本发明公开了一种具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料,包括按以下重量份数计的组分:水30~35份、分散剂0.8~1份、消泡剂0.3~0.6份、润湿剂0.1~0.3份、防腐剂0.2~0.4份、防霉剂0.5~0.8份、净味成膜助剂1~2份、环保防冻剂1.5~2.5份、R706钛白粉18~25份、高岭土5~8份、滑石粉3~5份、重质碳酸钙10~18份、净味乳液25~40份、附载TiO2复合光催化材料2~3份。本发明的有益效果是:采用水溶性净味乳液作为成膜材料,不含有机溶剂,不释放任何挥发性有机物,绿色环保;添加附载TiO2复合光催化材料,使得制备的涂料具有光催化效果,还能降解附着在涂料表面的有机污染物,使涂层具有自洁功能;同时以天然硅藻土作为载体,具有多孔结构,能够吸附空气中的甲醛和挥发性有机物,从而提高光催化效果。

当今涂料市场,环保健康的净味产品已经成为消费者的主要需求。目前市场上的“净味”原理主要有两种:第一种技术,即用香精覆盖乳液气味,顾名思义,只是用香精的气味来遮蔽涂料自身刺鼻的味道,香精虽然可以把涂料的刺鼻气味遮蔽,并不代表气味就被消除,所以使用者除了闻到香精的气味,不知不觉中也在受到涂料气味的伤害。故而它是一种“伪净味”技术,甚至不能称为一种技术,而是一种假象。由于其价格较低,为大多数消费者所选择,这就不但达不到健康的目的,反而对消费者的健康增大了危害。
第二种技术,即乳液技术直接消除气味,这种概念发源于日本,是指可以净化空气中的气味和毒性的的特效功能性涂料,而且这种涂料本身就几乎没有气味,或者气味超低又能快速散发,即几乎零毒性,这是真正的净味技术。由于工艺复杂,成本较高,因此目前只有少数高端品牌能够生产这种涂料且,价格也相对较高。对于一般的消费者,经济上较难承受。
而TiO2具有光催化作用,在特定光照下,能分解有机物污染物,因此常用做自洁材料。当添加有纳米TiO2的涂料,具有光催化效果,能净化空气。但是纳米TiO2粒子容易团聚失去光催化活性,因此当作为光催化材料时,通常采用载体负载以提高其分散性,从而提高其催化活性。对于光催化载体,要求其与TiO2具有较好的结合性,且比表面积大,透光性好。现有技术中,通常直接将纳米二氧化钛添加到涂料中,因此其光催化效果并不佳,无法使二氧化钛得到充分的利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料及其制备方法。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料,包括按以下重量份数计的组分:水30~35份、分散剂0.8~1份、消泡剂0.3~0.6份、润湿剂0.1~0.3份、防腐剂0.2~0.4份、防霉剂0.5~0.8份、净味成膜助剂1~2份、环保防冻剂1.5~2.5份、R706钛白粉18~25份、高岭土5~8份、滑石粉3~5份、重质碳酸钙10~18份、净味乳液25~40份、附载TiO2复合光催化材料2~3份。
其中,所述附载TiO2复合光催化材料包括天然硅藻土载体和纳米TiO2催化活性组分。
其中,所述附载TiO2复合光催化材料制备,将天然硅藻精土与水以1:15搅拌混合均匀,边搅拌边缓慢加入浓盐酸和3.mol/L的TiCl4,加完后继续搅拌,使其充分混合,然后缓慢加入硫酸铵和浓盐酸混合液,于室温继续搅拌1h,然后加入2mol/L的碳酸铵溶液,调节pH值至4.5~5,继续反应1~2h,然后过滤,并用去离子水洗涤沉淀,直至滤液中无Cl-,收集沉淀,于105℃下干燥3h,然后在650℃煅烧2h,得附载TiO2复合光催化材料。
其中,所述纳米TiO2催化活性组分的附载量为30%~37%。
其中,所述净味乳液为巴斯夫ECO338。
其中,所述净味成膜助剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯、丙二醇丁醚、乙二醇丁醚中的一种。
其中,所述水为去离子水。
具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按重量份数称取各组分,先将分散剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、净味成膜助剂、环保防冻剂在中速搅拌的条件下均匀分散于水中,然后加入R706钛白粉、高岭土、滑石粉、重质碳酸钙、附载TiO2复合光催化材料,高速搅拌30~60min,然后研磨分散,使浆料细度低于40μm,接着加入净味乳液高速搅拌30~50min,得到混合均匀的环保墙面涂料。
本发明的有益效果是:采用水溶性净味乳液作为成膜材料,不含有机溶剂,不释放任何挥发性有机物,绿色环保;添加附载TiO2复合光催化材料,使得制备的涂料具有光催化效果,还能降解附着在涂料表面的有机污染物,使涂层具有自洁功能;同时以天然硅藻土作为载体,具有多孔结构,能够吸附空气中的甲醛和挥发性有机物,从而提高光催化效果。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
一种具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料,包括按以下重量份数计的组分:水30~35份、分散剂0.8~1份、消泡剂0.3~0.6份、润湿剂0.1~0.3份、防腐剂0.2~0.4份、防霉剂0.5~0.8份、净味成膜助剂1~2份、环保防冻剂1.5~2.5份、R706钛白粉18~25份、高岭土5~8份、滑石粉3~5份、重质碳酸钙10~18份、净味乳液25~40份、附载TiO2复合光催化材料2~3份。
附载TiO2复合光催化材料包括天然硅藻土载体和纳米TiO2催化活性组分。
附载TiO2复合光催化材料制备,将天然硅藻精土与水以1:15搅拌混合均匀,边搅拌边缓慢加入浓盐酸和3.mol/L的TiCl4,加完后继续搅拌,使其充分混合,然后缓慢加入硫酸铵和浓盐酸混合液,于室温继续搅拌1h,然后加入2mol/L的碳酸铵溶液,调节pH值至4.5~5,继续反应1~2h,然后过滤,并用去离子水洗涤沉淀,直至滤液中无Cl-,收集沉淀,于105℃下干燥3h,然后在650℃煅烧2h,得附载TiO2复合光催化材料。
纳米TiO2催化活性组分的附载量为30%~37%。TiO2的负载量越高,则其光催化效果越好,但是负载量越高越容易发生团聚,影响材料的比表面积和孔径分布,从而降低光催化性能。当TiO2的负载量为30%~37%时,具有较佳的光催化性能。
净味成膜助剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯、丙二醇丁醚、乙二醇丁醚中的一种。
净味乳液为巴斯夫ECO338;水为去离子水;分散剂为适合水性涂料的陶氏731A分散剂,能让净味乳液均匀稳定的分散在水相中;消泡剂为陶氏的AMP95,具有较好的消除和抑制泡沫的作用;润湿剂为陶氏提供的烷芳基聚醚醇,具有使颜填料更好更稳定的分散到乳液中的作用;防腐剂为陶氏rocima520S;防霉剂为陶氏LX150,防腐剂与防霉剂配合使用,能有效防止细菌和真菌的生长,使涂料的应用范围更广。
具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按重量份数称取各组分,先将分散剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、净味成膜助剂、环保防冻剂在中速搅拌的条件下均匀分散于水中,然后加入R706钛白粉、高岭土、滑石粉、重质碳酸钙、附载TiO2复合光催化材料,高速搅拌30~60min,然后研磨分散,使浆料细度低于40μm,接着加入净味乳液高速搅拌30~50min,得到混合均匀的环保墙面涂料。
中速搅拌的搅拌速度为400~550r/min,所述高速搅拌的搅拌速度为1550~1700r/min。

实施例1、一种具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料,包括按以下重量份数计的组分:水30份、分散剂0.8份、消泡剂0.3份、润湿剂0.1份、防腐剂0.2份、防霉剂0.5份、净味成膜助剂1份、环保防冻剂1.5份、R706钛白粉18份、高岭土5份、滑石粉3份、重质碳酸钙10份、净味乳液25份、附载TiO2复合光催化材料2份。
附载TiO2复合光催化材料制备,将天然硅藻精土与水以1:15搅拌混合均匀,边搅拌边缓慢加入浓盐酸和3.mol/L的TiCl4,加完后继续搅拌,使其充分混合,然后缓慢加入硫酸铵和浓盐酸混合液,于室温继续搅拌1h,然后加入2mol/L的碳酸铵溶液,调节pH值至4.5~5,继续反应1~2h,然后过滤,并用去离子水洗涤沉淀,直至滤液中无Cl-,收集沉淀,于105℃下干燥3h,然后在650℃煅烧2h,得附载TiO2复合光催化材料。
纳米TiO2催化活性组分的附载量为30%。
净味成膜助剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯。
具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按重量份数称取各组分,先将分散剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、净味成膜助剂、环保防冻剂在中速搅拌的条件下均匀分散于水中,然后加入R706钛白粉、高岭土、滑石粉、重质碳酸钙、附载TiO2复合光催化材料,高速搅拌30min,然后研磨分散,使浆料细度低于40μm,接着加入净味乳液高速搅拌30min,得到混合均匀的环保墙面涂料。
中速搅拌的搅拌速度为400r/min,高速搅拌的搅拌速度为1550r/min。
实施例2、一种具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料,包括按以下重量份数计的组分:水32份、分散剂0.9份、消泡剂0.4份、润湿剂0.2份、防腐剂0.3份、防霉剂0.6份、净味成膜助剂1.5份、环保防冻剂2.2份、R706钛白粉22份、高岭土7份、滑石粉4份、重质碳酸钙14份、净味乳液30份、附载TiO2复合光催化材料2.5份。
附载TiO2复合光催化材料制备,将天然硅藻精土与水以1:15搅拌混合均匀,边搅拌边缓慢加入浓盐酸和3.mol/L的TiCl4,加完后继续搅拌,使其充分混合,然后缓慢加入硫酸铵和浓盐酸混合液,于室温继续搅拌1h,然后加入2mol/L的碳酸铵溶液,调节pH值至4.5~5,继续反应1~2h,然后过滤,并用去离子水洗涤沉淀,直至滤液中无Cl-,收集沉淀,于105℃下干燥3h,然后在650℃煅烧2h,得附载TiO2复合光催化材料。
纳米TiO2催化活性组分的附载量为34%。
净味成膜助剂为丙二醇丁醚。
具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按重量份数称取各组分,先将分散剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、净味成膜助剂、环保防冻剂在中速搅拌的条件下均匀分散于水中,然后加入R706钛白粉、高岭土、滑石粉、重质碳酸钙、附载TiO2复合光催化材料,高速搅拌450min,然后研磨分散,使浆料细度低于40μm,接着加入净味乳液高速搅拌40min,得到混合均匀的环保墙面涂料。
中速搅拌的搅拌速度为500r/min,高速搅拌的搅拌速度为1600r/min。
实施例3、一种具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料,包括按以下重量份数计的组分:水32份、分散剂0.9份、消泡剂0.4份、润湿剂0.2份、防腐剂0.3份、防霉剂0.6份、净味成膜助剂1.5份、环保防冻剂2份、R706钛白粉20份、高岭土6份、滑石粉4份、重质碳酸钙12份、净味乳液35份、附载TiO2复合光催化材料2.7份。
附载TiO2复合光催化材料制备,将天然硅藻精土与水以1:15搅拌混合均匀,边搅拌边缓慢加入浓盐酸和3.mol/L的TiCl4,加完后继续搅拌,使其充分混合,然后缓慢加入硫酸铵和浓盐酸混合液,于室温继续搅拌1h,然后加入2mol/L的碳酸铵溶液,调节pH值至4.5~5,继续反应1~2h,然后过滤,并用去离子水洗涤沉淀,直至滤液中无Cl-,收集沉淀,于105℃下干燥3h,然后在650℃煅烧2h,得附载TiO2复合光催化材料。
纳米TiO2催化活性组分的附载量为36%。
净味成膜助剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯。
具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按重量份数称取各组分,先将分散剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、净味成膜助剂、环保防冻剂在中速搅拌的条件下均匀分散于水中,然后加入R706钛白粉、高岭土、滑石粉、重质碳酸钙、附载TiO2复合光催化材料,高速搅拌40min,然后研磨分散,使浆料细度低于40μm,接着加入净味乳液高速搅拌40min,得到混合均匀的环保墙面涂料。
中速搅拌的搅拌速度为450r/min,高速搅拌的搅拌速度为1600r/min。
实施例4、一种具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料,包括按以下重量份数计的组分:水33份、分散剂0.9份、消泡剂0.4份、润湿剂0.2份、防腐剂0.3份、防霉剂0.7份、净味成膜助剂1.5份、环保防冻剂2.1份、R706钛白粉22份、高岭土7份、滑石粉4份、重质碳酸钙16份、净味乳液35份、附载TiO2复合光催化材料2.5份。
附载TiO2复合光催化材料制备,将天然硅藻精土与水以1:15搅拌混合均匀,边搅拌边缓慢加入浓盐酸和3.mol/L的TiCl4,加完后继续搅拌,使其充分混合,然后缓慢加入硫酸铵和浓盐酸混合液,于室温继续搅拌1h,然后加入2mol/L的碳酸铵溶液,调节pH值至4.5~5,继续反应1~2h,然后过滤,并用去离子水洗涤沉淀,直至滤液中无Cl-,收集沉淀,于105℃下干燥3h,然后在650℃煅烧2h,得附载TiO2复合光催化材料。
纳米TiO2催化活性组分的附载量为35%。
净味成膜助剂为丙二醇丁醚。
具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按重量份数称取各组分,先将分散剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、净味成膜助剂、环保防冻剂在中速搅拌的条件下均匀分散于水中,然后加入R706钛白粉、高岭土、滑石粉、重质碳酸钙、附载TiO2复合光催化材料,高速搅拌40min,然后研磨分散,使浆料细度低于40μm,接着加入净味乳液高速搅拌45min,得到混合均匀的环保墙面涂料。
中速搅拌的搅拌速度为480r/min,高速搅拌的搅拌速度为1650r/min。
实施例5、一种具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料,包括按以下重量份数计的组分:水35份、分散剂1份、消泡剂0.6份、润湿剂0.3份、防腐剂0.4份、防霉剂0.8份、净味成膜助剂2份、环保防冻剂2.5份、R706钛白粉25份、高岭土8份、滑石粉5份、重质碳酸钙18份、净味乳液40份、附载TiO2复合光催化材料3份。
附载TiO2复合光催化材料制备,将天然硅藻精土与水以1:15搅拌混合均匀,边搅拌边缓慢加入浓盐酸和3.mol/L的TiCl4,加完后继续搅拌,使其充分混合,然后缓慢加入硫酸铵和浓盐酸混合液,于室温继续搅拌1h,然后加入2mol/L的碳酸铵溶液,调节pH值至4.5~5,继续反应1~2h,然后过滤,并用去离子水洗涤沉淀,直至滤液中无Cl-,收集沉淀,于105℃下干燥3h,然后在650℃煅烧2h,得附载TiO2复合光催化材料。
纳米TiO2催化活性组分的附载量为37%。
净味成膜助剂为乙二醇丁醚。
具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按重量份数称取各组分,先将分散剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、净味成膜助剂、环保防冻剂在中速搅拌的条件下均匀分散于水中,然后加入R706钛白粉、高岭土、滑石粉、重质碳酸钙、附载TiO2复合光催化材料,高速搅拌30min,然后研磨分散,使浆料细度低于40μm,接着加入净味乳液高速搅拌30min,得到混合均匀的环保墙面涂料。
中速搅拌的搅拌速度为550r/min,高速搅拌的搅拌速度为1700r/min。
将实施例1-5制备得到的涂料按顺序编号为1、2、3、4、5,分别取样进行涂料性能检测,检测标准依据GB/T 9756-2018《合成树脂乳液内墙涂料》、GB 18582-2008《室内装饰装修材料内墙涂料中有害物质限量》、HG/T 4109-2009《负离子功能涂料》、JC/T 1074-2008《室内空气净化功能涂覆材料净化性能》进行,具体检测结果如表1所述示。

从上表中可知,1-5样品的甲醛净化性能均大于标准值75%,对甲醛的净化效果好。

1.一种具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料,其特征在于,包括按以下重量份数计的组分:水30~35份、分散剂0.8~1份、消泡剂0.3~0.6份、润湿剂0.1~0.3份、防腐剂0.2~0.4份、防霉剂0.5~0.8份、净味成膜助剂1~2份、环保防冻剂1.5~2.5份、R706钛白粉18~25份、高岭土5~8份、滑石粉3~5份、重质碳酸钙10~18份、净味乳液25~40份、附载TiO2复合光催化材料2~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料,其特征在于:所述附载TiO2复合光催化材料包括天然硅藻土载体和纳米TiO2催化活性组分。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料,其特征在于:所述附载TiO2复合光催化材料制备,将天然硅藻精土与水以1:15搅拌混合均匀,边搅拌边缓慢加入浓盐酸和3.mol/L的TiCl4,加完后继续搅拌,使其充分混合,然后缓慢加入硫酸铵和浓盐酸混合液,于室温继续搅拌1h,然后加入2mol/L的碳酸铵溶液,调节pH值至4.5~5,继续反应1~2h,然后过滤,并用去离子水洗涤沉淀,直至滤液中无Cl-,收集沉淀,于105℃下干燥3h,然后在650℃煅烧2h,得附载TiO2复合光催化材料。
4.根据权利要求2所述的具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料,其特征在于:所述纳米TiO2催化活性组分的附载量为30%~37%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料,其特征在于:所述净味乳液为巴斯夫ECO338。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料,其特征在于:所述净味成膜助剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯、丙二醇丁醚、乙二醇丁醚中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料,其特征在于:所述水为去离子水。
8.根据权利要求1~7任一所述的具有净味功能的环保墙面涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按重量份数称取各组分,先将分散剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、净味成膜助剂、环保防冻剂在中速搅拌的条件下均匀分散于水中,然后加入R706钛白粉、高岭土、滑石粉、重质碳酸钙、附载TiO2复合光催化材料,高速搅拌30~60min,然后研磨分散,使浆料细度低于40μm,接着加入净味乳液高速搅拌30~50min,得到混合均匀的环保墙面涂料。
