Abstract

本发明提供一种睡眠干预设备和睡眠干预管理系统,属于睡眠干预技术领域,其可至少部分解决现有的睡眠干预设备影响睡眠质量的问题。本发明的睡眠干预设备包括体征检测模组、处理器、睡眠干预模组;所述体征检测模组配置成对用户的体征信息进行非接触式检测;所述处理器配置成根据所述体征信息判断用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态;所述睡眠干预模组配置成响应于所述处理器判断用户处于睡眠状态且处于呼吸暂停状态的情况下对用户执行接触式的干预行为。

Description

睡眠干预设备和睡眠干预管理系统
技术领域
本发明属于睡眠干预技术领域,具体涉及一种睡眠干预设备和睡眠干预管理系统。
背景技术
睡眠干预设备用于对用户的睡眠进行监测和干预,例如监测用户在睡眠过程中是否发生阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)。在对用户的睡眠状态进行监测时,通常的手段例如是采用腕带式睡眠活动记录仪或者采用专业的睡眠床垫监测用户呼吸造成的微弱震动。现有的睡眠干预设备在监测用户睡眠状态时都会接触用户的躯体,对用户的入眠造成干扰,影响用户的睡眠质量。
发明内容
在本发明的一个方面,提供了一种睡眠干预设备,包括体征检测模组、处理器、睡眠干预模组;所述体征检测模组配置成对用户的体征信息进行非接触式检测;所述处理器配置成根据所述体征信息判断用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态;所述睡眠干预模组配置成响应于所述处理器判断用户处于睡眠状态且处于呼吸暂停状态的情况下对用户执行接触式的干预行为。
在一些实施例中,所述体征检测模组为生物雷达。
在一些实施例中,所述体征信息包括呼吸数据、体动数据、心率数据。
在一些实施例中,所述睡眠干预模组包括电刺激器件,所述电刺激器件配置成电刺激用户的喉部颏舌肌扩张以打开用户的气道。
在一些实施例中,所述睡眠干预模组包括震动器件,所述震动器件配置成对用户进行震动以诱导用户进入侧卧状态。
在一些实施例中,睡眠干预设备还包括助眠模组,所述助眠模组配置成响应于所述处理器判断用户处于清醒状态,执行助眠行为,所述助眠行为包括产生声音、光、画面中的至少一者。
在一些实施例中,所述光包括红橙光。
在一些实施例中,所述声音包括白噪声。
在一些实施例中,所述助眠模组配置成响应于所述处理器判断用户处于睡眠状态,停止执行助眠行为。
在一些实施例中,所述助眠模组还配置成响应于所述处理器判断用户从睡眠状态进入清醒状态,执行唤醒行为,所述唤醒行为包括产生声音、光、画面中的至少一者。
在一些实施例中,所述睡眠干预设备为分体式结构,所述体征检测模组、睡眠干预模组位于本地端,所述处理器位于远端。
在一些实施例中,所述睡眠干预设备为分体式结构,所述体征检测模组、睡眠干预模组、助眠模组位于本地端,所述处理器位于远端。
在本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种睡眠干预管理系统,与前述的睡眠干预设备通讯连接,该睡眠干预管理系统包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器配置成存储与睡眠状态和呼吸状态对应的干预行为方案,所述处理器配置成从所述睡眠干预设备获得用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态,并根据用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态从所述存储器中获得对应的干预行为方案,将所述干预行为方案反馈给所述睡眠干预设备。
在一些实施例中,所述存储器配置成存储与睡眠状态和呼吸状态对应的助眠行为方案,所述处理器配置成从所述睡眠干预设备获得用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态,并根据用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态从所述存储器中获得对应的助眠行为方案,将所述助眠行为方案反馈给所述睡眠干预设备。
在一些实施例中,所述存储器配置成存储与睡眠状态和呼吸状态对应的唤醒行为方案,所述处理器配置成从所述睡眠干预设备获得用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态,并根据用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态从所述存储器中获得对应的唤醒行为方案,将所述唤醒行为方案反馈给所述睡眠干预设备。

具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
参见图1,本实施例提供一种睡眠干预设备,包括体征检测模组1、处理器2、睡眠干预模组3。
其中,体征检测模组1用于对用户的体征信息进行非接触式检测;处理器2用于根据体征检测模组1的检测数据判断用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态;睡眠干预模组3用于在处理器2判断用户处于睡眠状态且处于呼吸暂停状态的情况下对用户进行接触式呼吸暂停干预。
可选地,体征检测模组1可以是压力传感器或射频雷达。
在一些实施例中,射频雷达为2.45GHz微波的微功率射频雷达。
在一些实施例中,射频雷达为24GHz的生物雷达。
在一些实施例中,射频雷达为连续波(CW,continuous wave)生物雷达。
在一些实施例中,射频雷达为超宽带(UWB,ultra wide band)生物雷达。
雷达发出的无线电波可穿透非金属介质,不需要任何电极或传感器接触用户身体,即可探测到用户的生命信息,不需要与用户身体接触,从而可减少对用户睡眠的干扰。
在本发明的一些优选实施例中,采用的生物雷达为超宽带生物雷达(UWB,ultrawide band)。美国联邦通信委员会(FCC)对超宽带信号的定义为:无线通信系统的相对带宽大于20%或者绝对带宽大于500Mhz的信号是超宽带信号。
超宽带生物雷达具有如下特点;极窄的脉冲(脉宽几十个ns或者十几个ps,频率从零频延伸到几十Ghz;FCC对于UWB系统带宽的规定为3.1~10.6GHz)、无载波、数据传输率高、系统容量大、功耗低、抗多径干扰的能力强、电磁兼容性好。
在本发明的一个具体实现中,所用的超宽带生物雷达中心频率从4G到10G、窄脉冲宽度1.5ns到5ns。
尽管上述列举了多个生物雷达的示例,其它方式的体征检测模组也是可用的。例如基于激光或基于光学成像的体征检测模组。
在一些实施例中,体征检测模组1用于检测用户的呼吸数据、体动数据、心率数据。
处理器2根据从体征检测模组1探测到的体征信息分析出用户处于何种睡眠状态(例如是深度睡眠、浅度睡眠、清醒状态等),并分析出用户是否发生呼吸暂停。
例如,以生物雷达为例,处理器2对雷达回波的I/Q两路基带正交信号进行反正切解调,根据呼吸、心率及体动信号的不同频率特征(呼吸频率0.15~0.45Hz,心率0.83~3.3Hz,体动频率3~4Hz)分离出呼吸信号、心率信号及体动信号。
在上述基础上进行睡眠分期判断:睡眠状态分为清醒状态、即将苏醒状态(REM期)和睡眠状态(NREM期,分为深度睡眠状态和浅度睡眠状态)。
(1)睡眠中心率的变化:
a.NREM期比清醒时心率慢10次/分~30次/分;深睡期的心率最低且平稳。
b.当REM期的持续时间大于20min~30min时,心率通常不会持续保持在高水平,而会发生较大起伏的振荡(周期为20min左右)。
c.在睡眠周期转换时常会有较明显的变化,而睡眠周期内的心率变化相对幅度较小,持续时间也较短。
d.从NREM期进入REM期时,心动周期的下降呈缓坡状,约在6min~10min内降到底部;
e.由NREM期到清醒期,一般伴随心动周期的突降(15s内)。
(2)睡眠中呼吸周期的变化:
a.NREM期的呼吸率较慢和平稳。尤其在深睡期呼吸最为平稳,此规律可靠性较高,呼吸模式是规则的;
b.REM期,呼吸信号变得不规则,频率的变化更加的迅速;
c.随着NREM和REM的更替而起伏变化。
d.在深度睡眠期,呼吸率变化缓慢,深度睡眠呼吸信号特征参数和呼吸次数方差变小。呼吸信号幅值变化平稳,呼吸信号幅度差值积累在深度睡眠期降低。
(3)睡眠中体动的变化:
清醒期体动的幅度和频度均较大,而睡眠状态中的体动,偶有翻身,多见身体局部的动作,通常较为短促,幅度较小,发生频度低。在浅睡期和REM期,体动都会发生。
因此,基于以上数据特征,可以通过以下步骤区分睡眠状态:
第一步:区分清醒期与非清醒期。根据数据特征:非清醒期的心动、呼吸周期长;而清醒期体动密集且持续时间长等。
第二步:区分睡眠中(NREM)与即将苏醒(REM)。根据数据特征:从NREM向REM转换时与从NREMS中觉醒时的心动周期变化规律不同;且NREM期的呼吸率较慢和平稳,而REM期,呼吸信号变得不规则,频率的变化更加的迅速。
第三步:区分深睡与浅睡。根据数据特征:深睡期心率、呼吸慢而平稳;深度睡眠呼吸信号特征参数和呼吸次数方差变小。呼吸信号幅值变化平稳,呼吸信号幅度差值积累在深度睡眠期降低。
第四步:进行校正。
2、睡眠呼吸暂停判断:
根据阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征诊治指南,睡眠呼吸暂停的定义为:睡眠过程中口鼻呼吸气流消失或明显减弱(较基线幅度下降>=90%),持续时间>=10秒。利用食管测压法检测由呼吸诱发的胸腔内压力的变化,并对采集到的信号与正常呼吸状态记录的信号进行对比分析,与正常呼吸状态相比,发生呼吸暂停时胸腹部的运动幅度及压力均明显变小。由上可知,当发生呼吸暂停时,呼吸信号的幅度明显小于正常呼吸信号的幅度。因此,首先从雷达回波中提取出呼吸信号之后,可利用呼吸幅度阈值判断法进行呼吸暂停判断,即当呼吸幅度的幅值较正常基线下降了超过90%即可认为发生了呼吸暂停。
处理器2在判断出用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态后,即可发出指令,控制睡眠干预模组3对用户的睡眠状态进行干预。特别是当判断出用户发生呼吸暂停时,如能即使干预,既能提高睡眠质量,又能避免发生以外死亡。
可选地,睡眠干预模组3包括电刺激器件31,电刺激器件31用于电刺激用户的喉部颏舌肌扩张以打开用户的气道。
使用时,电刺激器件31附着于用户喉部位置,通过对喉部颏舌肌产生电刺激,刺激其扩张,从而打开用户的气道,从而抑制呼吸暂停的发生。
在一些实施例中,电刺激器件31包括电刺激模组和电极片,其中电刺激模组产生电脉冲,经由电极片将电刺激传递至颏舌肌,刺激其扩张。
可选地,睡眠干预模组3包括震动器件32,震动器件32用于对用户进行震动以诱导用户进入侧卧状态。
使用时,震动器件32附着于用户背部,对用户施加震动刺激,从而诱导用户把睡姿改为侧卧式。由于侧卧的睡姿下,用户气道受到的压力减小,有利于用户打开气道。
在一些实施例中,震动器件32包括震动模组、运动传感器(例如三轴、六轴)、绑定松紧带。首先,绑定松紧带将震动器件和人体绑定起来,使震动器件舒适的固定在人体背部处;随后,当处理器2判定需要进行干预后,处理器2控制震动模组产生开始震动,直到人体变为侧卧姿势后,运动传感器感应到该体位变化信息并将该体位变化信息发送给处理器2,且此时震动模组停止震动。
容易理解,处理器2判断出用户的呼吸暂停已经消失后,会发出指令控制上述睡眠干预模组3停止上述干预。
容易理解,由于睡眠干预模组接触用户,睡眠干预模组与处理器并不位于同一个封装结构中,为了实现睡眠干预模组与处理器的无线通讯,可以通过蓝牙、Wi-Fi、Zigbee等实现二者的连接。为此,可以在睡眠干预模组、处理器上分别连接对应的无线通讯器件。
可选地,还包括助眠模组4,助眠模组4用于在处理器2判断用户处于清醒状态的情况下执行助眠行为,例如发出助眠声音、助眠灯光、显示助眠画面等。
也就是说,处理器2在预设或用户设定的睡眠时间节点时判断出用户处于清醒状态后,向助眠模组4发出指令,控制助眠模组4帮助用户进入睡眠状态。
可选地,助眠灯光包括红橙光,例如550-750nm的光。当然也可以是其他昏暗柔和的灯光。
可选地,助眠声音包括白噪声。当然,也可以是轻音乐等。
可选地,助眠画面包括有助于入睡的平静、舒适画面。
可选地,助眠模组4用于在处理器2判断用户处于睡眠状态的情况下,停止执行助眠行为。一方面更加节能,另一方面可以减少对用户睡眠的干扰。
可选地,助眠模组4还用于在处理器2判断用户即将从睡眠状态进入清醒状态的情况下,执行唤醒行为。唤醒行为包括发出唤醒声音、唤醒灯光、显示唤醒画面。
即处理器2判断用户即将苏醒,向助眠模组4发出指令,由助眠模组4唤醒用户。
唤醒声音例如是由弱到强的唤醒音乐,唤醒灯光例如是柔和的自然灯光,唤醒画面例如是生动活泼的自然景色。从而将用户以更加舒适的状态唤醒。
容易理解,为了执行上述助眠和唤醒功能,助眠模组可以是扬声器、LED灯、显示屏等。
在本发明的实施例中,睡眠干预设备可以是集成式结构,各个部件均位于本地端。
在本发明的实施例中,睡眠干预设备还可以是分体式结构,体征检测模组、睡眠干预模组位于本地端,处理器位于远端。
在一些实施例中,睡眠干预设备为分体式结构,体征检测模组、睡眠干预模组、助眠模组位于本地端,处理器位于远端。
其中,本地端指的是在用户侧(而非指的是集成在同一个壳体封装结构中),是相对于非用户侧的远端的服务器端等而言的,可以通过多种方式,例如无线蜂窝网络(WWAN,可以通过3G、4G、5G等无线通讯网络实现)、无线城域网(可以通过WiMAX等无线宽带实现)等实现本地端与服务器端的通讯。还可以通过设置中转设备,例如无线路由器、Zigbee路由、蓝牙节点等方式与远端的服务器通过有线网络或无线网络进行通讯,还可以是先将睡眠干预设备通过蓝牙或Wi-Fi连接到用户侧的手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等,然后利用这些设备与远端的服务器通过有线网络或无线网络进行通讯。
通过将处理器分离设置在远端的服务器,有利于开发人员持续更新相关的睡眠状态、呼吸状态的算法以及更新干预行为方案、助眠行为方案、唤醒行为方案的具体技术实现,避免了对睡眠干预设备频繁进行整体更新,降低睡眠干预设备的耗电量,简化产品的体积和结构复杂度。
容易理解,无论是唤醒、助眠等所用的音乐、图片等资源在本地固话存储,或者从用户的手机、平板电脑中传输获得,睡眠干预设备中还设有存储器存储相应的资源。
容易理解,当将上述处理器设置于远端时,为了管理各模组的基本功能、电源管理、开关机管理等,本地端还会设置相应的本地处理器执行所需功能,该本地处理器通常选择用微控制器MCU(例如单片机或ARM/MIPS精简指令集结构的处理器)实现。
本发明还提供了一种睡眠干预管理系统,与前述的睡眠干预设备通讯连接,该睡眠干预管理系统包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器配置成存储与睡眠状态和呼吸状态对应的干预行为方案,所述处理器配置成从所述睡眠干预设备获得用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态,并根据用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态从所述存储器中获得对应的干预行为方案,将所述干预行为方案反馈给所述睡眠干预设备。
在一些实施例中,所述存储器配置成存储与睡眠状态和呼吸状态对应的助眠行为方案,所述处理器配置成从所述睡眠干预设备获得用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态,并根据用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态从所述存储器中获得对应的助眠行为方案,将所述助眠行为方案反馈给所述睡眠干预设备。
在一些实施例中,所述存储器配置成存储与睡眠状态和呼吸状态对应的唤醒行为方案,所述处理器配置成从所述睡眠干预设备获得用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态,并根据用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态从所述存储器中获得对应的唤醒行为方案,将所述唤醒行为方案反馈给所述睡眠干预设备。
容易理解,上述睡眠干预管理系统的处理器,在将睡眠干预设备设计为分体式结构时,可以与睡眠干预设备的处理器集成为一个。
所述处理器,可以是中央处理器CPU、数字处理器DSP、微控制器MCU、专用集成电路ASIC、可编程逻辑门阵列FPGA等。通过执行应用程序(如CPU)或者被编程为具有对应的功能(如FPGA)或者被固化为具有专门功能(如ASIC)可以执行上述所要实现的功能。
所述存储器,可以是机械硬盘(HDD)、固态硬盘(SSD)、闪存Flash、SD、MicroSD、CF、eMMC等存储介质。在存储器中存储睡眠状态和呼吸状态与干预行为方案、助眠行为方案、唤醒行为方案的对应关系,可以在管理设备中对这些对应关系持续的进行更新,以更好的满足用户需求。
进一步地,还可以将助眠、唤醒等用的音乐、图片等存储在管理系统的存储器中,用户在使用睡眠干预设备时可以通过网络传输并在睡眠干预设备的存储器中缓存所用的音乐、图片等资源。这样的设计,可以在管理系统中不断增加、更新相关资源,以更好的满足用户的个性化需求。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种睡眠干预设备,其特征在于,包括体征检测模组、处理器、睡眠干预模组;所述体征检测模组配置成对用户的体征信息进行非接触式检测;所述处理器配置成根据所述体征信息判断用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态;所述睡眠干预模组配置成响应于所述处理器判断用户处于睡眠状态且处于呼吸暂停状态的情况下对用户执行接触式的干预行为。
2.根据权利要求1所述的睡眠干预设备,其特征在于,所述体征检测模组为生物雷达。
3.根据权利要求1所述的睡眠干预设备,其特征在于,所述体征信息包括呼吸数据、体动数据、心率数据。
4.根据权利要求1所述的睡眠干预设备,其特征在于,所述睡眠干预模组包括电刺激器件,所述电刺激器件配置成电刺激用户的喉部颏舌肌扩张以打开用户的气道。
5.根据权利要求1所述的睡眠干预设备,其特征在于,所述睡眠干预模组包括震动器件,所述震动器件配置成对用户进行震动以诱导用户进入侧卧状态。

13.一种睡眠干预管理系统,与权利要求1-12任一所述的睡眠干预设备通讯连接,其特征在于,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器配置成存储与睡眠状态和呼吸状态对应的干预行为方案,所述处理器配置成从所述睡眠干预设备获得用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态,并根据用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态从所述存储器中获得对应的干预行为方案,将所述干预行为方案反馈给所述睡眠干预设备。
14.根据权利要求13所述的睡眠干预管理系统,其特征在于,所述存储器配置成存储与睡眠状态和呼吸状态对应的助眠行为方案,所述处理器配置成从所述睡眠干预设备获得用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态,并根据用户的睡眠状态和呼吸状态从所述存储器中获得对应的助眠行为方案,将所述助眠行为方案反馈给所述睡眠干预设备。
