carrying out first mixed material treatment on hydrogenated epoxy resin, reactive diluent and dispersing agent for 15 minutes at 1000rpm to obtain a first mixture
Carrying out second mixing treatment on the first mixture, the pigment and the defoaming agent, and carrying out first mixing treatment for 15 minutes under the condition of 1000rpm to obtain a second mixture
Grinding the second mixture and the filler to obtain a third mixture;
the third mixture and the auxiliary agent were further mixed with the third mixed material at 800rpm for 20 minutes to obtain a first component.
When in use, the first component and the second component are mixed for use.
When in use, the environment temperature is at-5 ℃ or above, and the surface of the base material is in a wet state. If the paint is coated on a completely dry surface, the drying time of the paint is prolonged, and the paint construction is recommended to adopt a high-pressure airless spraying mode for construction.
And (3) performance testing:
the test method comprises the following steps: the two components of the coating obtained in examples 1-4 were mixed, and a plate was produced by spraying with an airless spray gun, and the plate was naturally dried for 7 days, and then the following comprehensive performance test was carried out.
Salt spray resistance test: the test method was carried out according to GB/T1771-1991.
Drying time of a paint film: detection was carried out according to GB/T1728-1979 (1989).
Artificial weather aging resistance: detection was performed according to the GB/T1865-2009 cycle A.
Hardness: detection was carried out according to GB/T6739-96.
Chemical resistance: detection was performed according to GB/T1733-93.
Adhesion force: detection was performed according to GB/T5210-.
The evaluation results were carried out in accordance with GB/T1766-2008.
And (4) analyzing results:
the two components of the coating obtained in the examples 1-4 are mixed, a plate is manufactured by spraying through an airless spray gun, after the coating is naturally dried for 7 days, a salt spray resistance test, a paint film drying time test, an artificial climate aging resistance test, a hardness test, a chemical resistance test and an adhesion test are carried out, the test results are shown in the following table 1, the solid content of each example is more than 95%, and the appearance, the drying time, the salt spray resistance, the chemical resistance, the adhesion and the like of the coating are not obviously different.
The physical properties, mechanical strength and chemical properties of the examples are slightly different due to the different amounts of resin and extender pigment.
From the experimental results:
with the increase of the ultraviolet curing agent Qingdao Huan 326 and the hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin AL-3040, the artificial weather aging resistance of the coating is increased to a certain extent.
Referring to the 4 examples, the formula parameters of the example 4 are reasonably designed, the resin content is moderate, and the construction performance and other physical/chemical properties are most balanced.
