一种靶向针对减少尿酸生成的固体饮料,是由鹅肌肽50‑160份,菊粉2200‑3800份,裸藻80‑220份,向日葵花粉60‑180份,芹菜籽40‑100份,姜黄40‑100份,牛蒡根20‑80份,表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)20‑80份,西兰花种子水提物40‑100份,罗汉果甜苷6‑16份组成。有益效果:以上配方,重点突出,兼顾全面,经现代加工工艺制备而成的固体饮料,长期服用本品可以起到降低血尿酸的效果,并且不用担心副作用,适用于高尿酸血症患者和痛风患者日常保健用。

技术领域
本发明属于食品领域,具体涉及一种靶向针对减少尿酸生成的固体饮料。
技术背景
高尿酸是嘌呤代谢障碍引起的代谢性疾病,血液中尿酸的控制其中一种途径就是抑制尿酸的生成。尿酸是由次黄嘌呤和黄嘌呤经黄嘌呤氧化酶的作用而生成,而黄嘌呤氧化酶是催化上述反应,进而生成尿酸所必须的酶,因此,抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶活性可有效的抑制尿酸的形成,进而起到治疗通风的症状的作用。目前主要用于尿酸生成的药物有别嘌醇、非布司他等。
而靶向针对减少尿酸生成的固体饮料,未见相关报道。本发明就是应用现代食品科学技术,开发了一种具靶向针对减少尿酸生成的固体饮料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种靶向减少尿酸生成的固体饮料,该固体饮料全部原料都是食品级原料,可以长期食用。
本发明可由如下方式来实现,本发明由下述重量份的组份制成:鹅肌肽50-160份,菊粉2200-3800份,裸藻80-220份,向日葵花粉60-180份,芹菜籽40-100份,姜黄40-100份,牛蒡根20-80份,表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)20-80份,西兰花种子水提物40-100份,罗汉果甜苷6-16份。
本发明选用各组方的作用:
鹅肌肽:在组方中起到增加乳酸脱氢酶的活性加速能量的转换,清除活性氧,减少不被利用的嘌呤数量,从而起到减少尿酸生成的作用。
菊粉:是一种天然的水溶性膳食纤维,几乎不能被胃酸水解和消化,只有在结肠被有益微生物利用,从而改善肠道环境。摄入菊粉后能增强胃肠道蠕动,提高肠胃功能,增加消化和食欲,提高机体免疫力。组方中起到填充物的作用,菊粉吸湿性强,具有结合自由水的能力,可以降低水分活度。这一点可充分利用到食品加工中延缓水分的蒸发,防止产品变味,延长食品货架期和保质期。
裸藻:裸藻能抑制嘌呤吸收,利用天然的裸藻治疗痛风也已实现。在保护肝脏、缓和过敏性皮炎、抑制嘌呤吸收和预防改善痛风方面有独特作用,在喜食海鲜的日本,天然的裸藻多糖已运用于各类治疗痛风、肝癌的药品中。
向日葵花粉:研究表明向日葵花粉中含有生物碱、黄酮、挥发油等活性成分,性结合尿酸形成葵花碱尿酸复合物,从而抑制尿酸的生成。
芹菜籽:含有芹菜素等黄酮物质,据研究表明能够印制尿酸生成和抗炎镇痛的作用。
姜黄:现代药理研究姜黄素能对抗角义菜胶诱发的大鼠脚趾肿胀,可逆地抑制尼古丁、乙酰胆碱、5-羟色胺、氯化钡及组胺诱发的离体豚鼠回肠收缩,类似于非固醇类抗炎药。在组方中起到对抗各种炎症,抗氧化,抗肿瘤,减少细胞死亡数量的作用,从而减少尿酸的生成。
牛蒡根:通过不同剂量牛蒡根提取物进行小鼠血尿酸水平研究,发现牛蒡跟能够显著降低次黄嘌呤所致高尿酸血症小鼠的血尿酸水平。在组方中抑制肝脏黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性减少嘌呤的合成,从而抑制尿酸。
表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG):2010年卫生部公布新食品原料,EGCG是茶多酚中最有效的活性成分,属于儿茶素,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗动脉硬化、抗血栓形成、抗血管增生、抗炎镇痛以及抗肿瘤作用。在组方中起到增加其他物料抗氧化的作用。
西兰花种子水提物:2017年卫生部公布新食品原料,其主要含有丰富的萝卜硫素,所以具有抗癌防癌、清除肺部细菌、防治痛风的功效,同时因为西兰花中各种其他营养成分,西兰花提取物同时有可以清除体内自由基、预防衰老、抗氧化的作用。
罗汉果甜苷:是纯天然的甜味剂,甜度高,安全性好。罗汉果还具有很好的保健作用,对促进肠胃机能和清热止咳、止渴化痰、滑肠排毒、嫩肤益颜、清热润肺效果更为显著,在组方中还起到调节口感的作用。

实例一:鹅肌肽50g,菊粉2200g,裸藻80g,向日葵花粉60g,芹菜籽40g,姜黄40g份,牛蒡根20g,表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)20g,西兰花种子水提物40g,罗汉果甜苷6g。将以上原料,过80目筛,投入多维混合机充分混合均匀,包装,按4.2g/包小包装分装,得成品。
实例二:鹅肌肽160g,菊粉3800g,裸藻220g,向日葵花粉180g,芹菜籽100g,姜黄100g,牛蒡根80g,表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)80g,西兰花种子水提物100g,罗汉果甜苷16g。将以上原料,过80目筛,投入多维混合机充分混合均匀,包装,按4.2g/包小包装分装,得成品。
实例三:鹅肌肽100g,菊粉3000g,裸藻100g,向日葵花粉100g,芹菜籽60g,姜黄50g,牛蒡根40g,表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)40g,西兰花种子水提物60g,罗汉果甜苷10g。将以上原料,过80目筛,投入多维混合机充分混合均匀,包装,按4.2g/包小包装分装,得成品。
实例四:鹅肌肽120g份,菊粉3200g,裸藻160g,向日葵花粉120g,芹菜籽80g,姜黄80g,牛蒡根60g,表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)60g,西兰花种子水提物80g,罗汉果甜苷12g。将以上原料,过80目筛,投入多维混合机充分混合均匀,包装,按4.2g/包小包装分装,得成品。
