The working principle of the invention is as follows: the oil in the oil storage tank 15 is heated by using the front driving heating pipe 16, then the oil pump 13 is driven, the valve 14 is opened accordingly, the oil in the oil storage tank 15 enters the spiral hole 11 of the heating sleeve 10 through the oil conveying pipe 12, flows spirally in the spiral hole 11 along with the oil, finally flows back into the oil storage tank 15 through the return pipe 18 for reheating, after preheating is completed, the paint is injected into the tank body 2 through the charging hopper 6, then the stirring motor 7 is driven to drive the stirring shaft 8 and the stirring blades 9 to rotate, so that the paint in the tank body 2 is heated through the heating sleeve 10, meanwhile, the stirring is performed by matching with the stirring blades 9 to ensure that heating is more sufficient, after use, the discharge valve 20 is opened and the fan 246 is driven simultaneously, so that the fan 246 absorbs peculiar smell and smoke in the paint while the discharge pipe 19 discharges the paint, and peculiar smell and smoke in the paint are further caused to pass through the air suction head 2474, The movable corrugated pipe 2472, the fixed pipe 2471 and the injection pipe 245 enter the water in the lower connecting cylinder 244 for purification, then the gas rises in the lower connecting cylinder 244 and passes through the filter screen 243 for secondary filtration, and then the gas is discharged from the upper connecting cylinder 241 after the filtration is finished, so that the work can be finished, after the work is finished, the water suction hose 258 is placed in a water tank, then the booster pump 257 is driven to pressurize, so that the water reaches the ring pipe 254 through the water suction hose 258, the delivery hose 2566 and the connecting box 253, and then the water is sprayed onto the inner wall of the tank body 2 from the spray head 255, and in the spraying process, the lifting electric cylinder 251 is driven to drive the ring pipe 254 to descend, so that the inner wall of the tank body 2 is completely washed, and then the residual coating can be cleaned and reused.
