本发明属于复合面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种多层复合面料及其制作方法。本发明通过从内到外依次设置内侧导电层、中间粘结层、强化层、外侧粘结层以及外侧防水层的方式,使得防水导电复合面料有效使用的效果。另一方面,采用包括倒U型保温板、安装槽板单元、安装柱体单元以及电加热器在内的电加热装置的方式,达到中间粘结层和外侧粘结层有效固化的目的。本发明具有防水导电复合面料结构强度大,抗拉扯能力强,粘结强度大,以及长期使用不易破裂、分层的优点,而且电加热装置还具有电加热器拆装操作方便快捷,安装时稳定性高,高度位置调节简单方便,电加热器不易意外掉落,以及加热使用整体效果好的有益效果。

技术领域
本发明属于复合面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种多层复合面料及其制作方法。
背景技术
多层复合面料,指的是结构上具有多层单一面料、功能上具有多种互不相干作用的组合面料产品,例如抗拉扯阻燃面料、防水导电面料以及抗菌亲肤面料此类。
另一方面,现有的多层复合面料中的防水导电面料,其结构仅仅包括防水层、导电层以及中间的粘结层,而防水布、导电布自身则存在抗拉、抗撕能力差的问题,所以市场上急需一种结构强化的防水导电面料。
此外,防水导电面料在制作过程中,都需要经过粘结剂加热固化这一道工艺,现有的加热固化装置,其结构主要包括安装架、保温盖板以及电加热丝,因此就存在以下几个问题:第一,电加热丝固定不动,因此不能通过升降调节电加热丝的方式,来调节加热强度;第二,电加热丝不方便拆装更换。
综上所述,市场上急需一种电加热丝安装结构灵活高效的新型面料粘结剂加热固化装置。
专利公告号为CN211591619U,公告日为2020.09.29的中国实用新型专利公开了一种防水超柔复合面料,包括基布层和绒面层,所述基布层上表面设置有绒面层,所述基布层和绒面层之间设有波浪形结构的透气层,浪顶连接在绒面层的下表面,浪底连接在基布层的上表面,在每个浪顶处均设有透气微孔,在每个浪底处均设有透气微孔,透气层采用混有纳米防污剂的涤纶低弹丝混纺,所述绒面层的上表面涂覆有防水覆膜层,基布层的下表面设置有方形的下凸起块,下凸起块采用混有纳米防污剂的涤纶低弹丝混纺。
但是该实用新型专利中的复合面料,存在整体机械强度低,使用后容易破损的问题。
专利公开号为CN102905408A,公开日为2013.01.30的中国发明专利公开了一种纺织面料印染用加热装置,包括隔热板体、电加热丝、蓄热体,所述隔热板体的板面上开设有弯曲的放置槽,电加热丝放置于放置槽内,所述蓄热体与隔热板体接触的面上设有与放置槽形状一致的压紧凸起,所述压紧凸起与放置槽之间设有导热胶,该电加热丝与电源连接。
但是该发明专利中的加热装置,存在加热强度不方便调节,加热结构拆装更换难度较大的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多层复合面料及其制作方法,其能通过从内到外依次设置内侧导电层、中间粘结层、强化层、外侧粘结层以及外侧防水层的方式,使得防水导电复合面料有效使用的效果。另一方面,采用包括倒U型保温板、安装槽板单元、安装柱体单元以及电加热器在内的电加热装置的方式,达到中间粘结层和外侧粘结层有效固化的目的。本发明具有防水导电复合面料结构强度大,抗拉扯能力强,粘结强度大,以及长期使用不易破裂、分层的优点,而且电加热装置还具有电加热器拆装操作方便快捷,安装时稳定性高,高度位置调节简单方便,电加热器不易意外掉落,以及加热使用整体效果好的有益效果。
本发明解决上述问题采用的技术方案是:一种多层复合面料,包括内侧导电层、中间粘结层以及外侧防水层,还包括设置在所述中间粘结层外侧的强化层,以及设置在所述强化层和所述外侧防水层之间的外侧粘结层,所述强化层的材质为复合聚酰胺纤维布、玻纤氨纶复合纤维布,或聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和聚酯纤维复合布中的任意一种,所述强化层的厚度为0.20-0.23mm。
进一步优选的技术方案在于:所述多层复合面料的厚度为0.65-0.85mm,所述外侧粘结层的厚度大于所述中间粘结层。
进一步优选的技术方案在于:所述内侧导电层的材质为镀镍导电无纺布,所述外侧防水层的材质为防水牛津布,所述中间粘结层以及外侧粘结层由复合粘结剂固化而成。
进一步优选的技术方案在于:所述复合粘结剂包括聚苯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、丙烯酰胺、聚甲基丙烯酸以及聚偏氟乙烯。
一种多层复合面料的制作方法,所述多层复合面料输送通过电加热装置,用于对所述中间粘结层以及外侧粘结层进行加热固化操作,加热固定温度为35-65℃,时间为0.5-1.2min。
进一步优选的技术方案在于:所述电加热装置包括两端分别设置在输送架上的倒U型保温板,分别设置在所述倒U型保温板内顶面上两边位置处的两个安装槽板单元,以及分别设置在电加热器的两端并用于在所述安装槽板单元上进行横向弹力夹紧固定操作的两个安装柱体单元。
进一步优选的技术方案在于:所述安装槽板单元包括竖向矩形板,从所述竖向矩形板下端边向上开设的侧边槽,设置在所述竖向矩形板的远离所述电加热器一侧位置处且分别位于所述侧边槽的两侧并用于支撑所述安装柱体单元的两个侧边凸起板,设置在所述侧边凸起板上端面上并支撑在所述竖向矩形板上的固定支撑柱,以及设置在所述侧边凸起板下端面上并用于在所述侧边槽内下方位置处对所述安装柱体单元进行阻挡限位的安装支撑柱部。

具体实施方式
以下所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非对本发明的范围进行限定。
实施例:如附图1、2、3、4、5、6以及附图7所示,一种多层复合面料,包括内侧导电层11、中间粘结层12以及外侧防水层13,还包括设置在所述中间粘结层12外侧的强化层4,以及设置在所述强化层4和所述外侧防水层13之间的外侧粘结层5,所述强化层4的材质为复合聚酰胺纤维布、玻纤氨纶复合纤维布,或聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和聚酯纤维复合布中的任意一种,所述强化层4的厚度为0.20-0.23mm。
所述多层复合面料的厚度为0.65-0.85mm,所述外侧粘结层5的厚度大于所述中间粘结层12。
所述内侧导电层11的材质为镀镍导电无纺布,所述外侧防水层13的材质为防水牛津布,所述中间粘结层12以及外侧粘结层5由复合粘结剂固化而成。

所述电加热装置包括两端分别设置在输送架14上的倒U型保温板1,分别设置在所述倒U型保温板1内顶面上两边位置处的两个安装槽板单元2,以及分别设置在电加热器15的两端并用于在所述安装槽板单元2上进行横向弹力夹紧固定操作的两个安装柱体单元3。
在本实施例中,所述复合面料在所述输送架14上的输送辊上通过,所述电加热器15为现有的矩形箱体状电加热丝结构,保证基本有效的面料加热效果,使得所述中间粘结层12以及外侧粘结层5可以充分且适宜地被加热固化成型。
此外,所述电加热器15跟随所述安装柱体单元3,在所述安装槽板单元2上升降活动,最终可以获得位置调节来控制加热量的方式,可以作为电流调节加热量方式的辅助手段。
所述安装槽板单元2包括竖向矩形板201,从所述竖向矩形板201下端边向上开设的侧边槽202,设置在所述竖向矩形板201的远离所述电加热器15一侧位置处且分别位于所述侧边槽202的两侧并用于支撑所述安装柱体单元3的两个侧边凸起板203,设置在所述侧边凸起板203上端面上并支撑在所述竖向矩形板201上的固定支撑柱204,以及设置在所述侧边凸起板203下端面上并用于在所述侧边槽202内下方位置处对所述安装柱体单元3进行阻挡限位的安装支撑柱部205。
在本实施例中,所述安装柱体单元3从所述侧边槽202向上安装,所述侧边凸起板203则用于支撑所述安装柱体单元3的收紧弹力,这样通过摩擦固定的方式,所述电加热器15就能被固定在所述侧边凸起板203对应高度范围内的任意位置。
所述安装支撑柱部205包括设置在所述竖向矩形板201侧面上且分别位于所述侧边槽202两侧位置处的两个矩形槽口205a,设置在所述矩形槽口205a上的安装支撑柱205b,设置在所述竖向矩形板201上且贯穿所述矩形槽口205a的第一螺孔,设置在所述安装支撑柱205b上的第二螺孔205c,以及设置在两个所述第一螺孔、两个所述第二螺孔205c上并穿过所述侧边槽202的安装螺栓205d。
在本实施例中,所述侧边凸起板203、固定支撑柱204以及安装支撑柱205b三者一体成型,所述安装螺栓205d一次共穿过两个所述第一螺孔、两个所述第二螺孔205c,最终保证两个所述安装支撑柱205b可以被有效固定,而且所述安装螺栓205d自身也可以穿过所述侧边槽202,这样即使所述安装柱体单元3处的夹紧弹力意外失效,所述安装柱体单元3也仅仅是落在所述安装螺栓205d上,不会再向下落在面料上,避免发生火灾事故。
所述安装柱体单元3包括设置在所述电加热器15端面上且插入并穿过所述侧边槽202的凸出柱301,设置在所述凸出柱301外侧端面上的插入槽302,设置在所述插入槽302上的插入圆柱303,设置在所述插入圆柱303外侧端面上并用于压在两个所述侧边凸起板203上的夹紧板304,设置在所述插入圆柱303和所述插入槽302槽底面之间的弹性绳部305,以及设置在所述插入槽302的槽体壁上并用于拆装所述弹性绳部305的轴向侧边槽口306。
在本实施例中,所述夹紧板304的材质为现有高强度橡胶,因此可以保证与所述侧边凸起板203之间足够的摩擦强度。
所述弹性绳部305包括设置在所述插入槽302槽底面上且靠近所述轴向侧边槽口306一侧位置处的偏心式凸出圆柱306a,设置在所述插入圆柱303环面上的第一插入槽306b,设置在所述偏心式凸出圆柱306a环面上并对齐所述第一插入槽306b的第二插入槽306c,设置在所述第一插入槽306b上的先插入柱306d,设置在所述第二插入槽306c上的张紧用插入柱306e,设置在所述插入柱306d和所述张紧用插入柱306e露出段之间的轴向弹性绳306f,设置在所述张紧用插入柱306e外侧端面上的取出用圆环306g,以及设置在所述张紧用插入柱306e露出段上并用于插入后拉动所述轴向弹性绳306f的两个对齐孔板306h。
在本实施例中,所述轴向弹性绳306f为现有高强度橡胶绳,所述先插入柱306d先插入所述第一插入槽306b,然后再用木棍依次插入两个所述对齐孔板306h,然后拉伸所述轴向弹性绳306f,直至所述张紧用插入柱306e插入所述第二插入槽306c,这样所述夹紧板304上就具有回缩的弹力了,而整个使用过程中所述偏心式凸出圆柱306a始终不与所述第一插入槽306b分离,保证所述夹紧板304不易偏斜,最后所述取出用圆环306g处钩住后向外拔,就可以解除所述夹紧板304上的弹力,整个所述安装柱体单元3也就可以拆下了。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施方式,在所述技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种修改。这些都是不具有创造性的修改,只要在本发明的权利要求范围内都受到专利法的保护。

Claims (2)

1.一种多层复合面料的制作方法,其特征在于:所述多层复合面料输送通过电加热装置,用于对中间粘结层(12)以及外侧粘结层(5)进行加热固化操作,加热固化温度为35-65℃,时间为0.5-1.2min;
所述电加热装置包括两端分别设置在输送架(14)上的倒U型保温板(1),分别设置在所述倒U型保温板(1)内顶面上两边位置处的两个安装槽板单元(2),以及分别设置在电加热器(15)的两端并用于在所述安装槽板单元(2)上进行横向弹力夹紧固定操作的两个安装柱体单元(3);
所述安装槽板单元(2)包括竖向矩形板(201),从所述竖向矩形板(201)下端边向上开设的侧边槽(202),设置在所述竖向矩形板(201)的远离所述电加热器(15)一侧位置处且分别位于所述侧边槽(202)的两侧并用于支撑所述安装柱体单元(3)的两个侧边凸起板(203),设置在所述侧边凸起板(203)上端面上并支撑在所述竖向矩形板(201)上的固定支撑柱(204),以及设置在所述侧边凸起板(203)下端面上并用于在所述侧边槽(202)内下方位置处对所述安装柱体单元(3)进行阻挡限位的安装支撑柱部(205);
所述安装支撑柱部(205)包括设置在所述竖向矩形板(201)侧面上且分别位于所述侧边槽(202)两侧位置处的两个矩形槽口(205a),设置在所述矩形槽口(205a)上的安装支撑柱(205b),设置在所述竖向矩形板(201)上且贯穿所述矩形槽口(205a)的第一螺孔,设置在所述安装支撑柱(205b)上的第二螺孔(205c),以及设置在两个所述第一螺孔、两个所述第二螺孔(205c)上并穿过所述侧边槽(202)的安装螺栓(205d);
所述安装柱体单元(3)包括设置在所述电加热器(15)端面上且插入并穿过所述侧边槽(202)的凸出柱(301),设置在所述凸出柱(301)外侧端面上的插入槽(302),设置在所述插入槽(302)上的插入圆柱(303),设置在所述插入圆柱(303)外侧端面上并用于压在两个所述侧边凸起板(203)上的夹紧板(304),设置在所述插入圆柱(303)和所述插入槽(302)槽底面之间的弹性绳部(306),以及设置在所述插入槽(302)的槽体壁上并用于拆装所述弹性绳部(306)的轴向侧边槽口(305)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层复合面料的制作方法,其特征在于:所述弹性绳部(306)包括设置在所述插入槽(302)槽底面上且靠近所述轴向侧边槽口(305)一侧位置处的偏心式凸出圆柱(306a),设置在所述插入圆柱(303)环面上的第一插入槽(306b),设置在所述偏心式凸出圆柱(306a)环面上并对齐所述第一插入槽(306b)的第二插入槽(306c),设置在所述第一插入槽(306b)上的先插入柱(306d),设置在所述第二插入槽(306c)上的张紧用插入柱(306e),设置在所述先插入柱(306d)和所述张紧用插入柱(306e)露出段之间的轴向弹性绳(306f),设置在所述张紧用插入柱(306e)外侧端面上的取出用圆环(306g),以及设置在所述张紧用插入柱(306e)露出段上并用于插入后拉动所述轴向弹性绳(306f)的两个对齐孔板(306h)。
