The invention belongs to the field of washing, and particularly relates to a drainage device and a washing machine with the drainage device.
Background
The existing impeller washing machine has a plurality of dewatering holes on the peripheral wall of the inner barrel, the inner barrel is communicated with the outer barrel, the inner barrel is a clothes storage area and is used for washing clothes, the water filled between the inner barrel and the side wall of the outer barrel does not participate in the washing, the water really participating in washing is part of the inner barrel, which causes huge water resource waste, and in addition, the excessive water between the inner barrel and the outer barrel can also reduce the concentration of the detergent, thereby affecting the washing effect. Meanwhile, as the water flow frequently enters and exits between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, after the continuous use, the area between the side walls of the inner barrel and the outer barrel also forms a space for storing dirt and dirt, the scale in the tap water, the free matters of the washing powder, the cellulose of the clothes, the organic matters of the human body, the dust and the bacteria brought by the clothes are easy to be remained between the inner barrel and the side wall of the outer barrel. The mold is a large amount of dirt accumulated in the long-term used washing machine, and is bred and propagated because the mold can not be effectively removed, if the dirt which can not be seen by the user is not removed, bacteria can be attached to the clothes after the next washing to bring to the human body, and the problem of cross infection is caused.
In order to save water resources, washing machines increasingly adopt a mode of a non-porous inner barrel to separate the inner barrel from the outer barrel, only the inner barrel is used for storing water, and the outer barrel is anhydrous. A water drainage hole is formed in the side wall of the inner barrel close to the upper end or a water guide channel from top to bottom is used for guiding water out, so that when the washing machine dehydrates, water is thrown onto the inner wall of the inner barrel under the action of centrifugal force and moves upwards along the inner wall of the inner barrel, and the water is directly discharged from the water drainage hole in the upper end of the inner barrel or guided out through the water guide channel, so that the water-saving effect of the washing machine is improved, the using amount of a detergent is saved, and cross pollution of bacteria breeding between the inner barrel and the outer barrel to clothes can be avoided.
Although the structure is improved relative to the traditional washing machine, the following defects exist: the drainage can only be realized by driving the inner barrel to rotate, so that the water is discharged from the water outlet hole at the upper part, and the drainage time is long; in addition, in the drainage process, a driving device is required to work, and the power consumption is relatively high; finally, when the washing machine is used for a long time, sedimentary dirt such as silt particles and the like cannot be discharged and are accumulated in the inner barrel, bacteria are easy to breed for secondary pollution of clothes due to excessive accumulation, and the clothes or parts in the inner barrel, such as a sealing part of a wave wheel shaft and the like, are abraded.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the applicant developed a technology previously, in which a drain port is provided at the bottom of an inner tub, a drain mechanism capable of being opened and closed controllably is provided at the drain port, and a locking mechanism for limiting the position of the inner tub is further provided, for example, chinese patent application No. CN201510057876.4 discloses a locking mechanism for an inner tub of a washing machine and a washing machine, wherein a first positioning structure is provided at the bottom of the inner tub, a second positioning structure is provided at the bottom of the outer tub, the second positioning structure is a telescopic structure, the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are in concave-convex fit, the inner tub is locked, the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are separated, and the inner tub is unlocked. The bottom of the inner barrel is provided with a locking hole, the bottom of the outer barrel is at least provided with a telescopic locking rod, the locking rod extends into the locking hole, the inner barrel is locked, the locking rod is separated from the locking hole, and the inner barrel is unlocked. The inner tub is locked during washing, and no water is left between the inner and outer tub.
Particularly, set up the locking hole including the barrel bottom to utilize telescopic locking pole and locking hole to mutually support, the locking pole when stretching out with the unsmooth cooperation in locking hole, interior barrel lock, deviate from the locking hole when the locking pole withdrawal, interior barrel contact locking.
When the inner barrel is locked, the drainage mechanism is used for closing the drainage port of the inner barrel, when the inner barrel rotates, the drainage mechanism opens the drainage port of the inner barrel, water in the inner barrel firstly flows into the outer barrel through the drainage port and then is drained from the outer barrel. The structure is complex, two sets of driving mechanisms are required to be adopted to respectively drive the locking mechanism and the drainage mechanism, and the production cost is high; in addition, the control is complex, and the requirement on the control accuracy is high; moreover, the sealing effect of the water outlet is poor, and water leakage is easy to occur.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.
