The experimental procedures used in the following examples are conventional unless otherwise specified. The materials, reagents, methods and apparatus used, unless otherwise specified, are conventional in the art and are commercially available to those skilled in the art.
Example 1:
firstly, weighing 10g of straw biomass raw material sample, putting the straw biomass raw material sample into a ceramic boat, and putting the ceramic boat into a quartz tube of a tube furnace; opening an air pump, and introducing air into the quartz tube at a large flow rate, so as to create an oxidizing gas atmosphere; then adjusting a knob of the gas flowmeter, and keeping the flow rate of the carrier gas at 100 and 300mL/min to continuously introduce air;
and then, starting a heating device of the tube furnace, keeping the temperature for 15min after the roasting temperature rises to 200 ℃, stopping heating, continuously keeping the introduction of air until the temperature in the quartz tube of the tube furnace is reduced to the room temperature, and taking out a solid product, namely the straw oxidation roasting carbon fuel, which is recorded as an experimental group 1.
The differences between the experimental groups 2-6 and the experimental group 1 are that the roasting temperatures of the experimental groups 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are 225 ℃, 275 ℃, 200 ℃, 250 ℃ and 300 ℃, and the roasting time is 45min, 30min, 60min and 60 min.
The control group is straws dried in an oven at 105 ℃.
And (3) weighing the solid yield of each experimental group and the straws of the obtained straw oxidation roasting carbon fuel and the control group respectively, measuring element content and heat value, and calculating indexes such as solid yield, energy yield and the like. Three experiments were performed for each experimental group and the final results were averaged over the three experiments.
The biomass-calcined coke products obtained from the control group and the experimental groups were compared, and the results are shown in table 1.
