Massage movement according to claim 1, characterized in that the massage device (2) comprises a massage drive motor (10) and a transmission (11), the transmission (11) comprising a kneading transmission assembly comprising a unidirectional bearing (11D) and a striking transmission assembly; the massage driving motor (10) rotates positively, the unidirectional bearing (11D) slides positively to cut off the transmission of the knocking transmission component, and the massage driving motor (10) drives the lower walking shaft support (3B) to rotate through the kneading transmission component; the massage driving motor (10) reversely rotates, the one-way bearing (11D) is reversely locked to be communicated with the transmission of the knocking transmission assembly, the massage driving motor (10) drives the lower walking shaft support (3B) to rotate through the kneading transmission assembly, and drives the knocking driving shaft support (9A) of the knocking driving mechanism (9) to rotate through the knocking transmission assembly.
