Description

Environment-friendly dual-purpose color-changing solid glue stick and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a solid glue stick, in particular to an environment-friendly dual-purpose color-changing solid glue stick and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The solid glue is also called lipstick glue and glue stick, is glue mainly used for sticking paper, and because the water content is very small, the paper is not wrinkled and is dried quickly when sticking paper, and the glue is convenient to carry, thus being a popular school and office supply.
The solid glue is a common product in the adhesives, and is mainly characterized in that: the raw materials are easy to obtain, the process is simple, the shelf life is long, the carrying is convenient, the bonding is firm, and the adhesive is suitable for bonding paper fiber products. The solid glue can be used for bonding various papers and paper products, and is suitable for office staff, accountants, secretarial, teachers and other related staff.
The traditional polyvinyl formal solid glue stick has the advantages of low cost, high drying speed and the like, but the residual free formaldehyde of the polyvinyl formal solid glue greatly reduces the environmental performance and the service performance of the polyvinyl formal solid glue stick. Compared with polyvinyl formal glue sticks, the acrylic acid solid glue sticks, the polyvinylpyrrolidone, the novel starch and other biomass glue sticks have the characteristics of good shaping property, high viscosity strength, wide temperature range adaptation, environmental protection, no aldehyde hazards such as formaldehyde and the like. Compared with the traditional glue, the solid glue stick has the biggest characteristics of convenient use and carrying, cleanness, sanitation and no leakage, diffusion and permeation, and is an ideal office supply for replacing the glue. The sticky note is a sticky note with sticky back surface for reminding a user of backlog. The traditional sticky note is a small paper card made in advance, has various colors, and can be used only on a specific paper sheet.
The environmental protection dual-purpose type color-changing solid glue stick with permanent sticking and multiple sticking by stripping has not been reported in scientific and technical literatures.

The tackifier is gelatin or polyisobutylene.
The optically variable material is photosensitive MC powder.
Other materials can also be included, such as 0.2-2 parts, and the other materials comprise defoaming agents, preservatives and the like.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly dual-purpose color-changing solid glue stick comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water into a reaction device, adding at least one of acrylic emulsion, polyvinylpyrrolidone or dextrin or modified starch while stirring, continuously stirring and heating to 85-95 ℃ after uniformly stirring, keeping the temperature at 85-95 ℃, stirring and dissolving completely, adding a tackifier, propylene glycol or glycerol and stearic acid while stirring, and continuously stirring and dissolving uniformly to obtain emulsion;
(2) dissolving sodium hydroxide in water, stirring and adding the sodium hydroxide into the emulsion prepared in the step (1), and fully reacting;
(3) then adding the optically variable material while stirring and fully and uniformly mixing; standing at constant temperature of 85-95 deg.C for defoaming, and packaging after completely defoaming; other materials, if any, are added along with the optically variable material.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides the environment-friendly dual-purpose color-changing solid glue stick and the preparation method thereof, after the glue stick is uniformly coated, the glue stick can display different colors according to the addition of the optically variable material; pasting is carried out before the color disappears, and the glue stick can be permanently and firmly pasted after the coating is completely dried; and after the color completely disappears, pasting, wherein the interface becomes a sticky note, and the sticky note can be peeled off and pasted repeatedly for multiple times.
