Background
With the development of wireless communication technology, especially the research of the fifth Generation mobile communication technology (5g, 5th Generation) has been developed, more and more terminals having different capabilities and different uses are appeared. A communication device (e.g., a core network device or an access network device) on the network side needs to know capability information of a terminal, so as to configure different resources according to different capability information of the terminal, perform transmission of communication data, and implement a communication function.
At present, the capability information of the network side device is acquired by adopting a mode of reporting the capability by the terminal. For example, the terminal reports its own capability information to the access network device during registration or registration update, and then the access network device sends the capability information of the terminal to the core network device for storage. In some embodiments of the present application, the preset capability information set may also be obtained by dividing, by the access network device, source terminal capability information of different terminals according to the terminal capability attribute information, and then sending the divided source terminal capability information to the core network device for storage. The concrete implementation is as follows: after the access network equipment receives the source terminal capability information, the access network equipment can divide the source terminal capability information into terminal capability information according to the capability attribute information, and correspondingly store the capability attribute information and the terminal capability information as a preset capability information set; and sending a preset capability information set to the core network equipment. Or the access network equipment divides the source terminal capability information into a terminal capability information set according to the capability attribute information and sets a terminal capability identifier for the terminal capability set; correspondingly storing the capability attribute information, the terminal capability information and the terminal capability identification as a preset capability information set; and finally, sending the preset capability information set to the core network equipment.
It can be understood that, since the transmission of the terminal capability information corresponds to the terminal capability attribute information, and the terminal capability information is transmitted according to the terminal capability attribute information, when the terminal capability information is transmitted between network elements (i.e., between communication devices), the terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information may be transmitted, so that, since only the terminal capability information corresponding to a certain terminal capability attribute information is sent, even if all the terminal capability information is much, all the terminal capability information is fixed, when a service is implemented, transmitting the terminal capability information corresponding to a certain terminal capability attribute information corresponding to the service implementation does not increase the pressure of the terminal capability information transmission between the communication devices, but rather, the huge signaling overhead caused by the transmission of the capability information between the communication devices is also reduced.
Further, based on the above implementation, when the access network device performs handover, the transmission process of the terminal capability information is also involved. The access network device realized by the method is taken as a source access network device to explain data transmission when a scene is switched.
S203, in the process of switching to the target access network, acquiring the target terminal capability attribute information of the target access network.
And S204, acquiring final terminal capability information corresponding to the target terminal capability attribute information from the core network equipment according to the target terminal capability attribute information.
And S205, sending the target terminal capability attribute information and the final terminal capability information to the target access network equipment.
In this embodiment of the present application, in the process of switching from the source access network device to the target access network, the source access network device needs to send the terminal capability attribute information and the corresponding capability information required by the target access network to the target access network device. Therefore, the source access network device can acquire the target terminal capability attribute information of the target access network; and sending the target terminal capability attribute information to core network equipment, wherein the core network equipment acquires final terminal capability information corresponding to the target terminal capability attribute information from the preset capability information in a centralized manner, and then sends the target terminal capability attribute information and the final terminal capability information to the target access network equipment through the access network equipment.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, both the source access network device and the target access network device communicate with the same core network device.
In some embodiments of the present application, the source access network device may obtain the target terminal capability attribute information of the target access network according to the configuration information of the target access network, or may request to obtain the target access network device. That is, the source access network device may obtain the terminal capability attribute information required by the target access network device based on the local configuration or obtain the terminal capability attribute information required by the target access network based on the request of the target access network device.
Specifically, the source access network device obtains configuration information of a target access network; and acquiring the target terminal capability attribute information of the target access network according to the configuration information of the target access network. Or, the source access network device receives a target capability information request sent by the target access network device, wherein the target capability information request carries the capability attribute information of the target terminal.
It can be understood that, since the core network device transmits the terminal capability information according to the terminal capability attribute information, that is, the storage of the terminal capability information in the core network device is divided based on the terminal capability attribute information, when the source access network device, the target access network device, and the source access network device and the core network device transmit the terminal capability information, the terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information may be transmitted.
EXAMPLE III
Based on the implementation of the first embodiment and the second embodiment, an exemplary embodiment of the present application provides a data transmission method, as shown in fig. 5, including:
s301, when at least one terminal is registered, sending source terminal capability information to the access network equipment.
S302, the access network equipment sends the source terminal capability information to the core network equipment.
S303, the core network device divides the source terminal capability information into terminal capability information according to the capability attribute information and stores the terminal capability information as a preset capability information set.
S304, when the access network equipment configures at least one terminal, the access network equipment sends a terminal capacity request message to the core network equipment, wherein the terminal capacity request message carries terminal capacity attribute information.
S305, the core network equipment acquires target terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information from the preset capability information set.
S306, the core network equipment sends the target terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information to the access network equipment.
And S307, the access network equipment provides configuration information for at least one terminal according to the target terminal capability information.
In some embodiments of the present application, data related to terminal capability information needs to be transmitted between the access network device, the core network device, and the terminal, but in this transmission process, because these are implemented in the inter-network element interface message transmission process, and the inter-network element interface message has a bearer capability limitation, a factor of a maximum bearer capability of the inter-network element interface message also needs to be considered in the data transmission process.
The transmission of the data related to the terminal capability information between any two network elements in the access network device, the core network device and the terminal is simplified into the data transmission between the sending end and the receiving end. The correspondence between the transmitting end and the receiving end is shown in table 5.

the sending end determines whether the terminal capability information related data meets the preset network element interface message bearing condition or not; when the preset network element interface message bearing condition is not met, the sending end splits the terminal capacity information related data according to the preset network element interface message bearing condition, and N sub-terminal capacity information related data are obtained; wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1; and respectively sending the N pieces of data related to the sub-terminal capability information to a receiving end.
In the embodiment of the present application, if the size of the data related to the terminal capability information exceeds the maximum bearer capability of the interface message between the network elements, the sender may divide the data related to the terminal capability information into a plurality of messages to be sent.
The preset network element interface message bearing condition is the network element interface message bearing capacity.
Illustratively, if the maximum bearing capacity of the interface message between the network elements between the sending end and the receiving end is Xbit and the terminal capacity information related data is Ybit, the sending end may be divided into Y/X +1 messages to send the sub-terminal capacity information related data.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, on the premise that the data related to the capability information of the sub terminal meets the preset message bearing condition of the network element interface, the splitting manner is not limited.
It can be understood that, when the sending end transmits the terminal capability related data, the factor of the bearing capability of the interface between the network elements is considered, and the success rate of sending the sub-terminal capability information related data is ensured, so that the success rate of receiving the terminal capability related data by the receiving end is improved, and the transmission pressure between the network elements is also reduced.
In the embodiment of the application, the sending end needs to inform the message receiving end about the information of the message segments when the sending end carries out the message, so that the sending end can be conveniently used when the segmented messages are integrated.
In some embodiments of the application, a sending end carries out segmentation marking on N pieces of sub-terminal capability information related data to obtain marking information of each piece of sub-terminal capability information related data, wherein the marking information is used for representing segmentation positions and total number of segments where the sub-terminal capability information related data are located; and the sending end respectively sends the mark information of the capacity information related data of each sub-terminal and the capacity information related data of each sub-terminal to the receiving end.
In this embodiment, the receiving end may determine whether the data transmission is finished according to the mark information of the data related to the capability information of each sub-terminal, and when the data transmission is finished, arrange the data related to the capability information of the N sub-terminals according to the segment position in the mark information, and integrate the data related to the capability information of one terminal.
It should be noted that, the segment position of the data related to the sub-terminal capability information may be the information related to the second segment, and may further include an identifier that is the last segment, so as to determine whether the data transmission is finished. The data related to the sub-terminal capability information may be carried in a segmented message for transmission.
Based on the consideration of segmentation, after receiving the data related to the capability information of multiple sub-terminals, the receiving end needs to integrate the data related to the capability information of multiple sub-terminals, and then the data needs to be integrated according to the segmentation position.
In some embodiments of the application, a sending end associates the capability information related data of the N sub-terminals to obtain an association label of the capability information related data of each sub-terminal, wherein the association label is used for representing that the capability information related data of the sub-terminals belong to the same terminal capability information related data; and the sending end respectively sends the related data of each sub-terminal capability information and the associated marks of the related data of each sub-terminal capability information to the receiving end.
In this embodiment, the receiving end may determine whether the data is transmitted by the same transmitting end according to the association flag, and integrate the data related to the N sub-terminal capability information transmitted by the same transmitting end.
That is, the sender carries the number of segments of the message in the segmented message and the current message is the second segment; the receiving end can be associated to the segmented data of the same message through the association identification. The sending end carries whether the current message has a subsequent segmented message or not in the segmented message or carries a mark whether the current message is the last segmented message or not.
Illustratively, the segmented message, the tag information, and the association identifier may be as shown in table 6. In table 6, segment message 1 carries segment data 1, and the segment location is segment 1. The segmentation message 1 carries segment data 2, and the segmentation position is the 2 nd segment; the segment message 3 carries segment data 3, the segment position is the 3 rd segment, and the associated identifiers of the segment data are all 1, the representation is that the same data is divided into 3 segments, and the total number of the segments is 3.

It can be understood that, when the sending end and the receiving end transmit data related to the capability information of the N sub-terminals, the timing sequence and the classification of data transmission are considered, so that the problem of data integration errors is avoided, and the accuracy of data transmission is improved.

Based on the inventive concepts of the first embodiment and the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present application provides a core network device 1, and a data transmission method corresponding to the core network device, where the core network device 1 may include:
a first receiving unit 10, configured to obtain terminal capability attribute information corresponding to an access network device;
a first sending unit 11, configured to send target terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information to the access network device.
In some embodiments of the present application, the terminal capability attribute information includes at least one of:
the capability information of the PLMN to which the terminal belongs;
the terminal capability information on a preset frequency band;
the terminal capacity information on the preset frequency band combination;
and (4) terminal type information.
In some embodiments of the present application, the first receiving unit 10 is specifically configured to receive a terminal capability request message sent by the access network device, where the terminal capability request message carries the terminal capability attribute information.

In some embodiments of the present application, the first sending unit 11 is further specifically configured to perform segment marking on the N pieces of sub-target terminal capability information to obtain marking information of each piece of sub-target terminal capability information, where the marking information is used to represent a segment position where the piece of sub-target terminal capability information is located and a total number of segments; and respectively sending the capability information of each sub-target terminal and the mark information of the capability information of each sub-target terminal to the access network equipment.
In some embodiments of the application, the first sending unit 11 is further specifically configured to associate the N pieces of sub-target terminal capability information to obtain an association flag of each piece of sub-target terminal capability information, where the association flag is used to represent that the pieces of sub-target terminal capability information belong to the same piece of target terminal capability information; and respectively sending the terminal capability information of each sub-target and the associated mark of the terminal capability information of each sub-target to the access network equipment.
In some embodiments of the present application, the source terminal capability information stored in the preset capability information set is preconfigured or obtained from the access network device.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, "part" may be part of a circuit, part of a processor, part of a program or software, etc., and may also be a unit, and may also be a module, or may be non-modular, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
As shown in fig. 7, an embodiment of the present application further provides a core network device, including:
a first network interface 13, configured to receive and transmit signals and information during information transmission and reception with other external network elements;
a first memory 14 for storing executable data transfer instructions;
the first processor 15 is configured to implement the data transmission method executed by the core network device side when executing the executable data transmission instruction stored in the first memory 14.
The first Processing may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Microprocessor Unit (MPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the various components in the core network device are coupled together through a communication bus. It will be appreciated that a communication bus is used to enable the connection communication between these components. The communication bus includes a power bus, a control bus, and a status signal bus in addition to the data bus. But for clarity of illustration the various buses may be referred to as communication buses.
The embodiment of the application provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores executable data transmission instructions and is used for causing a first processor to execute the executable data transmission instructions so as to realize a data transmission method executed by a core network device side.
And the aforementioned storage medium includes: examples of the medium include but are not limited to a magnetic random access Memory (FRAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a magnetic surface Memory, an optical Disc, and a Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM).
It can be understood that, since the core network device transmits the terminal capability information according to the terminal capability attribute information, that is, the storage of the terminal capability information in the core network device is divided based on the terminal capability attribute information, when the terminal capability information is transmitted between network elements (that is, between communication devices), the terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information can be transmitted.

Based on the inventive concepts of the second embodiment and the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present application provides an access network device 2, and corresponding to a data transmission method of the access network device, the access network device 2 may include:
a second receiving unit 20, configured to receive target terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information sent by the core network device;
and a second sending unit 21, configured to provide configuration information for the target terminal according to the target terminal capability information.

As shown in fig. 9, an embodiment of the present application further provides an access network device, including:
a second network interface 25, for receiving and transmitting signals and information during the process of transmitting and receiving information to and from other external network elements;
a second memory 26 for storing executable data transfer instructions;
and a second processor 27, configured to implement the data transmission method executed by the access network device when executing the executable data transmission instruction stored in the second memory 26.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the various components in the access network device are coupled together by a communication bus. It will be appreciated that a communication bus is used to enable the connection communication between these components. The communication bus includes a power bus, a control bus, and a status signal bus in addition to a data bus. But for clarity of illustration the various buses may be referred to as communication buses.
The embodiment of the application provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores executable data transmission instructions for causing a second processor to execute the executable data transmission instructions, so as to implement a data transmission method executed by an access network device side.
It can be understood that, since the transmission of the terminal capability information corresponds to the terminal capability attribute information, and the terminal capability information is transmitted according to the terminal capability attribute information, when the terminal capability information is transmitted between network elements (i.e., between communication devices), the terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information can be transmitted, so that, since only the terminal capability information corresponding to a certain terminal capability attribute information is sent, even if all the terminal capability information is a lot, a certain terminal capability attribute information is fixed, when a service is implemented, transmitting the terminal capability information corresponding to a certain terminal capability attribute information corresponding to the service implementation does not increase the pressure of the transmission of the terminal capability information required between the communication devices, but rather, the huge signaling overhead caused by the transmission of the capability information between the communication devices is also reduced.

Industrial applicability
The core network equipment acquires terminal capability attribute information corresponding to the access network equipment; and sending the target terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information to the access network equipment. By adopting the method, the core network equipment transmits the terminal capability information according to the terminal capability attribute information, namely the storage of the terminal capability information in the core network equipment is divided based on the terminal capability attribute information, so that the terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information can be transmitted when the terminal capability information is transmitted between network elements (namely between communication equipment).

Claims (46)

1. A data transmission method is applied to core network equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring terminal capability attribute information corresponding to access network equipment;
sending target terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information to the access network equipment;
wherein the sending the target terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information to the access network device includes:
determining whether the target terminal capability information meets preset network element interface message bearing conditions;
when the preset network element interface message bearing condition is not met, splitting the target terminal capability information according to the condition of meeting the preset network element interface message bearing condition to obtain N pieces of sub-target terminal capability information; wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1;
respectively sending the N pieces of sub-target terminal capability information to the access network equipment;
wherein, the sending the N pieces of sub-target terminal capability information to the access network device respectively includes:
carrying out segmentation marking on the N pieces of sub-target terminal capability information to obtain marking information of each piece of sub-target terminal capability information, wherein the marking information is used for representing the segmentation position and the total number of the segments where the sub-target terminal capability information is located;
and respectively sending the capability information of each sub-target terminal and the mark information of the capability information of each sub-target terminal to the access network equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein,
the terminal capability attribute information includes at least one of:
the capability information of the PLMN to which the terminal belongs;
the terminal capacity information on a preset frequency band;
the terminal capacity information on the preset frequency band combination;
and (4) terminal type information.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtaining of the terminal capability attribute information corresponding to the access network device comprises:
and receiving a terminal capacity request message sent by the access network equipment, wherein the terminal capacity request message carries the terminal capacity attribute information.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtaining of the terminal capability attribute information corresponding to the access network device comprises:
acquiring configuration information of access network equipment;
and acquiring the terminal capability attribute information corresponding to the access network equipment according to the configuration information of the access network equipment.

The method of claim 1, wherein after the obtaining of the terminal capability attribute information corresponding to the access network device and before the sending of the target terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information to the access network device, the method further comprises:
and acquiring the target terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information from a preset capability information set.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein,
the preset capability information is stored with terminal capability information which divides the source terminal capability information according to the capability attribute information.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein,
and a terminal capability information set which divides the source terminal capability information according to the capability attribute information and a terminal capability identifier corresponding to the terminal capability information set are stored in the preset capability information set.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the terminal capability attribute information corresponding to the access network device, the method further comprises:
acquiring a target terminal capacity information set corresponding to the terminal capacity attribute information and a target terminal capacity identification corresponding to the target terminal capacity information set from a preset capacity information set;
and sending the target terminal capability information set and the target terminal capability identifier to the access network equipment.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the N pieces of sub-target terminal capability information to the access network device respectively comprises:
correlating the N pieces of sub-target terminal capability information to obtain a correlation mark of each piece of sub-target terminal capability information, wherein the correlation mark is used for representing that the sub-target terminal capability information belongs to the same piece of target terminal capability information;
and respectively sending the terminal capability information of each sub-target and the associated mark of the terminal capability information of each sub-target to the access network equipment.
10. The method of any one of claims 6 to 8,
the source terminal capability information stored in the preset capability information set is configured in advance or acquired from the access network equipment.
11. A data transmission method is applied to access network equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving target terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information sent by the core network equipment;
providing configuration information for the target terminal according to the target terminal capability information;
wherein the method further comprises:
determining whether the capability related information meets the preset network element interface message bearing condition or not;

respectively sending the N pieces of sub-capability related information;
wherein the sending the N pieces of sub capability related information respectively includes:
the N pieces of sub-capability related information are segmented and marked to obtain the marking information of each piece of sub-capability related information, and the marking information is used for representing the segmentation position and the total number of the segments where the sub-capability related information is located;
and respectively sending the related information of each sub capability and the mark information of the related information of each sub capability.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein before receiving the target terminal capability corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information sent by the core network device, the method further comprises:
and sending a terminal capacity request message to the core network equipment, wherein the terminal capacity request message carries the terminal capacity attribute information.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein,
the terminal capability request message is any message sent through network element interfaces of the access network and the core network.
14. The method of any of claims 11 to 13, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring target terminal capability attribute information of a target access network in the process of switching to the target access network;
acquiring final terminal capability information corresponding to the target terminal capability attribute information from the core network equipment according to the target terminal capability attribute information;
and sending the target terminal capability attribute information and the final terminal capability information to target access network equipment.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein the obtaining target terminal capability attribute information of the target access network comprises:
acquiring configuration information of the target access network;
and acquiring the target terminal capability attribute information of the target access network according to the configuration information of the target access network.
16. The method of claim 14, wherein the obtaining target terminal capability attribute information of the target access network comprises:
and receiving a target capability information request sent by the target access network equipment, wherein the target capability information request carries the capability attribute information of the target terminal.
17. The method according to claim 11 or 12, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving source terminal capability information;
and sending the source terminal capability information to core network equipment for the core network equipment to use when obtaining a preset capability information set.
18. The method of claim 11, wherein after receiving source terminal capability information, the method further comprises:
dividing the source terminal capability information into terminal capability information according to capability attribute information, and correspondingly storing the capability attribute information and the terminal capability information as a preset capability information set;
and sending the preset capability information set to the core network equipment.
19. The method of claim 11, wherein after receiving source terminal capability information, the method further comprises:
dividing the source terminal capability information into a terminal capability information set according to capability attribute information, and setting a terminal capability identifier for the terminal capability set;
correspondingly storing the capability attribute information, the terminal capability information and the terminal capability identifier as a preset capability information set;
and sending the preset capability information set to the core network equipment.
20. The method according to claim 11, wherein the transmitting the N pieces of sub capability related information respectively comprises:
correlating the N pieces of sub-capability related information to obtain a correlation mark of each piece of sub-capability related information, wherein the correlation mark is used for representing that the pieces of sub-capability related information belong to the same piece of capability related information;
and respectively sending the related information of each sub capability and the associated mark of the related information of each sub capability.
21. The method of any one of claims 11 to 20,
the capability related information includes any one of:
final terminal capability information;
source terminal capability information.
22. A core network apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
a first receiving unit, configured to obtain terminal capability attribute information corresponding to an access network device;
a first sending unit, configured to send target terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information to the access network device;
the first sending unit is specifically configured to determine whether the target terminal capability information meets a preset network element interface message bearing condition; when the preset network element interface message bearing condition is not met, splitting the target terminal capability information according to the condition of meeting the preset network element interface message bearing condition to obtain N pieces of sub-target terminal capability information; wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1; respectively sending the N pieces of sub-target terminal capability information to the access network equipment;
the first sending unit is further specifically configured to segment and mark the N pieces of sub-target terminal capability information to obtain mark information of each piece of sub-target terminal capability information, where the mark information is used to represent a segment position and a segment total number where the sub-target terminal capability information is located; and respectively sending the capability information of each sub-target terminal and the mark information of the capability information of each sub-target terminal to the access network equipment.
23. The apparatus of claim 22, wherein,
the terminal capability attribute information includes at least one of:
the capability information of the PLMN to which the terminal belongs;
the terminal capability information on a preset frequency band;
the terminal capability information on the preset frequency band combination;
and (4) terminal type information.
24. The apparatus of claim 22 or 23,
the first receiving unit is specifically configured to receive a terminal capability request message sent by the access network device, where the terminal capability request message carries the terminal capability attribute information.
25. The device of claim 22 or 23, wherein the core network device further comprises: an acquisition unit;
the first receiving unit is specifically configured to obtain configuration information of an access network device;
the obtaining unit is configured to obtain the terminal capability attribute information corresponding to the access network device according to the configuration information of the access network device.
26. The device of claim 22, wherein the core network device further comprises: an acquisition unit;
the acquiring unit is configured to acquire, from a preset capability information set, target terminal capability information corresponding to terminal capability attribute information after acquiring the terminal capability attribute information corresponding to an access network device and before sending the target terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information to the access network device.
27. The apparatus of claim 26, wherein,
the preset capability information is stored with terminal capability information which divides the source terminal capability information according to the capability attribute information.
28. The apparatus of claim 26, wherein,
and a terminal capability information set which divides the source terminal capability information according to the capability attribute information and a terminal capability identifier corresponding to the terminal capability information set are stored in the preset capability information set.
29. The apparatus of claim 22, wherein,
the acquiring unit is further configured to acquire, after acquiring terminal capability attribute information corresponding to an access network device, a target terminal information capability set corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information and a target terminal capability identifier corresponding to the target terminal capability information set from a preset capability information set;
the first sending unit is further configured to send the target terminal capability information set and the target terminal capability identifier to the access network device.
30. The apparatus of claim 22, wherein,
the first sending unit is further specifically configured to associate the N pieces of sub-target terminal capability information to obtain an association flag of each piece of sub-target terminal capability information, where the association flag is used to represent that the pieces of sub-target terminal capability information belong to the same piece of target terminal capability information; and respectively sending the terminal capability information of each sub-target and the associated mark of the terminal capability information of each sub-target to the access network equipment.
31. The apparatus of any one of claims 27 to 29,
the source terminal capability information stored in the preset capability information set is configured in advance or acquired from the access network equipment.
32. An access network device, the device comprising:
a second receiving unit, configured to receive target terminal capability information corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information sent by the core network device;
the second sending unit is used for providing configuration information for the target terminal according to the target terminal capability information;
wherein the access network device further comprises: a determination unit and a division unit;
the determining unit is configured to determine whether the capability related information meets a preset network element interface message bearing condition;
the dividing unit is configured to split the capability related information according to the condition that the preset network element interface message bearing condition is met when the preset network element interface message bearing condition is not met, so as to obtain N pieces of sub-capability related information; wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1;
the second sending unit is further configured to send the N pieces of sub capability related information respectively;
wherein, the first and the second end of the pipe are connected with each other,
the second sending unit is specifically configured to segment and mark the N pieces of sub-capability related information to obtain mark information of each piece of sub-capability related information, where the mark information is used to characterize a segment position and a total number of segments where the sub-capability related information is located; and respectively sending the mark information of each piece of sub-capability related information and each piece of sub-capability related information.
33. The apparatus of claim 32, wherein,
the second sending unit is further configured to send a terminal capability request message to the core network device before receiving the target terminal capability corresponding to the terminal capability attribute information sent by the core network device, where the terminal capability request message carries the terminal capability attribute information.
34. The apparatus of claim 33, wherein,
the terminal capability request message is any message sent through network element interfaces of the access network and the core network.
35. The apparatus of any one of claims 32 to 34,
the second receiving unit is further configured to obtain target terminal capability attribute information of the target access network in a process of switching to the target access network; acquiring final terminal capability information corresponding to the target terminal capability attribute information from the core network equipment according to the target terminal capability attribute information;
the second sending unit is further configured to send the target terminal capability attribute information and the final terminal capability information to a target access network device.
36. The apparatus of claim 35, wherein,
the second receiving unit is specifically configured to acquire configuration information of the target access network; and acquiring the target terminal capability attribute information of the target access network according to the configuration information of the target access network.
37. The apparatus of claim 35, wherein,
the second receiving unit is specifically configured to receive a target capability information request sent by the target access network device, where the target capability information request carries the target terminal capability attribute information.
38. The apparatus of claim 32 or 33,
the second receiving unit is further configured to receive source terminal capability information;
the second sending unit is further configured to send the source terminal capability information to core network equipment for the core network equipment to use when obtaining a preset capability information set.
39. The device of claim 32, wherein the access network device further comprises: dividing a cell and a storage cell;
the dividing unit is used for dividing the source terminal capability information into terminal capability information according to the capability attribute information after receiving the source terminal capability information,
the storage unit is used for correspondingly storing the capability attribute information and the terminal capability information into a preset capability information set;
the second sending unit is further configured to send the preset capability information set to the core network device.
40. The device of claim 32, wherein the access network device further comprises: dividing a unit and a storage unit;
the dividing unit is used for dividing the source terminal capability information into a terminal capability information set according to capability attribute information after receiving the source terminal capability information, and setting a terminal capability identifier for the terminal capability set;
the storage unit is configured to correspondingly store the capability attribute information, the terminal capability information, and the terminal capability identifier as a preset capability information set;
the second sending unit is further configured to send the preset capability information set to the core network device.
41. The apparatus of claim 32, wherein,
the second sending unit is specifically configured to associate the N pieces of sub-capability related information to obtain an association flag of each piece of sub-capability related information, where the association flag is used to represent that the pieces of sub-capability related information belong to the same piece of capability related information; and respectively sending the relevant information of each sub-capability and the associated mark of the relevant information of each sub-capability.
42. The apparatus of any one of claims 32 to 41,
the capability related information includes any one of:
final terminal capability information;
source terminal capability information.
43. A core network device, the device comprising:
the first network interface is used for receiving and sending signals and information in the process of receiving and sending information with other external network elements;
a first memory for storing executable data transfer instructions;
a first processor arranged to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 10 when executing executable data transfer instructions stored in said first memory.
44. An access network device, the device comprising:
the second network interface is used for receiving and sending signals and information in the process of receiving and sending information with other external network elements;
a second memory for storing executable data transfer instructions;
a second processor arranged to implement the method of any of claims 11 to 21 when executing executable data transfer instructions stored in said second memory.
45. A computer readable storage medium storing executable data transfer instructions for causing a first processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 10 when executed.
46. A computer readable storage medium storing executable data transfer instructions for causing a second processor to perform the method of any one of claims 11 to 21 when executed.
