The hose positioning portion is structured as shown in fig. 3 and 4, and includes two parts, namely, a fixing portion and a clamping portion, wherein the fixing portion includes a first positioning and clamping element 3 and a first dovetail clamping block 4 detachably mounted on the first positioning and clamping element 3, and the clamping portion includes a second positioning and clamping element 6 and a second dovetail clamping block 5 detachably mounted on the second positioning and clamping element 6. The first positioning and clamping element 3 is fixed on the base 1 by bolts, so that the first positioning and clamping element 3 and the first dovetail clamping block 4 are fixed relative to the base 1. The second positioning and clamping element 6 is slidably mounted on the base 1 along the left-right direction, specifically, a second slide rail 12 extending along the left-right direction is mounted on the base 1, and the second positioning and clamping element 6 is slidably mounted on the second slide rail 12.
In order to realize the clamping and positioning of the rubber tube, arc-shaped grooves for accommodating the rubber tube are formed in the opposite side faces of the first dovetail clamping block 4 and the second dovetail clamping block 5, and when the first dovetail clamping block 4 and the second dovetail clamping block 5 are clamped tightly, the clamping and positioning of the rubber tube in the arc-shaped grooves are realized. In order to facilitate the insertion of the joint and the rubber pipe, the diameter of one end of the left end of the arc-shaped groove formed in the first dovetail clamping block 4 and the second dovetail clamping block 5 is larger than that of the rubber pipe, so that the rubber pipe can expand along the radial direction when the joint and the rubber pipe are inserted conveniently. In order to drive the second positioning and clamping element 6 and the second dovetail clamping block 5 to move in the left-right direction, the base 1 is further provided with a second cylinder 9, and specifically, the second cylinder 9 is fixed on the base 1 through a second right-angle connecting seat 10.
In order to realize the installation of the first dovetail clamping block 4 on the first positioning clamping element 3 and realize the positioning of the first dovetail clamping block 4 in the horizontal direction, the first positioning clamping element 3 is provided with two upright posts which are arranged on the upper end surface and are arranged in parallel along the front-back direction, each upright post is provided with an inclined surface matched with the dovetail of the first dovetail clamping block 4, during specific installation, the dovetail structure of the first dovetail clamping block 4 is matched with the two upright posts in a guiding manner, the first dovetail clamping block 4 is inserted on the first positioning clamping element 3 from top to bottom, the installation and positioning manner of the second dovetail clamping block 5 on the second positioning clamping element 6 is the same as that of the first dovetail clamping block 4 on the first positioning clamping element 3, and the description is omitted here.
Aiming at the assembly of the first type of joint 18 and the rubber pipe 19, the use method of the joint and rubber pipe positioning tool comprises the following steps:
the second cylinder 9 is operated to drive the second positioning clamping element 6 to move leftwards, the second dovetail clamping block 5 is driven to move back to the first dovetail clamping block 4, then the rubber pipe 19 is placed in the arc-shaped groove of the first dovetail clamping block 4, then the second cylinder 9 is operated to drive the second positioning clamping element 6 to move rightwards, the second dovetail clamping block 5 is pushed to move towards the first dovetail clamping block 4, and the rubber pipe is clamped in the arc-shaped groove. Then, the positioning plate 17 is pre-fixedly mounted on the joint positioning block 2 by using a bolt inserted into the long hole of the positioning plate 17, the first type joint 18 to be assembled is placed on the horizontal bearing surface 28, and the mounting position of the positioning plate 17 is adjusted by moving the positioning plate 17 left and right. The specific adjusting method comprises the following steps: pushing the joint positioning block 2 to a position close to the rubber pipe positioning part, moving the positioning plate 17 left and right based on the position of the rubber pipe 19 until the connecting pipe part 22 of the first type joint 18 is aligned with the rubber pipe 19, then screwing the fixing bolt, fixing the positioning plate 17, pressing and fixing the first type joint 18 on the horizontal bearing surface 28 by using the press-fitting positioning structure, operating the first air cylinder 7, pushing the joint positioning block 2 to move towards the rubber pipe positioning part to realize the assembly of the first type joint 18 and the rubber pipe 19, then operating the second air cylinder 9 to open the rubber pipe positioning part, lifting the pressure rod 15, and taking out the assembled first type joint and the rubber pipe.
When the connector and rubber tube positioning tool is used for assembling the second type connector 20 and the rubber tube 19, the positioning plate 17 and the press-fitting positioning structure are only required to be detached, the second type connector 20 is inserted into the positioning concave part 27, and other operations are the same as those of the first type connector 18.
In this embodiment, the horizontal bearing surface 28 has a set safety width in the front-rear direction, when the joint to be assembled is the second type joint 20, the joint positioning block 2 can push the second type joint 20 to move toward the hose positioning portion, so that when the second type joint 20 is inserted into the hose 19, an operator can hold the second type joint 20 at the installation step to ensure that the second type joint 20 is aligned and assembled with the hose 19, and the horizontal bearing surface 28 has a set safety width in the front-rear direction to prevent fingers of the operator from being clamped.
The embodiment 2 of the joint and rubber pipe assembling tool is different from the embodiment 1 in that the press-fitting positioning structure in the embodiment 1 comprises a support fixed on a joint positioning block and a pressure rod hinged on the support, the pressure rod is used for pressing a first type of joint by utilizing the traction of an elastic resetting piece between the pressure rod and the joint positioning block, the press-fitting positioning structure in the embodiment is an elastic sheet fixed at the top of the joint positioning block, the elastic sheet is suspended above a horizontal bearing surface and is provided with a bent part positioned below the height of the upper end surface of the joint positioning block, and a second type of joint is pressed and fixed by utilizing the elastic sheet.

Claims (9)

1. A joint and rubber pipe assembling tool comprises a base, a rubber pipe positioning part and a joint positioning part;
the rubber tube positioning part is arranged on the base and used for clamping and positioning the rubber tube;
defining the splicing direction of the joint and the rubber pipe as the front and back direction;
the joint positioning part is arranged on the base in a guiding and moving manner along the front and back directions and is used for positioning and placing the joint, and the joint positioning part is characterized in that:
the joint positioning part comprises a joint positioning block, an installation step is arranged on the front side of the joint positioning block, facing the rubber pipe positioning part, and the installation step is provided with a horizontal bearing surface and a vertical pushing surface;
the horizontal bearing surface is used for supporting and placing the first type of joint;
the vertical pushing surface is used for pushing the first type of joint when the joint positioning block moves forwards;
a positioning concave part extending backwards is arranged on the vertical pushing surface and used for inserting and positioning a second type of joint;
the assembling tool further comprises a press-fitting positioning structure for press-fitting and fixing the first type of joint on the mounting step.

The fitting and rubber pipe assembling tool according to claim 1, characterized in that: the joint positioning part further comprises a positioning plate used for positioning the first type joint in the left-right direction, the positioning plate is provided with an installation part and a positioning part, the installation part is used for realizing the installation of the positioning plate on the joint positioning block, and the positioning part is used for being blocked, positioned and matched with the first type joint in the left-right direction.
