of the plugging component.
The output end 29 is a top rod, an inclined end surface is arranged on the top rod, and the inclined end surface is attached to the inclined section to push the horizontal movement of the plugging part to open the water outlet in the upward movement process of the top rod.
The driving mechanism also comprises a reciprocating part 30 which can reciprocate up and down, and the mandril is connected with the reciprocating part 30.
Furthermore, the outer wall of the bottom of the inner barrel of the embodiment is provided with a locking hole 16 which is used for being matched with a locking mechanism 17 to lock the inner barrel, the washing machine further comprises a locking mechanism which is arranged on the water collecting device, the locking mechanism is provided with a locking rod which moves up and down, the locking rod moves upwards and is inserted into the locking hole to lock the inner barrel, and the output end of the driving device extends out to push the sealing mechanism open to drain water.
The above embodiments can be tried separately or combined with each other to form more combinations.

Claims (10)
1. An inner barrel of a washing machine comprises a barrel bottom and a barrel body, and is characterized in that the barrel body is provided with a closed area, the closed area and the barrel bottom jointly form a water containing chamber capable of independently containing washing water, a barrel bottom protruding part protruding towards the inner part of the inner barrel is assembled on the inner surface of the barrel bottom in a sealing mode or integrally formed, and/or a barrel body protruding part protruding towards the inner part of the inner barrel is assembled on the inner surface of the barrel body in a sealing mode or integrally formed.
2. The washing machine inner barrel according to claim 1, wherein the barrel bottom protrusion is formed by an integrally formed structure of the inner surface of the barrel bottom, the barrel bottom protrusion comprises at least one, the barrel bottom protrusion comprises an ascending section which gradually ascends from the edge of the barrel bottom to the center and a descending section which gradually descends from the center of the barrel bottom to the edge;
preferably, the inner surface of the barrel bottom is provided with a plurality of barrel bottom bulges which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the barrel bottom.
3. The washing machine inner barrel according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a plurality of water outlets are arranged at the lowest position on the barrel bottom and are distributed in the same circular ring;
preferably, the drainage port is arranged on the bottom of the barrel at a position close to the edge, and at least one drainage port is internally tangent to the periphery of the edge of the bottom of the barrel, or the ring is internally tangent to the periphery of the edge of the bottom of the barrel.
4. The inner tub of a washing machine as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the tub protrusion is formed of an integrally formed structure of an inner surface of the tub, the tub protrusion being parallel to a central axis of the inner tub;
preferably, the inner surface of the barrel body is provided with a plurality of barrel body bulges which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the barrel body.
5. The washing machine inner barrel according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a locking hole for locking the inner barrel by matching with a locking mechanism is arranged on the outer wall of the barrel bottom;
preferably, the locking hole is a blind hole.

A washing machine with an inner barrel of the washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising a driving motor, wherein the central axis of the inner barrel is vertically arranged, the barrel mouth of the inner barrel is upward, and the output shaft of the driving motor is fixedly connected with the barrel bottom of the inner barrel to directly drive the inner barrel to rotate.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a water collecting device having an open water collecting chamber, at least a bottom of the inner tub being disposed in the water collecting chamber for collecting the washing water discharged from the inner tub; the driving motor is arranged at the bottom of the water collecting device, and an output shaft of the driving motor penetrates through the water collecting device to be directly and fixedly connected with the bottom of the inner barrel.
8. The washing machine as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a drain sealing device provided on the sump, the drain sealing device comprising a sealing mechanism for sealing the drain opening and a driving mechanism for driving the sealing mechanism to open/close the drain opening.

A control method of a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the washing machine controls the driving motor to drive the inner tub to rotate in a forward and reverse direction during washing, and the washing machine controls the driving motor to drive the inner tub to rotate in a unidirectional high speed to perform dehydration during dehydration.
10. The control method of a washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the washing machine controls the inner tub to rotate forwardly at a first acceleration for a first set time during the washing process, controls the inner tub to rotate reversely at a second acceleration for a second set time after the forward rotation is finished, and performs the forward rotation again after the reverse rotation is finished, thereby circulating;
preferably, as the load of the washing machine increases/decreases, the one-way action time and the stop time of the driving motor can be adjusted along with the increase/decrease of the load of the washing machine, and are in positive correlation with the load of the washing machine;
preferably, the time of the unidirectional action of the driving motor is 1.5-5S, and the time of the unidirectional stop of the driving motor is 1.5-5S;
