Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved by the invention
However, the stirring device of the conventional cooking device includes two stirring arms, but these stirring arms are provided diagonally with respect to the rotation center of the rotating body. In addition, the rotation center of the rotating body is consistent with the center of the bottom surface of the inner pot. Therefore, if the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the inner pot is circular, the positions where the two stirring arms rotate in the inner pot are always located at the same distance from the side surface of the inner pot. That is, the two stirring arms rotate at the same distance from the side surface of the inner pot. Therefore, the two stirring arms always rotate to the same position in the inner pan for stirring.
An object of one aspect of the present invention is to provide a heating cooker capable of efficiently stirring food in an inner pot.

Detailed Description
[ embodiment 1]
Embodiments of the present invention are described below based on the drawings. In the present embodiment, a heating cooker will be described as an example of the automatic cooker of the present invention. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a heating cooker according to the present embodiment.
(construction of heating cooker 101)
As shown in fig. 1, the heating cooker 101 includes a cooker body (casing) 11 and a lid 12. The main body 11 and the lid 12 are connected by a rear rotation support 13. Therefore, the lid 12 rotates about the rotation support portion 13 and is openable and closable with respect to the main body portion 11.
The main body 11 includes an inner pot (food material accommodating portion) 14, and the inner pot 14 is accommodated in a recess in the main body 11 so as to be freely movable in and out.
The cover 12 includes an outer cover 15 and an inner cover 16. The outer lid 15 is a box portion of the lid 12 and is mainly formed of resin. The inner lid 16 is made of a metal material such as aluminum or stainless steel, and when the lid body 12 is closed, it serves as a lid for the inner pot 14 and closes the upper surface of the inner pot 14. The inner lid 16 is provided on the inner surface of the outer lid 15, and is detachable from the outer lid 15 by fitting, for example, the outer peripheral portion to the outer lid 15. A stirring device (rotating body) 21 including one stirring arm 22 for stirring the food material contained in the inner pot 14 is provided on a surface (a surface facing the inner pot 14 when the inner pot 14 is covered with the inner lid 16) 16a of the inner lid 16. Details of the stirring device 21 will be described below.
(constitution of stirring device 21)
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the stirring device 21 as viewed from the front surface 21a thereof, and fig. 3 is a perspective view of the stirring device 21 as viewed from the rear surface 21b thereof.
As shown in fig. 3, the stirring device 21 is provided with a connecting portion 24 on the back surface 21b, to which a drive shaft 32 of a drive motor 31 described later is connected. The connection portion 24 is provided at one end portion of the rear surface 21b of the stirring device 21, and has a recess 24a formed at the distal end portion thereof to engage with the projection of the drive shaft 32. Thereby, the driving force of the driving motor 31 is transmitted to the driving shaft 32, and is transmitted to the connection portion 24 connected to the driving shaft 32 in an engaged state, and the stirring device 21 rotates centering on the connection portion 24.
The stirring arm 22 included in the stirring device 21 is pivotally supported at one end portion thereof by a side surface 21c spaced apart from a formation position of the connecting portion 24, and is rotatable. In addition, the stirring arm 22 rotates by its own weight. That is, the stirring arm 22 does not rotate while the front surface 21a of the stirring device 21 is directed upward as shown in fig. 2, and rotates downward while the rear surface 21b of the stirring device 21 is directed upward as shown in fig. 3. Since the stirring arm 22 is configured to rotate by its own weight, the stirring device 21 is not provided with a motor for driving the stirring arm 22, a gear for transmitting a driving force of the motor, and the like.
Therefore, since the stirring device 21 can be reduced in weight and size, the heating cooker 101 including the stirring device 21 can be reduced in size.
(operation of the agitating arm 22)
Fig. 4 is a plan view showing a state where the lid 12 of the heating cooker 101 is closed, and fig. 5 is a sectional view of the heating cooker 101 shown in fig. 4 as viewed from the line AA. Fig. 6 is a plan view showing a state where the lid 12 of the cooking device 101 is opened, and fig. 7 is a sectional view of the cooking device 101 shown in fig. 6, viewed from a line BB.
The stirring arm 22 is rotated by its own weight toward the front surface 16a of the inner lid 16 when the lid 12 is opened as shown in fig. 6 and 7, and toward the inner pot 14 when the lid 12 is closed as shown in fig. 4 and 5. However, the rotation of the stirring arm 22 on the side of the inner pot 14 is restricted. Here, the stirring arm 22 is restricted from rotating forward if it rotates to the center line X of the inner pot 14. As a restricting member, a protrusion (not shown) is provided on the support shaft 23, and when the stirring arm 22 is rotated to a predetermined position, the protrusion of the support shaft 23 is engaged with an engaging portion (not shown) provided in the stirring device 21, thereby restricting the rotation of the stirring arm 22. That is, the stirring arm 22 is rotated from a first position along the surface 16a of the inner lid 16 of the lid body 12 to a second position different from the first position, and the rotation range is set. The range of rotation from the first position to the second position different from the first position is, for example, as shown in fig. 5, a range indicated by an arrow. That is, the range from the position (first position) along the surface 16a of the inner lid 16 to the position (second position) substantially perpendicular to the bottom surface 14a of the inner pot 14 in the longitudinal direction of the stirring arm 22 is the rotation range of the stirring arm 22.
Therefore, the stirring arm 22 of the stirring device 21 is in a state of being able to stir the contents of the inner pot 14 when the cover 12 is covered on the inner pot 14, and is in a state of being completely separated from the inner pot 14 when the cover 12 is opened from the inner pot 14, by its own weight. Thus, the stirring arm 22 can reliably stir the contents in the inner pot 14 during stirring, and does not become an obstacle when the contents are taken out from the inner pot 14 when the inner pot 14 is opened.
(rotation of the stirring device 21)
As shown in fig. 5, when the lid 12 is closed, the stirring device 21 rotates with a line Y passing through the center of the drive shaft 32 connected to the connection portion 24 as a rotation center. The stirring device 21 is rotated in a direction in which the stirring arm 22 at the stirring position in the inner pot 14 is not rotated toward the inner lid 16. Thus, the food material in the inner pot 14 can be stirred by the stirring arm 22.
After the stirring in the inner pot 14 by the stirring device 21, the rotation stop position of the stirring device 21 is set to a position where the stirring arm 22 can be rotated to the surface 16a of the inner lid 16 by its own weight when the lid body 12 is opened, as shown in fig. 1. Specifically, the cooking device 101 includes a stopping member that stops the stirring device 21 at a predetermined position so that the stirring arm 22 rotates toward the rotating surface (surface 21a) of the stirring device 21 when the lid 12 opens the inner pot 14. That is, the stirring device 21 is driven and controlled by the stop member so as to stop at a predetermined position. Thus, when the stirring device 21 is stopped at a predetermined position, the stirring device 21 can be rotated by a motor capable of determining the rotation angle of, for example, a stepping motor. Here, the recess 24a formed at a predetermined position of the connection portion 24 of the agitator 21 is engaged with a projection (not shown) formed on the inserted drive shaft 32, whereby the installation position of the agitator 21 can be always set to the same position. As another method, the cross-sectional shape of the connecting portion 24 of the stirring device 21 is D-shaped, and the cross-sectional shape of the driving shaft 32 of the driving motor 31 is D-shaped, whereby the stirring device 21 can be attached to the same position at all times when it is attached to the inner lid 16.
The length of the stirring arm 22 is set such that the lid 12 is opened in a state where the stirring device 21 is stopped at a predetermined position, and the stirring arm 22 does not contact the inner pot 14 when the stirring arm 22 is rotated.
(center of rotation of the stirring device 21)
Fig. 8 is a diagram showing a relationship between the center X of the inner pot 14 and the rotation center Y of the stirrer 21. Fig. 9 is a sectional view of the inner pot 14 shown in fig. 8, viewed along the direction of line CC. Fig. 10 is a diagram illustrating an appropriate range of the rotation center Y of the stirring device 21.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the rotation center Y of the stirring device 21 is set at a position offset from the center X of the inner pot 14. Thus, when the stirring device 21 rotates, the distance between the stirring arm 22 and the inner pot 14 becomes uneven, and the stirred food moves from a narrow area to a wide area and from the wide area to the narrow area. By thus shifting the rotation center Y of the stirring device 21 from the center X of the inner pot 14, so-called resistance generation can be repeated for the stirred material in the inner pot 14, and the resistance can be eliminated. Therefore, the kneaded material in the inner pot 14 can be appropriately and efficiently stirred.
For example, although the rotation center Y of the stirring device 21 is preferably 10mm apart from the center X of the inner pot 14, as shown in fig. 10, the stirring device 21 is preferably provided so as to include the center X of the bottom surface 14a of the inner pot 14 within a projection range (a rotation range 121 of the stirring arm 22) of the stirring device 21 projected onto the bottom surface 14a of the inner pot 14 when the stirring device 21 rotates, within the inner peripheral region 114 of the inner pot 14.
The rotation center Y of the stirring device 21 is preferably within the rotation range 121 shown in fig. 10, but is particularly preferably offset to the side of the rotation support portion (support portion) 13 that rotatably supports the lid 12. In this case, when the length of the stirring arm 22 is adjusted in the same manner as in the case where the stirring arm 22 is not rotated toward the inner lid 16 when the lid body 12 is opened, the lid body 12 can be opened without contacting the inner pot 14. That is, when the lid 12 is opened, the stirring portion (for example, the stirring arm 22) of the stirring device 21 may be configured so as not to contact the inner surface of the inner pot 14. Therefore, as described above, the stirring device 21 does not need to be stopped at a predetermined position, and may be stopped at any position.
In addition, when the rotation center Y of the stirring device 21 is shifted toward the rotation supporting portion 13, since the installation position of the lid 12 of the driving motor 31 for driving the stirring device 21 is also shifted toward the rotation supporting portion 13, when the lid 12 is opened, the center of gravity of the lid 12 is located at the lower side, and the main body portion 11 of the cooking device can be stabilized even in a state where the lid 12 is opened.
In addition, in the case where the rotation center Y of the stirring device 21 is shifted toward the rotation supporting portion 13, the stirring arms 22 are provided on both sides of the stirring device 21, and it is effective in the case where the stirring arms 22 and 22 are rotated on opposite sides to each other. That is, when the lid body 12 is opened, even if the stirring device 21 is stopped at a predetermined position, one stirring arm 22 is rotated toward the inner lid 16, but the other stirring arm 22 is not rotated toward the inner lid 16. Even in such a case, if the rotation center Y of the stirring device 21 is shifted toward the rotation supporting portion 13, the stirring arm 22 on the non-rotating side can open the lid 12 without contacting the inner pot 14.
As described above, the present invention is not limited to the case where one stirring arm 22 is provided in the stirring device 21, and may be provided in the case where two stirring arms are provided.
Even when the number of the stirring arms 22 is two, as described above, the stirring arms may be rotated on the same side instead of the opposite sides. In this case, the stirring device 21 is stopped at a predetermined position, and thus when the lid 12 is opened, the two stirring arms 22 are rotatable toward the inner lid 16. However, when the stirring device 21 is rotated in a certain direction while the lid 12 is closed, the stirring arm 22 that is rotatable in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the stirring device 21 is in a rotation-stopped state, and the food can be stirred, and the stirring arm 22 that is rotatable in the same direction as the rotation direction is in a rotatable state, so that it is difficult to stir the food. Therefore, a rotation stopping mechanism (not shown) may be provided separately so that the stirring arm 22, which rotates in the same direction as the rotation direction of the stirring device 21, does not rotate when the lid body 12 is closed. The rotation stopping mechanism releases the rotation stop of the stirring arm 22 when the lid 12 is opened.
[ conclusion ]
The heating cooker 101 according to aspect 1 of the present invention includes: an inner pan 14; a lid 12 covering the inner pot 14; and a rotating body (stirring device 21) provided in the lid body 12 and rotating in the inner pot 14 to stir the contents when the lid body 12 is covered with the inner pot 14; wherein the rotation center Y of the rotating body (stirring means 21) is offset from the center X of the bottom surface 14a of the inner pot 14.
According to the above configuration, the rotation center of the rotating body for stirring the contents of the inner pot is offset from the center of the bottom surface 14a of the inner pot, and thus the distance from the side surface of the inner pot to the side surface of the rotating body is not constant. That is, the size of the space from the side of the inner pot to the side of the rotating body becomes different. Thus, the contents in the inner pot are repeatedly moved from a wide space to a narrow space and from the narrow space to the wide space only by rotating the rotating body in the forward direction (rotating in one direction), and the contents can be sufficiently stirred in the inner pot without reversely rotating the rotating body.
The heating cooker according to aspect 2 of the present invention may further include, in aspect 1, the following: a case (a cooker body 11) for accommodating the inner pot 14; and a support portion (rotation support portion 13) that supports the lid 12 at one end of the case (main body portion 11) so as to be openable and closable with respect to the inner pot 14; wherein the rotation center Y of the rotating body (stirring means 21) is offset to the support portion (rotation support portion 13) side.
According to the above configuration, when the lid 12 is opened, the stirring portion (for example, the stirring arm 22) of the stirring device 21 may be configured so as not to contact the inner surface of the inner pot 14.
In the cooking device according to claim 3 of the present invention, in claim 1 or 2, the rotating body (stirring device 21) may be provided so as to include the center X of the bottom surface 14a of the inner pot 14 within a projection range (rotation range 121) of the rotating body (stirring device 21) projected onto the bottom surface 14a of the inner pot 14 when the rotating body (stirring device 21) rotates.
With the above configuration, the kneaded material in the inner pot 14 can be stirred appropriately and efficiently.
In the cooking device according to claim 4 of the present invention, in any one of claims 1 to 3, the rotating body (stirring device 21) may include a stirring arm 22 that rotates by its own weight with respect to the rotating body (stirring device 21).
According to the above configuration, since it is not necessary to provide a mechanism for rotating the stirring arm 22, the stirring device 21 can be configured to be lightweight and compact. This makes it possible to reduce the size of the cooking device including the stirring device.
In the cooking device according to claim 5 of the present invention, in claim 4, the stirring arm 22 may be regulated to rotate from a first position parallel to a surface of the lid 12 facing the inner pot 14 to a second position perpendicular thereto.
According to the above configuration, the stirring arm 22 of the stirring device 21 is in a state of being able to stir the contents of the inner pot 14 when the cover 12 is covered on the inner pot 14, and is in a state of being completely detached from the inner pot 14 when the cover 12 is opened from the inner pot 14, by its own weight. Thus, the stirring arm 22 can reliably stir the contents in the inner pot 14 during stirring, and does not become an obstacle when the contents are taken out from the inner pot 14 when the inner pot 14 is opened.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope shown in the claims, and embodiments obtained by appropriately combining technical means disclosed in different embodiments are also included in the technical scope of the present invention. Further, by combining the technical methods disclosed in the respective embodiments, new technical features can be formed.
